I completed the order form and received a Welcome email from my offer with login credentials. Now I wanted to see if this would work again, but this time it didnt (for a different email I used from the 1st ). I have been having this issue all day and I have come to a conclusion that GHL sometimes send that welcome email and sometimes it doesnt. I hope this makes sense and maybe you have a possible solution!
@@niccolaskozak7419 It should always send it. Make sure you don't have a duplicate contact that has already gone through the order form. Also, go to the order workflow, click on settings, and make sure allow multiple is turned on.

Like how to create multiple price points on the offer, but now i can just make the OFFER a FREE then the two step on my sales page i can create a trigger within the workflow for all price points to then send out an email with the link for new member to create their login details. Again so much. Im now a subscribers.

Yes definitely. You can put whatever you want in the members area. I just usually use it for video training. But you can upload all different kinds of files, links to different web pages, or just text content in each lesson. It's up to you.

Good question. The only way I can think of right now to do that would be to live stream on RUclips and paste the embed code for the live stream into a lesson. Give that a try and see if it works.
Thanks Jason, glad they've been helpful. That would be done with CSS codes. I believe if you search the GoHighLevel group for CSS codes you'll be able to find something for it. Then you'll just paste it into the Custom CSS box of your agency settings.
I don't but it's pretty easy. You would just add an internal notification to your workflow and select custom email. From there, click custom values, contact, and choose the custom fields you want to insert in the email.

Yes, just grant the multiple membership offers the same as the original in the same workflow. Every membership will appear in their library when they login.

You could create a form that requires input their domain or select from a list of domains and then create a workflow that grants access to products based on that custom field.
Do you think it is better to have a dedicated membership software like Kajabi and link GHL sales to that? Or do you keep all of your memberships sites within GHL? I have both, but find Kajabi to look better and it has a cleaner UI. But I am not a fan of paying for both. Is there a way to make GHL membership area to look more like Kajabi?
If a person has a monthly subscription with you and wants to cancel how can they do that or how can we do it if they send a message asking to cancel their membership?
You can have a cancelation form embedded in the membership area. Then you would just cancel their subscription in Stripe and then remove their access to the members area.
I do have one doubt tho. Once you send the access link to the customer how do you restrict the access to only those who PAID for the course. I mean the customer could simply copy the URL of the login page share it elsewhere where the automation might CREATE an account for those who didn't pay and send out login details to those who registered through that URL. I hope I make sense here. Looking forward to your reply and thank you so much for the video man... It was super helpful
Why would you send the access link to anyone who didn't pay? And people can share the login link with whoever they want but if the person doesn't have the membership offer on their profile, they'll only have a blank screen when they login. People have to have the membership offer assigned to their profile in order to get access to the membership.
Can I skip the email asking them to fill out the product offer form we created here by having the checkout link from the funnel direct them straight to that product offer? It seems like if I have them check out, then direct them straight to sign up for the product immediately afterwards, the email is a redundant step, yes? Or am I missing something? hey man, i have followed your tutorial for setting up mailgun with Gohighlevel.. someone was telling me about smtp for sending mails... i do not recall doing that but the emails are sending out when someone books a call and they get the appointment reminders emails from the automation.. so am i all good so far? 2nd thing is that when i tried to add custom domain in the membership like you showed us, it does not get verified... i get error about CNAME Records.. can you help?
If the emails are sending then it sounds like you're good. For verifying DNS records, it may take up to 24 hours to verify. Also, double check to make sure the records were done correctly

The thing with people making videos on subject they are very familiar with is they leave out the things that they think everyone would know - That people new to a certain subject will not have a clue. So many things get glossed over. THis would be a scenario that if you want to teach something as involved as a GHL Membership site you would do a Q&A session in a zoom or doan interview - this was you may end up explaining the same thing 3 times (3 different ways) - but then masses will understand. - And THAT is the only way to become a great instructor.

Way faster to embed than wait for videos to download, then upload, etc. especially for longer videos.

Yes. You would use the Lock feature in each category and set it for the number of days you want to release it.

You wouldn't use an order form for that then. You would just use a regular form.

Don't you think detaching the checkout process from the course will make the course accessible without payment if another user shared the link.

Yes you can skip that part. As long as the offer is added to their contact profile via the workflow, they can just login at your main login page.
