      +Paolo Raimondi I don't think so. You will need the latest dumps to clear the exam. You should be able to get it from the internet or check with people who have recently cleared this exam.And of course, who're ready to share with you. I wrote this exam in 2011. Good Luck!

    ok lets say a user reported an issue with his/her computer using online
    reporting or by sending email or leaving a voice mail. but the message
    was missing key information like computer serial number or location of
    the computer in the company etc. My question, do you log a ticket or log
    a ticket and put it on pending waiting for the user to call back with
    full info? Thank you.

      We can log a ticket and put in pending user to followup.

      Depending on your helpdesk process determines which action to take. Now good customer service and a really good way to keep or get your SAT score up is to log the ticket, documents with all information provided. Then use basic follow-up skills. In your example they either emailed or called and left a voicemail. So a good helpdesk agent would follow up with an email back to the customer with a simple first response macro indicating that we or I have received your compliant or concern, however in order to assist you I require the following.... Same with a VM, use your VM system to get a call back number and return the call, at the very least leave a voicemail and then document your ticket accordingly. And then you place the ticket in pending status.
