The video was very interesting but I have a question, in the sentence "yesterday evening, we walked somewhat...."Both yesterday and evening can be adjectives, but in this case the word "evening" can also be an adverb alone that describes when exactly that action happened. Or Evening ----------- yesterday(adverb)
You need a teacher who teaches Grammar and Syntax at a uni level, the poor teacher teaches basic grammar to school kids. Put this question to an M.phil or Ph.D linguistics and hopefully you will get the answer.
See yesterday and evening can't be adjectives because adjective used to come before a noun or pronoun but in this case it comes before verb so that's why it is not adjective

_Vacation_ and _year_ are ideas; we call them abstract nouns.
