    0:34 Nattokinase benefits

Today we're going to talk about nattokinase and clotting, as well as some other nattokinase benefits.
Nattokinase is an enzyme that comes from nato. Nato is a fermented soybean. Nato is a really good source of vitamin K2. Vitamin K2 is great to help pull calcium build-up out of the arteries. Nattokinase may also be helpful for those with endometriosis, pulmonary embolism, or cirrhosis.
Many people take nattokinase as an alternative to aspirin to help lower the chance of stroke. Nattokinase may help get rid of clots and act as a natural blood thinner.
More potential health benefits of nattokinase for the heart and brain:
    • Antithrombotic
    • Antihypertensive
    • Anticoagulation
    • Anti-atherosclerosis
    • Neuroprotective

I had a stroke in 2008 when I was 61 years old. My doctor wanted to put me on a prescription for statins. I refused to take them. Instead, I started taking nattokinase. I've continued to take nattokinase since then and I've not had any problems and no side effects.

Natto smells bad (like strong cheese) but you can enjoy the taste by adding soy sauce (or tamari) and a variety of toppings: chopped onions or scallions, chopped avocado, fried over easy egg, chopped cucumbers and hot sauce.
Sometimes I make a meal of it and add all of this! The important seasoning is soy sauce.

Please comment on Natto as it relates to possibly helping with these unique, overly large and fibrinous clots found probably as a result of the jab or a corona infection either in a symptomatic patient or on autopsy as demonstrated by the courageous Dr. Ryan Cole. Apparently these unusual clots are not as amenable to the standard physiological mechanisms of clot removal.

DF USA watch RUclips how to make Natto. Inoculation powder you can get on RUclips or inoculate from active beans to yours. You can use other beans as well. It’s stinky cheesy beans. I forced myself to acquire a taste for them bc serous heart disease runs in my family. It’s the highest know source of Mk7 and drastically improves gut flora bc of active fermented enzymes. Watch all videos...it stinks... I cut a tsp off every morning for a month then defrosted and added sauce and mustard pkts. It’s a acquired taste or forced acquired!!! I eat for breakfast now or snack. Find tiny frozen organic tubs in the Asian store. So glad he did this video.

Nattokinase is a recommended treatment against bad stuff from certain injections that people have been coerced into taking in recent years. Therefore many pharmacies are afraid to stock it in case they run foul of the official medical narrative. So would just eating the base food, natto, do the same job.

Tonight I begin taking at bedtime on a stomach empty for two hours. My PAD is undiagnosed but did have an ultrasound where the technician said she found “no blockage” in my legs. I’m 69 so I assume there’s plaque build up since I started getting calf cramps a couple months ago and now my feet have some numbness. I’ve never been diabetic and at this age not ready to start over with some brand new diet like plant based or Mediterranean. If I continue taking the Nattokinase and get the benefit of cleaner veins and keep my daily 30 minute walks and my regular resistance training, shouldn’t I be ok? I acquired the beans raw from Amazon by the pound. I chose the 7 pound option but, they don´t go as far as one thinks. It made 3 batches of 3 cups each. The third batch was, by far, the most successful. It was easy to acquire the Natto from an Asian frozen foods section but, I also tried the Natto starter packets, which work perfectly. The secret was to ADD 1/2 cup of sugar to the soaking process, an ounce of olive oil and do NOT rinse the beans! Make sure they soak for at least 4 hours and then pressure-cook for 1 hour. After that, I did nothing special to make Natto as thick as glue!!

Carmen M .....I buy mine from the Asian market frozen in tiny styrofoam tubs. I buy organic. It stinks! I ate a frozen tsp for a month before I finally defrosted and used it’s packets of sauce and mustard. RUclips has videos. It’s like stinky stringy beans. You can stir fast and break all the strings and it will thicken and become pudding beans or just wrap your strings with ur chopsticks. After a month of cutting frozen PCs off every morning I actually acquired a taste and I still continue to buy it for breakfast or snack. I have 0 calcium score for my heart scan. Extremely high in MK7 AND boosts gut flora.

    • @k-vols7516
      @k-vols7516 4 года назад

Alla Tomas Honestly the tsp was about forcing myself to get used to the fermented flavor. I have no idea except it exceeds any other food by more that 10x in Mk7/K2 and has been directly linked to longevity of the Japanese centurions. Buy organic as that’s their choice and they have used soybeans for eons in Japan. The bad soy effects are from gmo but also fermenting eliminates hormonal effects and advances gut flora. That’s why I was so determined to train myself😳🤯 but my heart calcium score for a 51 yro proved it worked. My tummy is like steel lol

Not - toe not Nay Toe. Natto smells like fermented coffee beans but it’s so good for you. Ask your doctor before eating it if you are on blood thinners. Amazing super food.

It’s so annoying when everyone says check with your doctor if you are taking something else but NEVER explain why that would be an issue. So frustrating!

I hear ya. If I even bring up getting off pills to my doctor for natural reasons he yells at me- it’s your genetics! You can’t “fix” this.
I went off Xaralto to nattokinase and fish oil and I’m still alive. I just don’t tell him.
But asking a doctor for permission is probably 99% of the time you are going to get a big fat NO.
They are pill mills for big pharma.
But everyone has to do their own research and decide for themselves. We are all different.

There are many types of fermented soy, natto is just the more pungent and raw type compare to others such as miso paste which is grounded and fermented with rice and salt. I try to eat it more but not as much as Japanese who eat this almost weekly.
