Hello Terri, this is for start up clinic, what what seminars or classes do you recommend?

He is such a prime example of why not to buy any skincare products from someone with zero research backing them and why not to buy celebrity skincare lines such as the ones he’s promoted. He knows nothing about petrolatum or baby powder or frankly anything else. Sells biotin gummies when everyone in dermatology and trichilogy knows it does not grow hair and no gummy formulation of anything is effective. Just snake oil marketing gobbledygook and Terri further discredits herself by supporting it. Not to mention he’s clearly transphobic saying it’s physically impossible for women to use certain products from his trashy line.

Competition/lower prices from others, debt, employees She goes over phone skills, small things of being nice on the phone, asking good questions to know what the person on the other end is looking for, what body part they want to work on, what treatments you could do, or refer them to if you don’t have what they want, you don’t want to lose the customer. The list goes on - get all the information from the person, ask how they found the practice 2 weeks is the MAX weight time, otherwise you will lose the client - they will go elsewhere. You need to get them in ASAP Send automatic reminder 3 days before fees come in, and also have cancelation fee NEVER leave a message about personal info (it could be a house phone - ie: you wanted a boob job) Example email
