  • The event features the participation of Prof. Ph.D. Bradley E. Wright, an expert in organizational behavior and a Professor and Head of the Department of Public Administration and Policy at the School of Public and International Affairs, University of Georgia, United States. His research focuses on how public servants' attitudes and behaviors are influenced by the interaction between their own characteristics and their organizational work environment. Much of his academic work concentrates on motivation, leadership, and performance management in public service. Professor and Head of the Department of Public Administration and Policy (Ph.D., State University of New York at Albany, 2001), his work has been published in leading public administration and management journals, including Administration & Society, American Review of Public Administration, International Public Management Journal, Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, and Public Administration Review. Dr. Wright is a member of the National Academy of Public Administration and a former editor of the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory. Before joining the University of Georgia, he was part of the faculty at Georgia State University and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and held various administrative positions in public higher education in Michigan and New York.
    The lecture will cover ideas on organizational behavior, specifically on motivation and engagement in public service, with the presence of academics, graduate students, and public servants.
