    What are strengths of a med spa? Someone education, proven results
    Weaknesses? Competition/lower prices from others, debt, employees
    She goes over phone skills, small things of being nice on the phone, asking good questions to know what the person on the other end is looking for, what body part they want to work on, what treatments you could do, or refer them to if you don’t have what they want, you don’t want to lose the customer. The list goes on - get all the information from the person, ask how they found the practice
    2 weeks is the MAX weight time, otherwise you will lose the client - they will go elsewhere. You need to get them in ASAP
    Send automatic reminder 3 days before fees come in, and also have cancelation fee
    NEVER leave a message about personal info (it could be a house phone - ie: you wanted a boob job)
    Example email
