Look how much pork is in his Ramen! Here in the USA, you don't even get 1 slice. It is 3 tiny pieces of Chashu pork and my Tonkatsu Ramen bowl with pork is $14.00. I want to come to your Ramen shop when I return to Japan!💗

Ramen isn't food. It's absolute art. And the sauce is the base of the art. Like a good chili or BBQ sauce. It takes a long time to perfect it.
