Here's another gem from GuitCon 2018!
So here's the story: I was at GuitCon, which was an amazing experience, and I came up with this idea of doing 'Smoke on the Water' with Pete Thorn and Phil X (Can't be any cooler, right?)
I came with the idea to Pete and he was so nice and liked it, and said "Sure, sounds cool let's do it" next one to convince was Phil X, which said: "Oh man... I need to learn a solo?" haha but obviously he was kidding (I hope), so because our days at GuitCon were super busy I had both of them to practice on the solo at their hotel rooms in the middle of the night haha - They are so awesome for doing this and I appreciate it SO much!
This song has 3 versus so I though it'd be cool for each one of us to play his own verse and play the chorus together.
The solo - Because it's such an iconic solo I thought it'd be super awesome if the 3 of us play it together note by note.
I love the result!
For the outro we take solos by turn.
I couldn't be happier with the result of this video!
