    Really neat! I’ve been on a Skyrim kick recently and this looks decent

    The cut at the end! ahahah
    Do you recommend this game to some one who enjoys skyrim/fallout a lot?

      Yes, I recommend this to people who enjoy similar rpgs. It's still a bit different, so I'd advice to check out some reviews before buying. This is not Skyrim, that's for sure.

    Did I saw that right? Dragon just burned down the Gryphon? 3:31 - 3:45
    Gryphon's wing is on fire though.... or is it a fire spell from the team's mage?

      Yea, they are not friendly to each other. The griffin made himself scarce once damaged enough by the dragon.

      The drakes are not friendly to most(any?) enemy mobs. I've seen them fighting giant wolves, goblins, saurians, etc.

    Can you not pull out a sword as archer?

      Nope. Limited weapon use per class.

      @@OrcCorp Did that ever feel like a bummer or that combat lacked weapon fluidity?

    • @OrcCorp
      @OrcCorp  6 месяцев назад +2

      @metak9academy not really. It's all in the group composition. You better have at least one melee pawn with you. An archer needs to stay away from the hectic battle, get some distance.

      @Not_Nyx864 Bought it last night. There are lots of things I like about it as well as many things I don't. Not being able to switch weapon types feels restrictive in a world built to feel very organic. I should be able to pull out a bow to attack flying enemy types and just not have special arrow skills. Not being able to roll or lock on makes combat feel less personal to me. In 2024, not having these mechanics feels like something is missing, rather than a refreshing break from the norm. I thought I would tire of having to waste time looking for things, but so far, I've been very impressed with the games ability to empower my navigation skills. I'm fairly early in the game, but there has been one time where the second part of a quest was too ambiguous. I had to look it up and the solution felt very out of my control, i.e., eventually running into some guy in a distant town. I feel more enemy variety outside of the big guys would be nice. Also, possibly a reduction in enemy density while traveling. Not having a horse to balance a lack of fast travel is irritating. We should be able to have a stone and ghost our pawns back to the rift when we need to travel as a group on horses could get messy. Overall, it doesn't quite scratch the Witcher 3 itch, but it's very fun and well put together.
