Thank you for sharing your wisdom in such a warm and healing way
It’s so mind boggling how addictive dwelling in a negative thinking pattern.
I have fallen in love with your talks.
Beautiful videos. You can't imagine how much your words are healing and necessary in one's life. ✨✨✨
When I think of the war in my head, I think of it as an unwillingness to feel particular emotions whether they are related to a grievance or something that feels worrying or sad. I’ve often heard the saying that pain is inevitable, suffering is optional, which I understood to mean, suffering comes from resisting your pain.
Thank you so much!
AMAZING TALK!! Thank you so much
This has clarified so much and has given me concepts and language to name those concepts. I see that I have walked away from the war road with success.
While I agree with the general wisdom of avoiding the road of war, the "cheese" in there CAN be for other people, if not for the self. Telling our stories, calling out, taking action however small - might protect others in the future. I've come to the belief that an equilibrium between these paths is in dire need to be learned in this lifetime. "As for my daughters, I'll raise them to think they breath fire".
How can I put double like 💚
Thank you, very helpful. It also seems to me that the same 5 strategy pentagon - or at least 4 of them - could be applied to fear, anxiety, OCD etc. so a very useful framework.
