23:16 If you want to run your AC off of this thing, you need to wire in a capacitor bank between the AC and the 767. Make a decent size bank to offset the indicial current load. If you use super capacitors, which is ideal, add a dedicated solar panel array to keep them charged up. It's the compressor that's tripping the unit. The cap bank should be wired in so it feeds the compressor and charges when the AC unit is running.
I have the 767 and had some issues powering a 120V window A/C that should only use about 400watts. I got an updated firmware and now it works just fine.
LOVE this review. This is exactly what we have been waiting for to help power our camper when we bondock! Thanks for taking the time to work with Anker to get it to power an AC unit. GAME CHANGER for us :)
I just wanted to say that. Your review on the 767 is absolutely phenomenal kudos to you, and you deserve a million views on this video. It is an amazing video well done. Thank you so much, and god bless you❤
Really nice review, well done. I love mine. I also have the extra battery to double storage and a few of the solar panels. I use it for my business (use power tools), my RV, and as a silent home back up option for power outages. These are amazing!
It’s so beneficial to review something 6 months later not pre-released products you’ve had to two weeks. Was thinking F3800 but this and the extra battery seems a better solution for me! Would love to see you do a 1000w solar charge video for it.
Awesome video. Would love to see it power a household fridge and show how long it lasts. Also, seeing it used a as a UPS on a fridge would be fantastic!
Thank you! After EcoFlow beating around the bush, its nice to know that Anker is on top of their game and follows through! I was leaning to them over Jackery but this solidified my thought.
They are great units. I’ll have to do an update soon. Feel free to use my Anker links. I’ll get a little commission :) Anker power Station: shrsl.com/45dzz Anker Solar Panels: shrsl.com/45e09
A thorough, welL-explained, well-shot and well-edited video. I would've liked to have seen the changelo when you when to do the firmware update. Anker doesn't share what changes are made in firmware updates on their website. If you don't own one, you don't get to find out.
They do have some change logs, but they are not very detailed. The only difference for me was that with the old firmware, it would not run certain refrigeration compressors, after the update it would. In my emails with them, all they would tell me is that it was a change in the "Protection algorithm"
Great video. You provide a smorgasbord of good for thought. I always thought that Anker offered some great products after using a few of their battery banks. I had an idea that they could produce some quality battery banks of much larger size. Your video and a few others seem to validate their quality products.
I'm glad it was helpful! I do like Anker and have enjoyed reviewing their products, I'm excited to see what they release next! The release of the 767 did have its flaws, however, the 757 was pretty close to perfect. I"m not sure why they made these mistakes with the 767, but, I suspect it was to get it to market early due to growing competition. I'll see how the next product release goes. I hope they don't start to back slide on quality.
I was disappointed at first, but Anker worked hard to fix the issue. I've had other commenters say that the problem has been resolved for them too. Update the firmware and if you have any issues, just contact support, they will take care of you.
I got my 767 a few weeks and my issue is the opposite. I get 'Open Ground' on AC (the outlet I used was not grounded) and then on Battery Power I get 'Hot/Neutral Reversed'. For point of reference, I own a 757 as well and it shows 'Open ground' when on battery. Anker said the Receptacle Testers are not made for Battery power testing and should only be used with AC power as they can provide unusual results otherwise.. I told them my 'Hot' light on 767 with 'Hot/Neu Rev' was flicking, but they did not seem to think it was an issue. I am not sure if I can agree with their assessmen,t. I have been trying to research if it is normal for a Solar Generator to do this and some people say should be 'Open Ground' on battery and others say 'Hot / Neu Rev' is normal as well so it is hard to say what is 'normal' IMHO. I also have a JBL 710 Party Speaker which has a 800 watt inverter built into it and when I first tried it with the 767 it had a 'humming sound' in the speaker (usually indicates issues with clean Sinewave). Once I turned both units off and back on, it never did it again, but makes me wonder does the unit have a flaw with the Sinewave itself? They told me the power draw was probably too much for the 767 and I told them even if it was double the power (1600 watt) the station should handle that easy! As far as the AC and other things that 'stutter' when running from the Power station, the newest firmware is supposed to fix that and it is a know issue. I do know that for some ACs like a campers 13,500 or so, you can add a 'slow start' for them to work. I got the Anker 767 on sale for $1600.00 (down from 2k), but I am still wondering if it would be better to send it back and order the new Jackery 2000 Plus (on sale currently for 2k). The Jackery 2000 Plus allows you to get up to 24KWH if you want by adding multiple batteries and another unit, it has a max output of 3000 watts vs the 2400 watts on the Anker and its MAX watts is 6000 watts for Surge (Anker is 3400 I believe) and people said they can use it without a 'soft' start on their campers AC. What do you think?
I have both too, the Solix F1200 & F2000 most time for home use for time low sun or evening, computer, TV (F2000) and coffee, airfryer (F1200 in the kitchen) Have 2600 Kw solar panels on the roof, how cheap using elektricity
I'm in uk and this 767 is a strong contender for me to purchase soon. Right it the last few seconds you said something that really interested me, you said "it can be used in any orientation" ..... so can you just confirm. .... You can have it stood in wheeling position or stood on it's end or stood on it's back, it makes such a difference if you answer yes to all those as space in my van is at a premium. Thanks in advance.
I’d email Anker to be sure… but, yes you can use it in its normal orientation, on its side, etc. It’s a sealed Lithium Iron Phosphate battery, so no risk of spilling. The only real consideration is airflow. The air flows from one side of the unit to the other, you would want the air to either flow side to side, or from bottom to top. Heat rises, so you want the fan to be pushing the heat up. Or you make the cooking fan push the heat down, it will be fitting against convection and might lead to reduced cooling. Other than that, you can use it in any position as far as I know. But, just ask support for the official answer.
It's good to be back. I'll be making an update video about our status soon. We've been busy bees, and needed a little break from RUclips. Sasha is doing fine!
Hey question.... is the 767 compatible with ANY solar panels? Cause on their website that is the claim... but ive been told this isn't true.... lmk thank you ❤
Great review! I thought you were just a RV guy, but this review rivals reviews of dedicated solar generator RUclips guys. I am waiting to see what the discounts are with SOLIX Fan Days and I might pull the trigger.
In my previous life, I was an IT guy, so tech is in my blood. I love all these neat toys. Power stations, coolers, solar, etc. I like these kind of projects, especially when the product is so useful. I'm talking to Anker now about their SOLIX Fan Days promo and might have a mention in my next video.
Great video! I've seen a couple other reviews talking about an issue with the quality of the power coming off the inverter that affected the ability of the unit to power pumps and such. I'd be curious to see if the firmware updates fix the problem they were having. I'm really interested in this unit but I'm going to wait for the bugs to get worked out. I don't have an immediate need and somebody else might release something absolutely fantastic in the interim.
Thanks for the compliment on the video! Yeah, I've seen those reviews mentioning power issues with the inverter. It's smart to wait for the bugs to be fixed before jumping in. Take your time, and you might find an even better option later. Happy waiting! 😊
The anker 757 was pretty much perfect from day one. The 767 had a few hiccups, but, Anker really followed through and supported their product. I'm glad they got everything resolved and I'm looking forward to whatever they come up with next!
If your unit is in the same space as your heater the inverter loses produce heat which would be dumped into the heated space. Your 10% would essentially be only mechanical losses not that 10%.
Awesome in details review. Love it so much. I just have one question, is it safe to leave the 767 under the sun while charging via the solar panel? I thought batteries or powerbanks are not safe to place under direct sunlight. Not sure about any powerhouse.
Were the nuteral and hot lines really.reversed or was it just a detection/indication error? If it was really reversed, my RV surge protector will detect it as a fault, and cut off the power to the RV. Has the problem been resolved? If they have, how can we make sure we have the updated model?
I don't really understand what is happening inside. I know that they will exchange the faulty units, which I'm working on right now. I'll have an update about the warranty process once it's completed. Anker is super easy to work with!
Im not actually sure what the BTU on the unit is. It’s covered by tape. I want to say around 10k. I don’t have a 13.5k to test with, I have some 15k, but I’ve heard that it won’t start on the 767. Maybe I should find out.
That’s NICE that they helped you. But when I go into my app, I show NO updates available. How can you verify which firmware you have currently? Because I installed a softstart on my 13,500 A/C and yet it still doesn’t run it.
Awesome video! Great testing and info.. Im almost ready to pull the trigger.. I need it to run my fridge all day, and my furnace at night in my 2005 fleetwood pop up camper for 4-5 days. I have two 100W jackery solar panels.. will this run what I need and use the panels I have?? TIA
You’d need to calculate your total load. Also, location, sun angle, season, clouds, etc all impact solar efficiency. It depends on the type of fridge and furnace. It’s more complicated than a yes or no answer.
I just watched your video, very informative and a great video. I have a question I want to use this unit to run my sump pump on emergency power outage. Can I keep Anker plugged into house power and have my sump pump plugged into Anker? I need to know because I would like to have this operate my sump pump whenever we have power outage. Thanks
Thanks for the very valuable info. One thing I’ve not found is overall dimensions. I like the idea of a simple solution to powering a truck camper. I have not been able to determine the device’s size; I would like to store it in our campers portable generator compartment. BTW - Did I hear you mention a new “Kingstar”?
Hello, I found the dimensions you are looking for: 20.7" x 15.5" x 9.8" We did have a new Kingstar, but, we actually returned it because our life is going in a different direction. We simply didn't have the time to use it. I'll be making a video to explain all of that in the near future. It's been a bumpy spring for us and we had to make some life changes that didn't include the Kingstar anymore. However, If you are still looking for information on it... A friend of ours has basically the same exact Kingstar and is already making content about it. ruclips.net/video/baW3oz3GweQ/видео.html Check them out for more Kingstar info.
Great review! Question for you though, Im thinking of a specific use case. If you leave it plugged in to a load permanently. Is it possible to have both shore AC charging and solar running at once? And can you leave it like that running without intervention? it would be nice to have it plugged in and providing a few hundred watts of solar power while keeping the grid as Plan B
Love your video. I own 767 w/expansion battery and absolutely love it. However, I do not know much about all the tests you did. (single mom just looking to have backup power) I am concerned as you mentioned issue with both your units. and want to check the AC plugs. What would I get to check that. What is that thing that you got a red light. If mine is defective with that, is it something dangerous? Thanks for any input
My 767 is fully charged, it’s been (2 days) and still has not started charging the expansion pack. 🤷♂️ all firmware 1&2 has been updated. Any advice, besides sending it back and getting two ecoflows. 😂. Your advise is greatly appreciated.
I don't have any solar panels to try with it. Maybe in the future. It doesn't come with any panels, but I did leave links to the Anker Panels that they suggest. You can also adapt it to work with many other brands of panels. Maybe I'll do a video on that some day!
I agree with you about Anker’s personality. I really like their products. I’m curious about the expansion battery, but I think I’ll wait for the next generation. I’d like to see the ability to add more than one battery.
It was a software issue related to the “protection” algorithm. It was only a problem with the US 120 volt models. The European and Asian 220/240 volt units had no issue. That’s why they purchased the same A/C I was using to make sure they had the correct test method to isolate the issue.
I have a strange situation, I purchase a Sperry GB wiring tester and when I plugged it in to the 767 running on battery power only it showed the error of hot grd/neu reversed. So, I tested it with a window unit a/c and surprisingly the a/c ran perfectly! Never got the weird readings, the shaking of the compressor, I tested the unit plugged in and unplugged and got same result. Now I’m confused, could the tester be wrong?
That sounds about right. The shaking compressor and issues with A/C are related to software updates. The polarity reversal is a hardware problem inside. It occurred with early model unit. The reverse polarity won't prevent anything from running, it's just not "correct". You can contact support and they will replace the unit. I just got mine back and will be doing an update video soon.
Hello storybook excellent video on the Anker new release 760 2400watts power bank generator. Please very near the end off the video you mentioned the last problem with the solar panels branch connector lead xt60 lead you said that is a hazard and according to a other RUclipsr on this same issue can give a electric shock with the contacts not protected and could be fatal if touched while plugged in to voltage. Are you aware please if ANKER HAVE REDESIGNED THE LEAD and solved this issue. Thanks Paul
Last I heard was “it’s being looked into” I really have no idea what the solution is. You can buy an MC4 branch adapter and adapt it to the XT-60 connection on the Anker. Several RUclipsrs have done that. I’m not sure if I’ll be using solar with my setup yet. So it hasn’t been a priority. Stay tuned as my trailer setup is still evolving.
It would be a great backup for a fridge! As for run time, it would depend on MANY factors. Wattage, cycle time, temperature setting of the fridge/freezer and ambient temp of the room the fridge/freezer is in. An average fridge/freezer uses 350-780 watts, with a 35%-50% duty cycle. So lets take the middle of these numbers. 560 watts at a 42.5% duty cycle Duty cycle refers to the proportion of time a device is active compared to the total period under consideration. It's often expressed as a percentage. If a device is operating at a 42.5% duty cycle, this means it's active and consuming its full power for 42.5% of the time. The rest of the time (57.5%), it's inactive and consuming no power (assuming the device completely turns off when not active). So, to calculate the average power consumption over time, you'd multiply the full power (in this case, 560 watts) by the duty cycle. Here's how you'd do it: 560 watts * 0.425 = 238 watts So, on average, this device would consume 238 watts over the course of its full duty cycle. In this case, the Anker has a 2048 watt-hour battery and a fridge that consumes 238 watts. To find out how long the device can run on the battery, you'd divide the total energy in the battery by the rate at which the device uses energy. Here's how you'd do it: 2048 Wh / 238 W = 8.6 hours So, the fridge could run for approximately 8.6 hours on a fully charged 2048 Wh battery. This does not factor in an approximate 10% efficiency loss from the inverter.
Thanks for the awesome reply and calculations. This is very helpful. In the end, having this unit as a back up is better than no back up at all. Plus a fridge does not have to run full time if in an emergency situation. You can let go for a few hours and then give it some power for a few hours. As long as it’s kept closed and opened only when necessary. Or buy two units and toggle between both. Also pray for some sun during the day too!!😁
Great video! Do you or anyone know if you can bride two units together to run a 50amp 5th wheel RV, residential fridge, washer and dryer and it has two AC units? To live in off grid, maybe have solar panels feed it during the day and run off the batteries at nights or would someone think it would be better to rig a whole solar panel setup? I'm new to this and know nothing about electricity but trying to learn.
Funny you should mention that. I've been thinking about testing that out. I don't see why it wouldn't work. That might be a great video idea in the near future!
@Stonyboot I think you should make a video on that. It would be greatly appreciated. I'm trying to stay away from Ecoflow due to price, but I may not have a choice. I'm looking for a setup to be in my RV full-time.
Wow! So during very high load the voltage drops from 120v to 80v. That's 66.6% of the supply voltage! I'm sure a hairdryer fan can just slow down, but what about a microwave with electronics, timers, etc. The moral of the story seems to be - best avoid very high (huge) demand!
Can this unit be used if you have your solar panels hooked up and charging the anker. If so how much does the charging affected the unit while hooked up to say 2000 watts.
Lowering the voltage to maintain power is not normally on its usualy a function that can be turned on or off I would be so annoyed if I bought a power station that throttled near its rated output I expect it to work flawlessly right up to its rated contiguous power
Great video in depth. I documented the Hot/Neutral reverse issue several months ago and Anker promptly sent out a new unit. I was never able to get my 13,500 Coleman Mach to run but I haven't tried with 2.02. Can you provide some details about that manual transfer toggle switch? I was gonna do I simple critical loads panel but I might just switch the entire panel.
I just installed a Automatic Transfer switch and will have the video out Sunday or Monday. The manual transfer switch didn’t work out because of mounting issues. The local RV shop had. WFCO ATS in stock and it’ll really happy with the setup. Video will be coming soon.
@@Stonyboot So I updated to the 2.02 firmware and was able to run my 13,500 btu Coleman Mach (2013 model year) for 2.5 hours with my 767 and 760 expansion battery.
Anker gives away free gift to all unboxing RUclipsr , let them make an honest review for their products. Of course this is how good name brand show the confidence to their products also receiving feedback from different people opinions
@@Stonyboot Yes, sure. If you know enough about electronics to test for that sort of thing. Most people would never have any idea. There should be a recall.
I heard of a 3500 recharging generator already and guaranteed then I heard about even higher recharge rate put the first recharge rate I heard of was like 1500 *then it was 3,000 times then it was 3600 time I'm waiting for a 4500 recycling charging time. Pretty soon I'm going to start buying generators it doesn't have a battery attached to it or inside it but where you have to buy battery packs for it. Because the generator will last 30 plus years I mean my inverters last 35 + years I know a generator without a battery will last just as long if not longer since they're built better. Of course I am going to buy generators they also have the bet he's attached to them just for the difference and I also need the power. I do plan on buying the anchor but mostly I see the airport show me the smaller anchor one but I want the one you're reviewing basically so when I find and when I can afford it I'll probably buy it and it's battery as well otherwise it doesn't mean too much to me I'll get it known what would give me and how long it's going to last before it will have to be recharged try never to use more than half the power it offers to make it last longer. So before this video starts you tell me the full capabilities of how long the generator last without a battery and with the battery and what you give me a better idea what I'm going to use it for. Because as I buy generators I'm going to have to break up my house in two different situations for the generators to run because most generators will not run everything put together run one thing one major thing and some smaller things but not all three major things or all the on major high-wattage things. Without all the big complaint is in a couple other I watch things a 2000 watt would better than everything else in my house for the most part maybe not quite but maybe two of them would. So what I'm going to do 3 different generators and maybe have to get two of them make 240-volt for each of them the other two would actually be 120-volts and if I get split air conditioner I have to get more of them cuz each two units would run two or three of them I don't have to get several of them gotta run several different rooms each. But I worry about that time when it comes. But I'll get a generator to run all the lights in the house just the lights and add a few things to it since all my lights at 13 watts so hook up to plug into it from the house to run minor loads but something like a TV computer and clock alarm maybe a little vacuum cleaner or something like that. All be 120 so I just need to be one generator with batteries or a battery if it's the anchor generator ankle last through a hole worst time of the year three and a half weeks when the clouds cover the sky I'm very little power comes through the solar panels because it has to handle Wisconsin weather I have to get two of those generators and three batteries use one Inca generator to charge all the batteries and won the power of the house and charged batteries when it can when we get sun ☀️🌞 of course I pray you find a little bit of use for the other generator. But I'll turn around and get a generator just to run the upstairs outlets and out actually get to for that for when winter comes we have to use the big power instead of just a little power there might be a couple electric heaters going then for a little bit more heat if it's needed which adds up to 3000 watts for two electric heaters put together but I have to think of a little bit higher because all the other power that would also be used which would not be actually too much 356 watts something or a little more put something that's not worth the big generator time otherwise but might be worth a 2000 watt or better. Look up three different generators bigger than 3000 Watts to run three different parts of my downstairs downstairs. And then three big generators to run my three big loads NF course these three generators are probably have to have a pair to make 120 to 240 volt and I will have couple small loads on it cuz it has 120 volt as well but nothing that would drain it a hundred percent dead in a 24-hour and I'll buy extra generators just recharging the batteries for when the sun is out for when there is no sun in the sky because of Stormy weather that can't be avoided.
I have put over 100 hours into this review over the period of 6 months. If I didn’t like It, I would have pulled the plug on the review. I only review and promote products that I think are worthy. This was far from free. It’s just a great unit.
@@Stonyboot I like and trust you and Anker, but when a company sends out free samples for review you never can say that it is the same quality everyone gets. Why then don't you review bad products and help prevent viewers from making a mistake?
If I wanted to nitpick, the only downside of the video was when you asked us to listen to the sound it makes when you turn on the AC and it shuts down. You kept talking over the sound we were supposed to listen, making it difficult to focus on it. But at this point it's just nitpicking.
Update: Per Anker, if you got your 767 this year, all things mentioned have been fixed.
Im really impressed with Ankers' support and engineering departments! Thank you for putting it through all the tests you did. It benefits us all in the long run.

Excellent detail!
Thanks for tuning bin :)
I have both too, the Solix F1200 & F2000 most time for home use for time low sun or evening, computer, TV (F2000) and coffee, airfryer (F1200 in the kitchen) Have 2600 Kw solar panels on the roof, how cheap using elektricity
Great I want one thanks for your review
Scott, good to see you after a long time
Great and informative video thanks for sharing💯👌👍
where is shasha
It's good to be back. I'll be making an update video about our status soon. We've been busy bees, and needed a little break from RUclips. Sasha is doing fine!
Watched everything. Interesting!
Thanks for watching. I do have some updates coming. I did the exchange with Anker and have a few details to share.
Hey question.... is the 767 compatible with ANY solar panels? Cause on their website that is the claim... but ive been told this isn't true.... lmk thank you ❤
GREAT VIDEO !
Thanks for watching. More to come. I just got my replacement units back :)
Great video sir
So nice of you
Great video!
Really appreciate the thorough video, just bought one of these and had some of the same concerns. Glad to hear its working out!
Also I know we get the wattage.... but what about the amp hours? Why cant that br measured?
What size is your trailer AC unit in terms of BTU. Mine is 13,500. It would be fantastic if the powerhouse 767 could power it. Excellent review.
Im not actually sure what the BTU on the unit is. It’s covered by tape. I want to say around 10k. I don’t have a 13.5k to test with, I have some 15k, but I’ve heard that it won’t start on the 767. Maybe I should find out.
Have you had a chance to check out the new F3800 at all? And, if so, will you be making a similar video?
That’s NICE that they helped you. But when I go into my app, I show NO updates available. How can you verify which firmware you have currently? Because I installed a softstart on my 13,500 A/C and yet it still doesn’t run it.
I'll be doing an update video soon and I'll try to address the software update process. What version does it show for software on your unit currently?
Awesome video! Great testing and info.. Im almost ready to pull the trigger.. I need it to run my fridge all day, and my furnace at night in my 2005 fleetwood pop up camper for 4-5 days. I have two 100W jackery solar panels.. will this run what I need and use the panels I have?? TIA
You’d need to calculate your total load. Also, location, sun angle, season, clouds, etc all impact solar efficiency.
It depends on the type of fridge and furnace. It’s more complicated than a yes or no answer.
Try hooking the expansion battery to the unit and you will find all kinds of problems,
I have read/watched about that.
I think u have me sold , I just need it to run my Ac in the summer and heater in the winter
Can I use 1 powerhouse 767 powered from solar panels, outputting to my wall ac sockets to lower my energy bills? Thanks
I just watched your video, very informative and a great video. I have a question I want to use this unit to run my sump pump on emergency power outage. Can I keep Anker plugged into house power and have my sump pump plugged into Anker? I need to know because I would like to have this operate my sump pump whenever we have power outage. Thanks
What kind of test do you have, I want this
I just used a regular outlet tester. It's a Klein version from Home Depot.
Hello, I found the dimensions you are looking for: 20.7" x 15.5" x 9.8"
We did have a new Kingstar, but, we actually returned it because our life is going in a different direction. We simply didn't have the time to use it. I'll be making a video to explain all of that in the near future. It's been a bumpy spring for us and we had to make some life changes that didn't include the Kingstar anymore. However, If you are still looking for information on it... A friend of ours has basically the same exact Kingstar and is already making content about it.
ruclips.net/video/baW3oz3GweQ/видео.html
Check them out for more Kingstar info.
Great video, I now want to test to see if mine grounded though?
I’ve heard about some people having trouble with the expansion packs, I still don’t have one. Have you contacted Anker support?
Great info ty
First time viewing your video, you don’t show how it works with solar panels. If so how many panels does it come with if any.
I don't have any solar panels to try with it. Maybe in the future. It doesn't come with any panels, but I did leave links to the Anker Panels that they suggest. You can also adapt it to work with many other brands of panels. Maybe I'll do a video on that some day!
You will spend over 2500 dollars to get the max 1000W
I have Bluetti and anker but i like bluetti better than anker personally. i have some trouble with anker to charge for extension battery.
I agree with you about Anker’s personality. I really like their products. I’m curious about the expansion battery, but I think I’ll wait for the next generation. I’d like to see the ability to add more than one battery.
WHAT CAUSED FOR SHUTTING DOWN OF THE ANKER? WHAT WAS THE SOLUTION BESIDES THE SOFTWARE UPGRADE ?????
Thanks Paul
Last I heard was “it’s being looked into”
I really have no idea what the solution is.
How long will it run that 1500 watt heater on 1 charge?
A little over and hour. Maybe 1:15.
Can anker be plugged into shore power to charge and just have anker wired into breaker box to run trailer continuously when on or off grid?
That is an option. But, I'd suggest using a ATS to make the process smoother.
Is there an update video?
Would this be a good back up for a home kitchen refrigerator? Roughly how many hours would this unit keep it running before needing to be recharged ?
It would be a great backup for a fridge! As for run time, it would depend on MANY factors. Wattage, cycle time, temperature setting of the fridge/freezer and ambient temp of the room the fridge/freezer is in.
An average fridge/freezer uses 350-780 watts, with a 35%-50% duty cycle. So lets take the middle of these numbers.
560 watts at a 42.5% duty cycle
Duty cycle refers to the proportion of time a device is active compared to the total period under consideration.
Here's how you'd do it:
560 watts * 0.425 = 238 watts
So, on average, this device would consume 238 watts over the course of its full duty cycle.
In this case, the Anker has a 2048 watt-hour battery and a fridge that consumes 238 watts.
To find out how long the device can run on the battery, you'd divide the total energy in the battery by the rate at which the device uses energy.
Here's how you'd do it:
2048 Wh / 238 W = 8.6 hours
So, the fridge could run for approximately 8.6 hours on a fully charged 2048 Wh battery.
Also pray for some sun during the day too!!😁
The 1st link doesn't work.
Thanks for the tip. I see that it’s broken, unfortunately, I’ll have to wait for tomorrow for an updated version.
I've updated the first link with an amazon link until Anker can get me a working link.
The F2000 accepts up to 1000 watts of solar.
Yes, they have power pass through.
Lowering the voltage to maintain power is not normally on its usualy a function that can be turned on or off I would be so annoyed if I bought a power station that throttled near its rated output I expect it to work flawlessly right up to its rated contiguous power
If in a hacking event, I wonder if the firmware can be an issue?
It's the same stuff as all the other Named Solar Generators. Anker is made with stand by parts from other Generators.
Anker gives away free gift to all unboxing RUclipsr , let them make an honest review for their products. Of course this is how good name brand show the confidence to their products also receiving feedback from different people opinions
Just one other little problem. Outlet is reverse wired. Safety hazard. Against code, and certifications. Maybe not so little.
Except, they will send you a replacement unit if you contact them.
@@Stonyboot Yes, sure. If you know enough about electronics to test for that sort of thing. Most people would never have any idea. There should be a recall.
I read a post today where the writer claims it's not UL certified.
So get the ecoflow delta pro?
That is a beefy unit too! Just depends on what you need :)
And then three big generators to run my three big loads NF course these three generators are probably have to have a pair to make 120 to 240 volt and I will have couple small loads on it cuz it has 120 volt as well but nothing that would drain it a hundred percent dead in a 24-hour and I'll buy extra generators just recharging the batteries for when the sun is out for when there is no sun in the sky because of Stormy weather that can't be avoided.
starlink?
So for free it's a great unit.
😂
I have put over 100 hours into this review over the period of 6 months. If I didn’t like
It, I would have pulled the plug on the review.
And right now, they're $1599 with free shipping
❤
Thank you :)
It sure looks C00L ! Clean lines , not to portly considering all it's fetchers . . .
B C00L
I guess you're right, it does look nice. It's nice to handle, really solid and I don't worry about it breaking.
My wheels fell off straight out of the box.
still better than Ecoflow
i want a power station with No Apps, no possibility of being hacked by someone
So you can run a heater for 1.5hrs with this, seems like a waste of money just buy a generator,
I dont get why anyone would buy this over a generator
