I've been remembering and missing John and Gregg. Thank you for posting these throwing videos. Without the core work/stoic ethics in mind, body and Spirit that these great men from the 1980's helped me to build and strive for, I would not have ever, even survived the challenges that have been dealt to me, a veritable, "gauntlet" in fact. Watching the, "vintage" throwing footage takes me back to a much happier and simpler time, as throwing the discus was my, "happy-place", my, "meditation" I guess. Thank you so much!
