I don't see dogdaddy(Augusto) as a character who would betray himself or give in to things he doesn't like, and he shouldn't. Oh my gosh your so good at this. You amaze me. I have a 16 month female Doberman… she was definitely Alfa, Covid hit we were home all day, just my husband and I with the dogs. Then at seven months old she was hit by a truck and broke her femur, I was out of town for four days at that time. I rushed to the hospital she was in to find out while they were trying to insert the catheter, her urethra tore adding to her problems. Not being sure where the bleeding was coming from she had a full hysterectomy and repaired femur. She was hospitalized 9 days and was rushed back the second day home for emergency surgery on her bladder so they had to open her back up, go into the bladder to clean blood clots out. Ok, first she’s a Doberman, and she a puppy, hurting and scared. I was only able to visit her 15 minutes a day. She wouldn’t eat or drink. When she got home it was only for a day ..So I insisted on her coming home right after the bladder surgery, I didn’t want a feeding tube put into her. I’m sure they we’re about sick of me at this point, so they released her to me. I actually sat beside this baby for three months, I didn’t leave her for any reason. Of course she’s healed and thrived in my care. Now she’s very shy of noise and quick movements and of people at the house. Being a Doberman she’s also very protective of me, I’m her person and I still stay home most days with her. She wants to retreat to her room and hide when people are here. I’m now putting a leash on her and not babying her as much and making her come out of the room and being around people. She’s very aggressive if she doesn’t know the person., But if I say it’s all ok she retreats to her room. A few people like my sister she will interact with and one of my boys. Most everyone else she’s hiding when they come over. Is there anything else I should be doing besides bring her into the room and having her exposed to more people?

"Dod Daddy" its a very funny nickname, jejeje. He comes back the hope to those ones that have very aggressive and nervous dogs in any place of this world. My dear Friend (Dog Daddy), congratulations from México! Very welcome one day that you decide to come here.

    That's what happens when you treat a dog like a human baby. Dogs are dogs they need structure, if they sense the human is not dominant, then the dog will try to be dominant. Pack animals need a dominant leader, not violent, but firm leadership.

    • @DonnaBaker125
      @DonnaBaker125 Год назад

      Actually, everything is wrong with that. These are dog training methods that were used thirty+ years ago and are now considered completely outdated, inappropriate, and unnecessary by dog trainers who have actually studied dog behavior, understand how dogs learn, and recognize that reward-based training is far, far more effective and humane than punishment-based training. Never any excuse for scaring and hurting dogs as part of a training process.

    • @DonnaBaker125
      @DonnaBaker125 11 месяцев назад

      @@jackeecook4266 What does that mean? Because a dog has the potential to bite a child that makes it ok to subject him to such ridiculously outdated and psychologically abusive training methods? To be honest, I would think this kind of treatment makes it more likely, rather than less likely, that the dog would bite anyone. All he’s learned is that his initial fear of strangers has been confirmed - they are scary and they hurt you.

    Healing Effects of Animals The effect of \"being healed by animals\" is actually something that has a scientific basis. Recent studies have shown that interacting with animals releases a hormone called oxytocin, which is effective in reducing stress and anxiety. So interacting with cute animals at an animal café or playing with a loving pet can help relieve daily stress and lead a healthy life.💖💖💖💖💖💖😻😻😻😻😻😻

    • @ManuelSchwarz26290

      Good point. But the healing affect can only be achieved if we fulfill their needs first. If not we create even more stress for us and ofcourse for our animals. So it can be sayed that the healing effect of our animals is a gift only for those who care for them first

    • @LunnaJannah
      @LunnaJannah 2 года назад

      Recent? Neuroscience have been studied for centuries. It’s one of our natural love hormones from our neurotransmitters. Literally happens when women give birth too. Bonds us with our partners, parents, siblings friends, animals and while
      Doing anything we love and enjoy.
      They are linked to our memories, learning. Parkinson’s and dementia.
      Even helps us cope with pain.

    • @LunnaJannah
      @LunnaJannah 2 года назад

      @@ManuelSchwarz26290 we wouldn’t realise our natural hormones only in a natural state of enjoyment and calm. Hence the animal would feel the same. It’s bonding.
      Unless someone likes hurting people or animals and that’s when they will release it. It all depends how we were taught how to bond.

    Wow! I've seen so many owners just put their little dogs in other rooms or cages to bark their head off when anyone comes over, and they just stay psycho dogs forever. Look what can be done! I honestly believed it was totally impossible for these hysterical little dogs to respond to training this fast, but you have changed my perspective. When the fellow came in with your dog and he didn't even bark... It's true! Any dog can make leaps and bounds in one proper training session, even the little crazy ones! Keep it up! Don't be afraid to train your dog! Let Dog Daddy show you the way!

    Maybe here is time i to aware something very important: there isnt an owners on this earth, humans r only guardians,, watchdogs, keepers, custodians, protectors, tutors, sponsors, conservators,
    trustee, curators. So all promblems are coming out of this that humans are thingt that they own something, so they try to protected. U can protect something but with love. U dont have dogs for protection but for love.

    I trained my pear head chihuahua (mix of the 2 akc chihuahuas which makes him a bit bigger than both parents but not recognized by the akc) he loves people, dogs, and cats. Sits, stays, spins, jumps, and fetches. It's like having a small big dog.

    Dog Daddy is truly phenomenal with his training ability. In Australia there is another incredible "dog whisperer" trainer, Luke Evans, who miraculously rehabilitates dogs on the "kill list". Luke Evans' training techiques can be found on Utube, called "The Farm". In the last year Luke and his wife have adopted 13 unwanted shelter dogs, who now all live lovingly in a cohesive "house pack". Truly a " Miracle Worker", as is Dog Daddy.
