Jimi is a legend , an icon, and one of the greatest voices of all time. He is my second favorite all-time vocalist right behind his idol Elvis Presley!
Recently I was watching an interview with a guitarist, who worked with Jimi, for some years, and I couldn't help but cry when he talked about Jimi and the peculiar voice that Jimi had! Jimi not only had the voice, he had the face, the charisma with the public, he was very simple, friendly, humble, uff and I can't continue because I'm going to continue crying, my favorite forever, I enjoy his voice so much in every song I hear of him! 💖

Stunning rendition of al beautiful song...sung like no-one else can sing it. This was our first dance song at our wedding 29 years ago. Still holds a very special place in my heart, as does Jimi. RIP Jimi, one of the truly great vocalists of the modern era, if not all time. Certainly my favourite singer of all time, fronting my favourite band of all time.
I personally think Jimi Jamiosn was the best thing that happened to Survivor, that's why they didn't leave him for any other artist, after hearing his voice.

Dave had a very unique voice that was perfect for Eye Of The Tiger. Silver Girl personally for me was my fav from the album. Jimi just had a different style that Dave. With Dave being more hard rock, with a street sound. Jimi had the higher octaves that matched Vital Signs and beyond. RIP Jimi
