Gareth I enjoyed you live last night, you had me in stitches, it’s truly amazing how a group of people who have never met can come together via the internet and have a great time! Thank you 🙏 Your bacon looks yummy!
I always like to fold a single slice of buttered bread from left to right, with my bacon, sausages or spam on , that way it holds the food in place much better than cutting the slices in half.
That's it Garath !! Just what the doctor ordered Your Sarnie is just how I like it 👌 and of course a nice cuppa Loved last night Thanks felt part of a growing support team 👍 Lyndax

Good morning Gareth bacon 🥓 looks delicious I had tea and toast… it’s snowed here in Barnsley though night bitterly cold biting wind… have a great Saturday
Your bacon looks delicious. I've just gotten an air fryer and I've done alsorts in it. Even a cooked chicken. I've done a fry up, chips, fish fingers, chicken coupons and for my tea tonight I did a bacon sandwich with HP sauce on. I bought a puremate 5.5l one because I wanted a white one. I'm very impressed with them, I even talked my friend into getting one
Hi Gareth. I was hoping my air fryer would arrive today but nothing yet. Its great how you're demonstrating stuff with yours which will encourage us to be more creative with ours. Nice bacon sandwich you made there. I like a fried egg on it too. Cheers.
I love a fried egg too, but I have to have a soft yolk, which needs something like a crusty roll, oven bottom muffin, baguette or ciabatta, you put the egg on top of everything then turn the whole thing upside down, squeeze the sandwich and break the yolk, the yolk completely soaks into the bread…it’s delicious 😋
Always use the air fryer, The oven only seems to be used for roast meats or stuff like lasagne these days! Tried a steak in it a few weeks ago, Came out rather well!
My first thing I cooked in airyer I got a corsori it was baconso quick easy and the bacon was crisp ill have to get one of those airfryer books lovefran xxx
Mine is a Ninja but I should have got bigger one for family cooking. They are great. You can check food without having to restart timer, Great for cheese sambos. Greetings from Dublin. Your bacon sandwich looked yummy.
love a good bacon buttie , and yesterday had a bit of luck , was shopping at the local shopping centre and found an air fryer in immaculate condition in the pdsa shop , food ninja for 20 quid !! boxed and all the bits and looks unused . bargain !!!
I find I'm using my Tefal ait fryer a lot more than the conventional oven nowadays, I live on my own and it's great for one person for a variety of things, much quicker too. Favourite thing atm is Aldi frozen marinated chicken wings/pieces that come in a bag. They come out lovely and crispy on the outside and moist inside. I've got the same alarm on my phone too, I actually went to turn it off whilst watching this video, lol. Take care of you and yours mate!
It's a good investment , I've had mine for 2 years , not the same brand as Gareth's but it's still brilliant 👌. I'm still learning from others the different things you are able to cook . Mine has a spit roast rotisserie function for whole chickens and joints of meat 🍖, I've never tasted such moist and tender meat with crispy skin or crackling Online recipes are endless. Good luck!
Ooooh!... That looks delicious mate... 👍 I must admit Gareth, i do love a good Bacon Butty my friend... I also like cooking Gammon Steaks in the Air Fryer as well... If you've got any small ramekins, you can crack an Egg into each one after a a quick spray of cooking oil too... Eggs and Bacon in a morning... 🥓🥚 It doesn't get much better than that Gareth... Cheers mate. 🍺
Like the way you had a quick take two on “In between half way” from the recipe book. Were you thinking does it means quarter of the way through? Sarni looked good. It would be great to see you do a taste test on Ketchup Heinz versus supermarket brands. Get the wife to dole it out so you can do a blind test.
I like my bacon done in the microwave. Two sheets of kitchen roll on a plate, 3 slices of smoked back bacon, one more sheet of kitchen roll over it, stick it in the microwave (800w) for 3-4mins, depending on how well done I want it to be. Sometimes I'll melt some Red Leicester cheese on it. As for the brown sauce vs red sauce, I like a bit o' both!
Hi mate, enjoyed this one, I do enjoy your straightforwardness and honesty, the opinions of regular chap! you make good use of the air fryer, after some months of using it do you still think its good? Thanks again.
Hungry before breakfast this Saturday, watching your sandwich video. I might make something frozen, like a chicken pie with several generous dashes of Worcestershire. Cheers!!
I tend to do a small English knowadays. Egg, bacon and black pudding (occasionally cherry tomatoes). Another two things I've changed (and prefer) is no sauce...and egg not runny. I put a lid on frying pan and get the yoke just slightly white on top. I prefer the flavours this way. HP and tomato sauce can and do overpower the flavours. All done in frying pan, with a little bit of vegetable oil.
Those part baked bread rolls you buy in the supermarket come out really well and quickly in the air fryer. Would work great with that crispy bacon. But with brown sauce ,tomato sauce or ketchup if we’re being posh is for chips.
The part baked baguettes are too big for the Foodi. ☹️ but the rolls will definitely fit. I think I’d best order a freezer full, I love them with bacon and egg!
Gareth, you cooked that bacon good. I just had my brekkie in OZ, did the bacon in the airfryer and a hash brown as well and put it all in the toasted bread sandwich. Lubbly Jubbly. But please, HP or brown sauce on your Bacon sarnie. Keep up the good work.
@@BaldFoodieGuy I agree with you about brown sauce, and only on sausages, or chips, but not red, I don’t like tomato sauce, I went off it when I was pregnant with my first child, could never have it again 😝
