If you ever find yourself in Wakayama, in Gobo there is a place called birdman best ramen I had so far. I recommend the red chicken

I found out about you from a Yahoo News article, you should try the ramen at Ramen Jiro Sengawa. Or what do you think of Ramen Jiro? Inspired restaurants and the real Jiro look the same, but they are totally different.

There is nothing like a decent ramen in Japan. They are way lighter than anything you can find in Europe.
