Too many cuts , l connverted a long bed to short bed ford and l only cut the front end of it and l can tell you is a pain in the ass , l can imagine cuting both ends of the bed ..terrific job body !!!

Killer work! Does those cuts land the mounting holes in the right spots for a regular shortbed frame? I have a '77 shortbed that has a totally junk bed and I haven't been able to find one locally but found a nice longbed to do something like what you did to.
