Your gut became familiar with south food, but now in North you have to consume food with opposite nature, badly cooked, so much unnatural chemicals, and non-fermented. Now I changed my diet.
I m a govt teacher... my school is at 2 hrs distance from my house. My lunch hour is 12:30 to 1:30. And school is in very rural area.... Means there is not even a samosa shop within 3 kms.... I religiously follow you and agree with your simple yet l try to apply your tips in my life in every perspective.... These food tips are very good.... But hard to apply for me.... But I started to find way for this from now... Thank you so much sir
Ma'am,I can suggest you one thing why don't you hire some person or lady or family who can prepare food for you in that village... Who would be needy also you also help them by paying money for that food.... According to Amit sir food is really a vital thing in life and I also believe this Funda and applied

Is maamle me Chennai me mere workplace ka khaana is best suitable. Bas South Indian hoti hai, very less items from North Indian cuisine. Baki, salad , dahi garam khana, all good
Even gurgaon me bhi Kai jagah aise vendor available hai. If it not at your workplace, go for hr and demand it. Though all if this luxury is not available at mostly places abroad. At least in India we can find

Sir, I am a nutritionist and I agree in most of your advice regarding eating food. Basically eating at a routine time on daily basis with a free mind and after having lunch spend atleast 10minutes for yourself. And most important food should be home cooked.
Pvt banks me to seriously it's missing... I worked for icici bank n no lunch hours were there either have by 4 or 4.30 or no lunch at all. Hunger starts haunting badly after 6.30 or 7pm par tb tk b mostly bank me baithe rehte the. When I left my job for months mere system normal nhi hua tha... breakfast early morning n no lunch routine is bad. I feel bad for ppl suffering this trauma but sm vaishakh-nandan r still happy in the scenario
Sir. my lunch preparation time is 9-10 am at home. I bring it into thermal lunchbox which can keep food good hot easily til 4-5 pm. I eat it between 2-2.30 pm
yes it really is a problem. I'm working from home. used to keep my work aside, move to the bed and sit there and eat. uske baad wahi ludakna. very horrible lethargy, gut issues, and mentally drained started disliking food itself. it was like punishment. it took me a whole year to understand and seriously act on it. had to move out of the house to break the habit. roj 12 bje anna k paas jake idli. kafi mushkil see gut fix kiya.very scary. still i have 40% of that problem coming back home but daily reminders definitely helps.
@@manikyum bilkul. It was not super apparent but had started to make me uncomfortable once it got stimulation. Most of the digestion track was affected by gas and it kept making vaccumes only or I'd rather say it was a testimonial of how f***ed up my digestion was. When I went back, I could see everyone shocked. Just regulation of bloating will tone you and improve overall mood.
