In the beginning of the video he cursed when he repeatedly fell off the hold. He said that the mental focus is "the most important muscle in climbing", quoting Wolfgang Güllich, pretty much its essential requirement. Also he said that he would continue to try the boulder problem in the video till his fingers would bleed if his wrist didn't hurt. Concerning bouldering in general he said that it focuses on raw power rather than endurance, which is good for him because he is more of an endurance type climber and likes to increase his power that way. Getting stronger is also his everyday goal. He concluded with saying that the number of things that he wants to achieve would fill 100 lifetimes.
      Hope that helps :)

Climber Alex Megos: „I want to do so much, even 100 lives are not enough.“
    0:09
Megos: I don‘t believe it! Ah, Shit!
    0:21
Megos: The famous climber Wolfgang Güllich once said: „the brain is the most important muscle for climbing.“ I think, that‘s how it is. If you believe that something works then it works. And if you are mentally not prepared then it’s literally impossible. So actually the most important thing is to be up for it mentally.
    0:46
Megos: I’m so pissed. But what can you do.
If my wrist didn’t ache now, I would probably try until tonight. Until every finger bleeds, or until I climbed it, or whatever.
    0:58
Bernd Zangerl: Well, for me it is really unbelievable how much power Alex has in one day. So many attempts, so many hours, and even for days.
Sachi Amma: Yeah, I can say he is one of the strongest climber in the world.
Rustam Gelmanov: Really good style, I like this kind of style. It’s like really technical style.
    1:21
Megos: Until I was nineteen I wouldn’t have dreamt that I can earn money with that. But everything changed eventually at that moment when I did this 9a onsight in Spain two years ago in March.
Voice: „Alex Megos makes history. Sending Critico Estado 9a onsight.“
    Voice: „The world’s first 9a onsight.“
Voice: „Megos gets a place in the history of climbing.“
    1:49
Megos: The day before my onsight climb hardly anyone knew me. And on the day after eventually every climbing magazine that probably exists in the world was knocking and wanted to have an interview.
    2:36
Megos: When bouldering the difficulty is very compact. When sport climbing it is often like a endurance performance. When bouldering it is more like a maximum power performance. That means that, if you are rather skinny like I am, then you are rather the endurance type than the maximum power type, so that bouldering is always really good to train maximum power.
    3:00
I was climbing the first time when I was five. I came to climbing through my dad. I can remember some climbing sequences when I was around five, six, seven years old, when I was at home in Erlangen in the gym or with my parents at the crag.
    3:36
There are still many goals. First, my main goal is always to become stronger. I put that always at my top priority, but there are also endlessly many other things that I can do. So, I think even 100 lives are not enough to do everything that you would like to do.
