The third number in the model number denotes the body shape. Not the last two numbers. The middle number denotes the top wood. One is a spruce top. Two is a hardwood top. Of course the first number denotes the series.
2nd number also denotes the number of strings. 1 is a 6-string softwood top, 5 is a 12-string softwood top; 2 is a 6-string hardwood top (mahogany, Koa, maple) while 6 is a 12-string hardwood. For my 9-string, they just state "Custom"

Although I really liked the printed vs., shared it with friends, neighbors, etc. that is an expensive piece to produce AND mail (exorbitant, for what is once again becoming one the worst U.S. service businesses, the USPS)

The second number also denotes whether it is a six string (1 or 2) or a twelve string (5 or 6).

Paul, you don’t need to say 11,12,etc. It’s only the last number that denotes body shape. So you’d say, 1,2,4 etc.
