Do you not apply bonder
My question also,i was thinking is there no primer/bonder or foundation/ base coat ??
Just completed a biab course so now I’m obsessed with watching video like this. Your voice is so calming reminds me of train announcements xx
I learned more from you than I did in Cosmetology school lol Thank you! Hope you upload soon💛
Your very good at instruction. Looking forward to more videos. Thanks for taking time to do this. You Tube & my 3 Milady standard books are all I have to learn from for now so these videos mean a lot.
Thanks for watching!
Amazing tutorial, followed your clear instructions and it worked like a treat. I think I nailed it 😁
Who are you and why have I only found you now ? OMG YOURE AWESOME !!!
Aw, thank you! Just trying to give other people an easier time than I did starting out!
I was able to get my nails done perfectly thanks to you
Beautiful tutorial! Very user friendly, with helpful terminology ! Thank you so much
You just use one bottle ! That’s amazing !
Great explanation.
It was like was on the plane.. 😂
But this video is very helpfull! Thank you!
Wow this was the perfect biab tutorial thanks
❤ wonderful explain 🎉thank you, I’m happy that I found your Chanel.
Thank you!! I will practice now ❤
Great video. Thanks!
Very nice..I just heart recently from this technique 🥰🥰🥰❤
Great video! Please do more. A rebalance one perhaps? Thank u
I love this girls videos, I see she’s not done many recently where she gone? X😊
Amazing tutorial!! What nail buffer would you use on the nail plate if you hadn't already buffed? 100 or 180?
Hi Katie, if buffing a natural nail for new/first application, always 180 buffer. If I'm doing an in-fill, I might gently continue using my 180 grit hand file that I used to shape the nail :) remember that is only the shine we are trying to remove. Never anything harsher than a 180 grit anything for prep.
@@nailnovice8781 ok great thanks so much!
Very helpful video
Glad you think so! Thanks for watching :)
1:10 that part sis 🙌🏾💯♥️
Brilliant xx
I was taught to use a primer , but didn't see this in your video
I like you showing one nail only
If I was to apply a gel colour onto on the biab would I have to buff and apply a base coat or would a buff and wipe just do??
Where I can find this gel bottle ? its so amazing ❤️
Only professionals can buy this product, I think
I want to know where you can buy these gel bottles
Hello! Do you cure each nail individually? i find that while i move onto the next nail, the first one starts leaking at the cuticles.. i usually cure my own nails one by one but i could definitely not finish a client in an hour if i do the same on them. Thank you!
Hi Bianca, in salon I cure one at a time, yes. I go pinky on left, to pinky on right, etc. There is always one in the lamp and one being worked on. Obviously, when we work on ourselves, we don't have a third hand to keep applying to our free hand while the first is curing so yes, working on yourself takes much longer! A back-fill finished with gel polish takes me 1 hour or 1 hour 15 mins on clients :)
Hello! Can you use any UV lamp to cure the product? Thank you xx
Le gel biab s'applique sur l'ongle naturel ou avec les capsules
Can you use a normal topcoat for Gellac or do you need the Biab one
Where can I store the liner brush or how do I clean the Biab off?
this may sound really silly but the wipe you use for the inhibition layer - is it acetone you're using?
Alcohol
Could I use sensationail led lamp for this gel?
Do you cure each nail after application or cure after you’ve done the full hand as I’m struggling with keeping my biab perfect as when I’m doing the rest of the hand the biab starts too run/move so I then have to redo it. Is this normal or not?
Low heat 30s after each nail then rather whole hand
Where can I find this bran of Gel Builder in a bottle?I've searched everywhere
I’d love to see the backfill method x
how do you feel like the gels hold up? after about 6mos they are seperating. I contacted them and they sent me new bottles, but it happened again.
Hello, don’t you use different base coat please. Is this gel also a bae coat please Clara
Do you have to use alcohol to take off the sticky texture. Can you use acetone?
Where is the fine cuticle brush from please?
So do you not use a rubberbase?
Thank you for this video it’s much help🤩, could you please tell me where you got your thin liner brush that you did the cuticle with?
The gel bottle sell their own brushes but you can find other ones on amazon and eBay
Love this. Question, Do you know if these biab gels require you to use base ?
Valentina Garcia you only have to use a base with the clear BIAB, all the others you can apply straight on x
As sjay says, only the clear requires base :)
Are there any lifting issues without using a rubber base coat ?
Hi Cristina, no. The coloured BIABs have a built in primer and base. You can go straight in on the prepped nail. You CAN use a rubber base first for reeeeallly problem lifter clients but Ive honestly never had to! (The clear BIAB DOES require a rubber base first though, FYI)
Is using ran gel enough
Could you also do 3 thin layers instead ??
Hi Joanne, for very short natural nails (end of finger length), you can use BIAB as a base gel with just 1 or 2 thin coats. But anything longer, it's really designed to be used as a structure (with apex) product :)
Hello, Thank you for the video. Can you please tell me if this brand is hybrid or 100% pure gel formula? Thank you
Pure gel :)
Is it easier to build the apex with bottle gels?
Hee, why do you need to file the whole nail after biab? 😊
Is this gel soak off?
What top coat do you use please
Hey, I find mine doesn’t set properly no mater what I do? X
you did it on the natural nail or it is a fake one ❓
Hello do not un need a difficult base coat please
So you don’t need an base coat? Just a top coat right?
No base needed unless you are using CLEAR BIAB - This does require rubber base. The coloured BIABs have built in primer and base so apply direct to the nail :)
Does it wk as a base coat as well please
Hi Clara, for short natural nails (end of finger length) you can use BIAB as a base gel with just 1 or 2 thin coats. But anything longer, it's really designed to be used as a structure (with apex) product :)
Can this be applied on acrylic
Hi new to biab here, do you ever dehydrate and bond for biab like you would acrylic or not? Xx
Biab only requires a wipe with acetone prior. For really problem lifters or when using clear biab, you use rubber base first. Otherwise, just a quick wipe with acetone over the nail first is all they reccommend
@@nailnovice8781 Thankyou !!
@@nailnovice8781 may I ask what the rubber base can do? I have seen this product in this brand and others and was not sure of its purpose.
Also, do you know if you could use BIAB as an adhesion gel for something like gel X or Kiara sky full cover tips?
Do you necessarily have to buff? Can I apply the top coat straight away?
My application is now good enough that I go straight in with top coat. Only refine if you have to.
Do you need a different base coat please
The coloured BIABs have built in primer so can be directly applied. The clear BIAB requires rubber base coat first
I can’t buy this. Says on website you have to provide a certificate and I’m not qualified 😢
Any reputable brand will ask for proof of qualifications in order for you to purchase. If you wish to do nails, you must do the training. You wouldn't want an electrician wiring your house that learnt from youtube!! nails are no different. There are many things that can go wrong with nails if you are not correctly trained.
@@nailnovice8781 I agree yes. I have been doing my own gel nails for years and years now and would never do them on anyone else. I’m obsessed with watching nail videos so I have picked up lots of tips. I’m too long in the tooth to train now but love doing my own. 😃
@@Hpee2k Hi Hayley, when i was younger i went along to all of my mums lessons whilst she was training to be a nail tech. Im now a better nail tech than she is however had no qualification, i did an online course for £25.00 and it gave me the neccesary qualification to use the gel bottle, its the best brand i have used and the biab is a game changer. hope this helps!
@@laurenmariemc Thank you 😊 there was a time when it was possible for anyone to buy it. Was some time ago so I have had some before. I loved it but then couldn’t order it again 😢
@@quantumquartzalchemist2320 I have ordered from them before as well without a certificate. Anyway I did a cheap nail course online which took me all of 5 minutes so now I have some 😊
Can anyone but these builder gel ?
YOU FORGOT TO REMOVE THE CUTICLE
So do you only need 2 layers?
This product has a primer built in so doesn't need a base. Unless the nails are very long and need extra product to build up the apex, 1 thin base layer, then a slip and apex layer is enough, yes.
Does this damage the natural nail
They all do, just pick your battle
Do you do extensions with this product?
Sorry but you should have said overlay. I when you use a builder one thinks you are going to build!
Youre work is very nice. It look likes very easy but I have practice to do like this.
Love this brand!!! Go vegan
Do not you use base coat please
No
Stupid gel
