Be clear & concise. Don't contradict. The share market is not abuse or juwa. You had said it in the earlier video.

Main thing is tax rules are different. Depreciation claims, tax write-offs, low interest rates, high rents make real estate a cash flow positive investment right from the beginning in USA. Its not the case in India.

Guys He's spitting straight facts. I'm learning about investing and valuations since I was 15. It took me 4 years to realize that investing is a sham unless you aren't making it big in your job or business. Its meaningless to watch Akshat's and others in this domain simply because they made it big being the top 5% of the job market. If you've got 10-50k, use it to educate yourself about soft and hard skills and buy fitness gear or something that improves your quality of life, or simply invest in any big liquid fund or such. ffs don't waste your time learning gyan that you can't even apply.

On equity investing, I slightly differ. In my view, equity is just another asset class (like real estate, gold, fixed income etc). So no harm in starting early. Provided you know when & how to use equity.

Excellent advice! It is an eye opener for those people who without thinking invest in shares and mutual funds saying' mutual fund sahee hein' Wherever I go I am advised to invest esp in mutual funds! I am not against it but how do u know it will go up or down in the future? The interest v get is on the face value and not on the amount v have invested and the fund managers claim they r giving 15% to 20% interest and manage to entice the investors. I am very glad u have given clarity on such investments. 🙏🙏

I had told this to my 16 yr old nephew last month when my father (his dadaji) who is an old timer in the stock market was encouraging him to start investing.
I told him with raw maths that even if he manages to earn 200% returns on his first investment of 10k, it's still just 20k. It's easier to earn that amount more consistently from a job instead.

You are right about varikoo and akshat. I quickly understood that varikoos is bogus but it took time to understand and unsubscribe akshat. However I didn't fall for his promoted products and services.

Warikoo misguided so many youngsters to go to bank and convert your saving ac to flexi deposit. Youngsters dont even know they have to maintain 50000 min balance in this acc to avoid penalties.

Most people dont have enough capital to make BIG money from stock market ... So they take the route of Intraday & options and even lose whatever little they had.

      U r in a bull market betaa.
Let the bear market come , ur capital cud get wiped out,
Guruji is right , invest only if u have a substantial income and willing to forsake that money or give it atleast 5 to 8 years.
Guruji has summed his experience beautifully. 😅

Share market is also a very rewarding career if you already have business/side income (in good amount) or you are starting with 50lakh+ capital from the start.
please dont fall into trap of making your life by just investing 4-5 lakhs (it is too low).

I strongly disagree, I enjoy alone time by reading boks, physically exercise etc, I don't need to spend money to enjoy life, 80% of my monthly income are invested in share market some amount in fd, rest I buy foods and books.
