Can you use panels that go over the recommended amps? Does this unit limit the amps when solar charging??
I just bought a 767 setup after viewing your and others review. Operating in standalone (no transfer switch) my refrigerator 3 prong plug's plugged into a floating ground = safety issue. Help
glad i came across this brand. after running over my foot with the delta pro and getting bruised, plus it take my son and i to move outside to charge, i've been regretting my purchase. going to look into this other brand
I'm a little confused by this video. You begin with an issue of the power station unit not charging, and then we see that a different issue is resolved (powering a portable AC) with a firmware update? I have a 767 Powerhouse that won't charge consistently, no beta app, all firmware up to date and I've "reset" settings back to default. Starts out charging at the set rate via the app, then trickles down to as low as 7watts charging with a 16 day estimate to full charge lol
Man mine can’t power a table/chop saw…support hasn’t sent a email since Friday morning.
My C1000 stopped charging. I watched your video, and tried a FW update. The FW update failed, because the unit powers down the AC outlets during the update, and I had the wireless access point plugged into the C1000. But the reboot that occurred during the failed update fixed the charging issue. SO maybe it wasn't the FW update that solved your problem, but the reboot that accompanied it.
Possibly stupid question, I can’t find the answer online, how do I turn off this power station? Lol
My heart skipped a beat when I read the title of the video, since ours is on its way here. I saw Will @ DIY solar update his firmware. It was .7 What number are they up to now? Will a guy have to do a firmware update out of the box? Also, has the reverse polarity issue on the 120 side finally been solved for good on the current units, or is that something that needs checked too?
Check your firmware when it shows up if you can so you don’t get greeted with any surprises that might have been fixed already, never know what version was shipped
darn youtube slow to load the videos. others this does not happen rumble runs fine and others also. why?
Anker's 300, 500, 700 series model numbers need to go. They are not descriptive and thus hard to keep straight.
The new C1000, F1200, F1500, F2000, and F3800 scheme relates to battery size.
my anker 757 also had this problem and now it is completely discharged, my 757 is ZERO and wont charge.
mine wont charge and the ac part dont work either

@@AndyValencia1995 after many attempts to reach out to anker USA and my local anker dealer (in Asia) where I brought my anker. - Anker USA wants me to ship back to the unit to USA, ITS TOO EXPENSIVE and because its lithium, its very hard to ship.

So finally found a tech who opened the unit and there was corrusion inside probably from the road trip in the USA that lasted 56 days stayed in key west, yoseneti, grand canyon, joshua, etc.... lots of fogs on some of those places.....
so tech opened it, said the batteries are toast and there's no replacements. - so its JUNK at the moment.
lol get a different power source and connect it to your internet just incase the power goes out and you need a firmware update.
