@@thesmilingassassin7270 left hands are just notes (basically frets) but you give them rhythm with your right hand (how you pick, strum or fingerpick and so on..) But again, this is an oversimplification.
I have only learnt 7 years and i can just play sweet child o mine anastasia final countdown and other stuff and cant even play crazy train properly(the solo part)

I started back two years ago (im 54 now) and it just kills me how good would I be if I kept playing all that time ? I heard john mayer say that he was never invited to the party so he would spend the night playing guitar in his room. I was always at the party and I'm a 54 year old beginner guitarist ! I would trade every party I ever went to for that time learning ! Just some words from an old rocker to a young one my friend, keep jammin man ! 🎸🤟

I was in the shower this morning reciting the entire opening scene of Pulp Fiction and I was thinking how much I'd love to hear a metal cover of Misirlou, even though it's already basically metal... I envisioned my favorite band (Blind Guardian) covering it...but holy shit this ticks off almost all of the boxes of what they'd probably end up doing. Orchestration and double kick and wah guitar. They'd probably add a fuckton of guitar harmonies (guitarmonies) layered up all nice, but that's about it. What I'm trying to say, is, well fucking done. I listened to this on repeat like 5 times while finishing up getting ready for work this morning. And I'm back again. Amazing.
