Am I a mom? NO.
Will I watch every Angie video? YES!
Lool funny cuz I just became a mom in June and it still takes me a while to realize I can now relate to all these mom videos haha I'm like oh yay I can now watch these as an actual mom not just for fun.

Yes, I love the 5 min tidy. We do the 10 minute tidy 3 or 4 times a day after various "shifts" in our home. We homeschool (3 kids) & it helps a lot
Yes, it truly helps me as a home educator ! Knowing that we will all pitch in takes off the pressure!☺️😌
Great reminder of what it's like to be a kid..."no personal investment in 95% of the things we want them to do" ....so helpful!
I need to have a place to put this plaque without my kids seeing it!
That saddens me though. Imagine how different parenting would be if kids could be given more agency and autonomy.
The serious Angie moment needs to be a short. Seriously.
Sage advice. For so many years I struggled with the whole "perfect" thing. I didn't try or do lots of things because I couldn't do it the "right way". Or I would obsess over something until I had become "extra". Quit waiting and just do it. Failure is better than never pushing yourself and trying new things.
The last part of the video where you basically said to enjoy your family/life whether your home is tidy or not is something a lot of people need to hear. Thanks.
The last few moments were golden! All my boys are grown and looking back, that advice is almost what matters most.😊
Love this video! Batch cooking healthy food is so great for beating decision fatigue. I will make separate foods in batches that I can make into different dishes so I don’t get bored. I am still a hot mess, but I’m working on it 😂
Angie's lipstick matching her sweater, I want to be like you! 😂❤
The Fly Lady app has been really helpful for me to develop new habits (keeps me accountable) with reminders. I've edited the tasks with items that are applicable to me. Thank you, as always, Angie. Your tips and reminders about life in general are so helpful.
Yes!! Best app ❤
It’s not only Mums hacks, it’s everybody’s hacks, my kids are grownups now so yes, I still must take care of my cat, but even if I had no cat, I would find these hacks useful. Very good ideas!
Absolutely LOVE the training children segment. I have a teenager and 3, 5 and under and this hits a homerun. (Discipline/Train/Coach)
Some good suggestions but a HUGE NO to the DNA thing. I would simply not trust a company like that with that type of my personal information, I don't care what they have to say about privacy. There are some things we have no control of in regards to our personal or health information but this that Angie is pushing is a choice, one I would never make.
Exactly 💯
First thing I thought too 👀
Troll… Why post this comment? Don’t take her advise then… No need to voice it to the world and try to influence others. Comments like these make me so angry.
“ If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.”
I wouldn’t do that, either. It’s definitely a personal choice which I respect!
This is sweater-lipstick coordination goals 😊
Oh my gosh Atomic Habits is one of the best books I've read. This video has SO many other epic tips Angela! Thankyou so much for your input on this!
Just wanna say I keep coming back to your videos, even though you seem way more put together than me because you keep speaking to the perfectionist voice and telling her to shove it. 😂 There are a few important people in my life who say, “if I need to know it, I’ll just remember it.“ And it’s really frustrating living in a world where we are all supposed to have perfect memories. I still really like that book, “Getting things done,” because he said that your brain was for processing and treasuring family mementoes, not for remembering when to take out the laundry.
The segment about perfectionism really hit home. Thank you so much for uncovering that. The good news is: there is a very likely chance that the people closest to us WILL actually still like us, even if we don’t reach 100% on every single task. Great reminder.
Thank you, Angie! Love your videos. Love the inspiration. Love you! The last tip was my favorite; life is short, smell the roses!
I sure do love your channel and you, Angie, but I think this video is my absolute favorite that you’ve ever made!!👏😘 Thank you for the ideas, but most importantly, thank you for the encouragement! God bless you and your family!❤️
Always feel a little better after watching you 😊
Great video! So refreshing to hear another person share my opinion regarding journaling. Sad we live in a society in which everything you say and THINK, can and will be held against you.
LOVE this Angie. I can always count on you for inspiration💖💖
I meal plan for one week at a time. It is exhausting for me the day I do it but it helps SO MUCH for the rest of the week! It also saves us so much money as I am not buying unneeded groceries or letting them go to waste. This summer I thought we would try to be more spontaneous and not meal plan. Big mistake! I needed to hear the insecure vs. perfectionism remarks. Thank you for sharing these tips! Smiles, Abby Smith
Thank you! I appreciate those words at the end of the video, sometimes I'm just exhausted and forgot to enjoy little things. I love your channel! ❤
I couldn’t stop looking at your lips 😂 SUCH A BRILLIANT COLOR! And it matched your shirt. T was insanely aesthetically pleasing for my eyes 😂 and once again, you came and you gave THE best tips. First with the previous tips on other videos like the sock hack?!? And now the super practical tips to manage our homes. Thank yooouuuu
Saaaame ❤
Very iridescent lips.. I’m sorry I couldn’t stop looking at them❤
I love the everything notebook idea!!!
Lol!!!! Angie!! You had me dying of laughter about the dateline comment!! I feel the exact way!! Thank you for the chuckles!!!
You are amazing! I always look forward to your videos!!!
“Is this mole hairy?” 😂
I’m not done yet with the video but I had to stop and hit rewind on that one! 😆
The kids look like they have fun
So a traveler's journal is an AWESOME place for a brain dump journal. You can add different notebooks that you like and when they fill up, just remove it, add another and go on w/ your journal. I love mine!!! And girl why are you wearing a sweater in June?!?!?! I mean I'm in Arkansas so maybe it's just hot as hades here, but I would think it's hot there too! lol
I'm in AZ and thought the same thing. I can't even wear a fitted T-shirt this time of year😅
Loved the video! I especially loved the ♥️ to ♥️ at the end. Really interesting point about perfectionists often being insecure. My husband and I know this couple that they both are super perfectionists!! But as we've gotten to know them better, my husband was pointing out that they just act really insecure, while trying to put on that they have everything under control. So your comments about that are spot on.
Just a tip for the meal planning. Dont make and freeze casserole type dishes, they take up so much soace and take so long to dedrost and then to cook. I started making the main portions (think lasagna) and then assemble day of. I love cooking, but not for long times every single day. I also add pureed veggies to any meal i can, it's now become a one pot meal. No sides needed. Those are my favorites.
Hitting us with the perfectionism. Ouch! Such a great point!! I have never thought about it like that before! Thanks! 😍
It brings me irrational joy to know I'm not the only one who doesn't check their mail often 😂
This was great. It really got me at the end with the getting so busy trying to make systems and declutter, etc and not actually LIVING.
Great suggestions. I love the one about cleaning up and getting it DONE not perfict. It's the one I need to remember. I get so stuck on needing it perfict, every time I clean up or organize. (due to how I grew up, you made me realize that) That I end up getting stressed and do very little or nothing because of the build up of anxiety to do it all perfict. Thank you for that and I'm going to make a note and set it where I can see it next to my daily list (I'm taking your advice, even if it's part of the 5 minute tasks, thank you) So I can constantly remind myself to remember to just get it done.
Awesome tips! I always love your videos and I thinks it's because we are from the same area of Oregon. I need to implement weekly to two weeks of meal planning. It will definitely halp when baby 3 comes in the fall. Yes get stuff done and they don't need to be perfect. I hope you and your family have a great week!
Thank you for making this video. I really took that last bit to heart and needed to hear that. You have some great advice. God bless and take care. 🙏🏼 ❤🌻
Yes! Thanks Ange! Great reminders and helpful and useful hacks! ✅👏
I love this lip color on youu!!!!
I also have one notebook. I’ve tried to use several for each different thing, but no, I can’t do it. Everything in one place is what works for me too. Love your channel! 😊
I'll be checking out the parenting book. Thanks!
My toddlers books breed. I leave less than half of them on his book shelf and store the overflow in the laundry room. And then somehow every time I do laundry he's sneaking in and bringing piles of books out to his bookshelf. Help 😅
“You feel like you’re new here everyday! 😂😂” THAT 👏🏽IS👏🏽ME👏🏽
OMG I hear you and do most of the things you said 👍🥰 Thanks for sharing 🤗❤️
You cracked me up with "Make fewer decisions!" I love it!
I really enjoy your sense of humor! Great tips!
I love the storage units in the background! Are they custom or did you purchase them somewhere?
Love this!❤
your shirt looks great on you, i'm to totally jealous! I love this video it gave me some useful ideas. Thank you.
Wonderful advice and reminders! Chef’s kiss!
What an excellent video Angie!!!!!! I love your humour and your serious side! Whoa - drop the mic!!!
5:53 cracked me up!! Thank you for creating this for us!
Angela,you are absolutely the best!
Meal planning is my trauma. Nobody wants to eat the same things and complains about everything.
Done is better than perfect!
I should have had pen and paper ready. Always do as Angie says, Anna!
Best mom hack video ever. ❤
good tips & reminders presented in an upbeat, realistic manner
Unflappable. Love it
🎉thanks so much for this…I needed to hear this today!!
Loved every minute of this video!❤
Do you organize your commonplace notebook into topics, or just write on the next piece of blank paper no matter what your writing.
Angie you are the best! I needed this
Binge watching your videos mama of 8 here too 💖
Lol! I thought I was the only one who thought that way about the brain dump book! 😂😂😂
Love your stuff Angela! I'm an Angela too. I love the hack about tidying up before bed, I am such a minimalist! I also journal and it's been incredible for my mental health. I love your idea about the lists, and I have to do that all the time, and to-do lists for the following day.
Great ending!
Hi Angie I meal plan monthly and yes it's great
Great Job
I need to burn my journals now. Darn Dateline!
Mail is upsetting. Must is for my husb credit card offers, stuff to do with rates for our home... annoying!
Great video!!!
How DO you get sand off your kids at the beach?
Mama of 5 here, I Use Baby powder. sprinkle on the area , sand comes right off🤍 works great! I'm not sure but you might be able to use cornstarch too.
Flush water onto them? 😂😂 Not a mom here though, so what do I know.... Near beaches there are usually water pipes to clean your feet. I see a lot of parents there with their children.
Ha ha, I grew up in Florida and was thinking the same thing, cuz we always came home with sand no matter how hard we tried not to.
Yes, use water to wash off most of it, then dry, and use baby powder for any that's stuck or hard to reach areas or... Works a charm
Hi! Love your sweater! Where is it from?
Lol the edit for "of course I should be better organized" 🤣🤣
Amen to your very last comment. As women and moms, I think we need to be reminded of that daily…at least I do!!!!!
You provide great advice for all parents out there! Would you like to try Spanish out? It would bring a new set of advice! We'd love to partner up!
Systems vs goals!!! Yaessss- SYSTEMS WINS! THAT creates success. Bravo, Angie! 🙌🏽
(You are alao a great example of having built a great skill stack! So important for success. I really recommend HS or college age kids read, “How to Fail at Almost Everything & Still Win Big.”- Scott Adams)
I will be careful about listening to anything that Andy Stanley says. Do your own research. I just wanted to throw that out there.
I cringed when I saw Andy Stanley
So AWESOME 👌
The circle DNA is expensive even with the discount.
Do not give anyone your DNA
@@denisedavis9908 why??? Not that I would but just curious
Do you have a link for this lipstick? It's gorgeous
Do you have a shredder by your trash can or do you just throw your unwanted mail away?
Do you guys have any relation in IBLP?
Does the dna test, shows hormone status?
Angie, I love listening to you, but you and a couple others, I don't hear good. Yes, the volume on my phone is all the way up. Maybe I'm not the only one but just wanted you to know🤔
Hello... thank you so much 💓
I don’t journal for the exact same reason. If I ever end up on dateline😅😅😅
Lol, but it is okay to have your DNA out there for Dateline or really anyone to access???
@@leek7987 nope! Hard pass
That book 📕!!
Getting IT right by Andy Stanley & his wife
SO GOOD read it 2X
❤❤❤
"she's unflappable" i want that
This is absolutely outstanding. I read a book with similar content, and it was absolutely outstanding. "Dominating Your Clock: Strategies for Professional and Personal Success" by Anthony Rivers
Captivating content here. A related book was also a momentous event in my intellectual journey. "Dominating Your Clock: Strategies for Professional and Personal Success" by Anthony Rivers
❤,👌👌
Angie dropping truth bombs at the end 🥲 oof
Do any of your kids have ADHD or a disability?
The answer is yes, if you watch her videos.
:p

Andy Stanley does not believe in the Bible. Be careful.
