I was born there. Now I live in Las Vegas. I am a real estate assistant here. How can one practice real estate in chapala? How can I get broker to give me a chance there? Thank you
Of course not…It was built for about $100-160k in Mexico…House is probably 60-70 yrs old
This house couldn’t have cost $100k USD to build…very old and outdated…worth…$300-440k max….but it does have possibilities!
Where in the United States can you build a 6300 square foot home with a pool for $100,000 USD? That would amount to $16 per square foot.
By the way, Orla Texas is a ghost town with 3 residents. I was rubbing Michael Whitney, not you.
