Frickin awesome that you covered all dishes for heat week! It all looked really good but the larb is what really caught my eye. I work with a Hmong dude and he brings in pork and/or fish larb and it's always spicy as fuck and super delicious! He uses Thai chilis, cilantro, fish sauce, and a lot of lime.
Do y'all share or sell recipes? It would be nice, I'd love to try that chicken fried steak dish, looked awesome! Everything looked great! One thing to help anyone that gets hiccups, bite into a slice of lime, works every time.
This makes me miss the East Coast Grill hell night in Cambridge Ma. Owner/Chef Chris Schlesinger one of the first to take ridiculously spicy food and make it delicious as well as nuclear.
