I HATE this new keypad, which is not as safe/affective as the traditional keypad! With the traditional keypad, if an emergency and you're in a panic, all you had to do was press ONE button to summon help. With this new touchscreen, you have to wake the screen with a tap (which sometimes takes 2 or 3 taps to awaken, if you don't touch it just right), then tap the top button for help, then select the correct help you need!! If you were being attacked, you'd have to kindly ask the attacker if they could pause while you attempt to waken the screen to select the appropriate option for help (oh, heaven forbid you have gloves on, the touchscreen is useless. You'd also have to ask the attacker if they'd allow you time to remove your gloves so you can tap all the options to summon the police!). JUST AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
