Chinese HSK Grammar - What's the Difference Between 才 and 就

Hello, everyone, have you finished your homework? Last time I gave you guys two sentences which are “Can you give cheaper price?” and “This dish is a little salty.” Could you translate these two sentences into Chinese? And, check this video and find the answers.
Today, we have a new topic to talk. That is “才”and “就”. In oral Chinese, both of“才”and“就”can be translated into “just”, but do you know when can you use “才”? And when can you use “就”?
“才”is adv., usually collocate with a verb, emphasizes late/slow/hard; and “就”is adv., it can collocate with a verb too, but always emphasize early/fast/easy.
Now we can understand them by some sentences.

Personally , I understand 就　as "then" , and 才 as "only then" . This helps to highlight the different emphasis. 　我找了我眼睛三十分才发现眼睛在我头上，　I've spend 30 minutes looking for my glasses and only then realized the glasses are on my head.

You need to say "眼镜"(glasses) , don't use the wrong word "眼睛" (eye). 继续加油！

AyaneSensei 才 and 只 both means only... but 才 is used when a non common thing happen (young person doing somethinv didn't belong to his age) e.g he is only 11 but he rides bike

Why do you have to add 了in the second sentence regarding the meeting :
8点开会, 他9点才到. : 这里没有了
八点开会, 他7点才到了. : 这里有的

What the difference between Xiao Shi and Fen Zhong. Why the first sentence ( Yi Ge Xiao Shi)and the second sentence (Wu Shi Fen Zhong)? Does Xiao Shi indicate the number of Hour and Fen Zhong for the number of Minute? Please help me!
