Your information is wrong. Aklan is not the oldest province in the Philippines. It used to be part of Capiz for many centuries. It only became a province in 1956 by virtue of RA 1414. To say that Aklan is the oldest province in the Philippines is historically baseless, exaggerated, no material evidence, and no recognition from the National Historical Commission. Aklan connected it's old history to the story of the ten Bornean datus and ati datu Marikudo in the Maragtas is not true, just a legend, epic story, a hoax according to historian Dr. Henry William Scott. Stop spreading fake information. Aklanons are not stupid to believe in your deceptive and nonsense propaganda.
