    Thanks for the tutorial, helps a lot.
    I know this is purely a tutorial which is intended for beginners like me, but who knows, architecture students/aspirants might/expected to see your video.
    As a suggestion I'd rather switch the position of your fridge and range, so once you are cooking, the smell won't come directly into your bedroom unless you introduce a hood to extract all the smoke coming from your all daily cooking activity. While better to locate your fridge where you had proposed your range, as this is the best proximity wherein end-users usually open up and close to get stuff, and it is more accessible to your office, living, bedroom, and close to travel distance from your dining zone.
    Disclaimer: I am no pro here. Just helping from a space planning point of view :)

    Seeing the plan floor in revit is like unfair just what i was missing, where i were all this time with autocad u need a lot of time for doing things like u

    (2) in "Slicex" you could create New Drum Loops and softs in any order from different slices. And keep the loop slices playing in and

    These tutorials are great but I hope you can slow down the pace a little bit since I am very new to Revit and I am not an architect. I had to play back a lot on some parts.
    That is my only complaint so far, otherwise, I have been learning a lot from these videos.

    Nice and thanks. For us the architects, please do one on a small building where you import a 2d or 3d of it into the 3dsMax and apply Architectural materials like stone, wood, carpet, washed concrete, etc not from what there are in the max library but the best looking materials you get from the internet and then render. Thanks beforehand!

    Hi there Balkan. How do you work your baseboards? Is there a way to make it in each ambient as we made the global floor? Having as target calculate the extension of it, what would be your sugestion about this issue. Others opinions about all readers are welcome.

    Great videos, a beginner on revit and this was very helpful. When I click component the only ones I have are desk and a few others, but no tables or kitchen stuff etc. I’ve checked all my folders and I don’t have them, how will I get them

    so this all seems super simplified though, are you able to build out wall structures (like actually stud design) with revit? For example, I use solidworks to build EVERYTHING, right down to stud placement in the walls..

I was appyling the same commands from video I assigned floor materials too but when I jump up to the realistic view all objects become fully black includes walls, floors, furnitures etc. What is the problem you think?

    Balkan please help, I have drawn whole architectural project, and need to change elevations so that my 0.00 should be on the second level at 2.66 and past 0.00 will become -2.66 become . So basically I want to change just the level grids, the building stays same. but problem is that many things including walls are attached to levels so what can I do ?

    So I made an account with Revit City and downloaded a few files from there. Now when I open the files, I am unable to take the furniture or fixtures into my floor plan. Is there a special way to add files from Revit City into your Revit files?

    Great tutorial for a beginner like me! However I had a problem with rendering, RR command doesnt work and I can't find the rendering dialogue under View Control Bar. Frustrated where to find it :(
