well i know the logic here what actually happens is that there is a option in the control panel option named"keyboard" you can find it by changing categories to large icons. now in the "keyboard" setting you'll find a setting named "repeat rate" just max it out and it just is fast in minecraft.
well anything that can click without even clicking your mouse button is auto click and will be considered as autoclicker nothing else if you have brain to understand

Think about it in the context of just using a computer. The reason why a key will spam is because when you hold down “h” for example, you keep typing h and thus each h counts as an input. A mouse on the other hand has a hold function. When you click something on your desktop and hold your left mouse, it doesn’t spam the key it just holds so you can drag.
I found this glitch myself a month ago and i searched for it and didnt find it,and then i searched it again now and found it. Also the speed of the cps while you do it depends on the speed of when you hold a keyboard key and it just goes brrrr and minecraft thinks you are typing something and the glitch appears
It doesn’t work on 1.8.9, the reason I know that is bc I have a friend who plays without a mouse that does this in 1.8.9. And about hypixel, probably idk why would I try to get banned
