the zing a stingray has is just what I like - and jazzbasses are great too in that regard.
They clank and zing very well! A favorite of ours
Love that P Bass! Even with the tone rolled off, the 4001 neck is my favorite
All hail the P Bass
Man.. the sound of the Stingrays... great basses. A couple bands I used to be in, the bassists had stingrays.
@@TimTalksAudio it’s iconic
That P Bass sound is unreal
we love our P bass
The p bass and the Horner are cool and what would get a lot of use around here!
hilarious and awesome choice for bassline. That Ampeg Stud, never seen that one before...I'd keep that just for vibe alone. GREAT vid, Rick. The Sting Sig is a hidden gem for sure.
The ampeg stud is our hidden gem! Thanks so much for watching!!
never enough basses.
bass for days my friend, bass for days.
Hopefully you make a part two because there was not a single Schecter bass.
Schecter monstertone bass pickups in a jazz bass will be my nest build. Going full Matt Sharp.
That hoodie wild 😂😂
Ive found out that strings & Which bass combination plays a important role on the sound . The Precision PB and M M sting Ray were my favorites
77 Carvin was my favorite
@@jaycoyoyo that’s a weird way of spelling 30th anniversary Sting Ray
Captain and Tenille!!
No jazz :( at least a dano which is my 2nd fav
@@31user31 We know. We’re bummed too
