- Bilbo Baggins defies all odds proving that the Pooped can indeed become the Poopers! With his imagination of murderous wizards, Hobbits in heat and trips that have to be seen to be believed, will Bilbo's obsession catch up to him?

After watching portions of the LOTR (1978) it became obvious this was immensely Poopable! This wasn't like other YTP's though, as usually we only Poop material we either love or want to pay homage to. But with this one, we weren't restricted to honoring the source material (unlike say like; Toy Story or Robin Hood) as it's pretty awful. Our only job was making it as funny as possible. Which was very fun! Something that was much needed after this year. However, as is nearly always the way with us both, we found a way of giving it structure and a loose story-based plot. And thought the idea of a character Pooping other characters inside a Poop was novel enough to pursue.
Well it's been a pretty rough year for us both at HourofPoop, but as the year is coming to a close we wanted to try and end it on a high in spite of our personal issues and continued burnout. We are so grateful to our wonderful and loyal supporters who reached out to us and have been deeply comforted by their compassion and understanding.

The edit of Gandalf putting the ring on his nose was done so smoothly that I actually stopped the video to check if it was in the original scene.

Poops come in a wide array of quality. I'm not too fond of the overly random ear-rapes obviously put together by some guy screwing around with a video editor....... but then you get some lovingly-crafted masterpieces such as HourofPoop's works here, as well as the classics by IAmTheGang, WalrusGuy, and others.

I really love these animated YTPs, they have a very Monty Python/Terry GIlliam-Esque cut out style to them, which I find somewhat inspiring as an aspiring animator/VFX artist
The quality of these poops, filler or not, is always just as good as the bigger ones. You lads always know how to make us laugh.

In a far away land, long ago, lived a STUPID, FAT HOBBIT!
I have no interest in the old animated Hobbit and Lord of the Rings films, but you lads did a hilarious job combining them with the proper films. Hearing Gollum interrupt the narrator, seeing Friar Tuck return to Salute the Sun on the Trolls only for Stephen Fry to leave, and watching Gandalf banging on Bilbo's door like Fred Flintstone were the moments that really cracked me up.
A great job once again lads, a Merry Christmas to you both and all the best for 2023.
OMG, this nearly made me cry from laughter!! Love how you implemented both the Jackson and Bakshi versions, and I loved jokes like gangster Gandalf, the Amazon bit, and Sam getting hit with the bottle! Also really loved how you included part of the opening narration from Sleeping Beauty(my favorite Disney movie of all time)

I love the Ralph Bakshi Gandalf. He has such an intensity to him. Makes him great for poops too! The ring on the nose really was a curve ball for me. Also like the poo on the mantle.

The last time I saw a brilliantly well done parody on Ralph's Baksi's 1978 Lord of the Rings was The Completely Screwed Over Dubbing which is sadly not on RUclips anymore. For those who don't know what that is all I can say is it was a feature length parody dubbing of the the very film I mentioned and it is a treasure I wish I could show you all. I'm happy your team put this together and made such a worthwhile alternative.
