If you have some spare cash, I would buy a better one. Here in the Netherlands, you can buy one second hand for €75,-.

gtx 970 = 1650 ddr6

Only when the memory usage is above 3.5gb, the card will significantly slow down above that.

I used the 1080 to record the settings, but the test is done with the 970. It's because I otherwise need to record the same settings for every new video, while I just use the old settings.
