My husband Clive bought me a BeetleBit cutting system last month for Valentine’s Day. Quite the unusual splurge!! I always buy my glass in 2 foot square (1/2 sheet) pieces and have found it challenging to keep the metal square steady while running the length of the glass. The Beetle bit system didn’t have a 2 foot long ruler to run the cutter on, but I fashioned another piece of wood just the perfect size and I’m now off to the races. I can see how your circle graphed system ‘might’ work with my new toy. Very cool indeed!! 🥂
Di- Thanks for watching! I admit, I have had some thoughts about making the polygon cutter to sell. We've been trained all our lives to monetize. However, I'm in a fortunate place in my life these days, retired. So I don't think in terms of selling any more. This has let's me finally chase any idea I come up with. But, I'm also into sharing. Giving back if you will. Thus the videos. Hope you continue to enjoy them. Cheers!
This is brilliant, as usual!! I am amazed at your ability to ‘build’ such a complex jig. Congrats 👏
Thanks Caroline! I think this was actually my 4th version. Continuous improvement, or, OCD? Hmmm. :)
