You should see how much money I spent too. I've spent over $20M of my money and about another $5M of my husband's GTA money too on this DLC. That's ok. That's why I grind for it so I can blow it on these videos.

Well, I've finally made up my mind and bought a nightclub. The 2 candidates left were Downtown Vinewood and Del Perro. Both had their strong points, but I ended up following my brain instead of my heart. I went for Downtown Vinewood. Main reasons for picking Downtown Vinewood over Del Perro were (slightly) superior parking options and the fact that some sell missions are going to be in Blaine County. It's easy to get to virtually anywhere on the map from Downtown Vinewood thanks to its central location and great road access. I picked the middle interior style because the amount of pink was starting to bother me in the most expensive option and the office space and toilets clearly looked better to me with style nr 2. I've also bought the laser lights and went for "galaxy" as nightclub name. I've skipped all other options because I saw the dripfeed for this update (more on that later) and thought it was better to save some money. I did however fully upgrade the Speedo Custom van (except for the armor plating since that probably doesn't give extra protection, a typical Rockstar move) and I've also bought the equipment/staff/security upgrades. I've only done 2 club promotion missions so far and the first one was with the Blimp. After finishing the mission I decided to bring the Blimp back to my nightclub and see what the parking options were. I've found 3 parking spots which you can see in the pictures below. 1) i.imgur.com/jkWEmx0.jpg 2) i.imgur.com/LYvIEep.jpg 3) i.imgur.com/ZQLSF1j.jpg As for the dripfeed: there's going to be an Oppressor Mk II with an explosive minigun, missiles (better lock-on range than Deluxo and Stromberg) and countermeasures ( source: twitter.com/TezFunz2/status/1021670630679298048/ ). This Oppressor Mk II has to be upgraded in a new MOC truck called TerrorByte. The TerrorByte can launch sourcing missions for all of your business from anywhere on the map. I believe it also comes with drones ( source: gtaforums.com/topic/912852-the-after-hours-complete-dripfeed-database-including-vehicles-and-more/ ). While this all sounds insane, these sources have been reliable in the past and there's even videos from the Oppressor Mk II on RUclips.
Wow, all very good information. It sounds exciting! Yes, I really like the parking at Downtown Vinewood. Very convenient. I also like the garage door that opens right out to the road and the garage door isn't too far from the front entrance. There's a lot to like about that one. I still contemplate moving there from Del Perro, but I love how much closer Del Perro is to my Chumash bunker, so I'm still torn. Great move skipping the design upgrades. They're just for looks. They don't effect your club's popularity at all.
I only have my Lombank West office, one crate warehouse and my vehicle warehouse near the west coast, so there wasn't an important reason for me to absolutely get my nightclub at Del Perro. My facility (which also has free snacks) is the Route 68 facility and I own the Smoke Tree Road bunker. I've also managed to not damage the party bus, but I took the central highway close to my nightclub. Only had to go offroad once if I remember correctly.

@Champlette2 I went for the Del Perro NC and full bright and purple styles. Seemed fitting since I'm working with Tony! 😆 Fun fact, if you choose Maisonette Los Santos, the setup cutscenes will mention it, and Tony will be very happy about the name.

I left my nightclub style totally stock, went with light rig #2, smoke machines, and the dancers with the glowing body paint. I ended up with a place that has a grungy, underground rave club aesthetic. I might switch to the laser rig tho.
Just got back into this 3 weeks ago or so and have been grinding to make my nightclub look more presentable and show off to my friends, but didn't wanna risk buying upgrades without seeing them, so this was perfect! Ik this comment is... four years late lmao, but I appreciate the hard work you put into this!!!
I had planned to call mine "Champs". However, I'm guessing they didn't let us name our own because there could have been some really offensive club names, and also because the characters like Tony and the VIPs that you pick up often say the name of your club. They needed a list of club names so they could record that dialogue.
I came back to this video, to see what I may have missed out on with the other style options, and I’m glad I just picked the most expensive style and light options. Also I wish you would have returned to do videos on the arena wars property and now casino penthouse customization options. Really missed your content Champlette.

I just wish you could have a perfectly CLEAN nightclub bathroom. I hate seeing all the toilet paper on the floor... Just like all the clutter in the CEO office. WHY CANT WE HIRE COMPETENT CLEANING STAFF IN GTA???
LOL!!! There is a way to get a clean office, but it's a righteous pain. You have to create a new secondary character and never collect and sell special cargo crates. Too bad that's the only way to get a clean office. :(
Only in Casino Penthouse you get a cleaning service but nowhere else. It's just dumb. Imagine if you could hire/clean the midtier apartment bedroom. I otherwise like the style of low and mid houses but can't we even decorate or keep the houses neat?
SparingDonkey 30 yea I changed to 2nd style after this video also lol its more classy and stylish. I wish they had more options like the bank where there are tons of designs but oh well

office views: rig 1 @ 31:35 ; rig 2 @ 36:46 ; rig 3 @ 39:59 ; rig 4 @ 43:27 great videos as usual, appreciated the views from the office and taking time to stand near about 15 feet back by the desk/vault for all 4 light rigs, so I could easily compare the 'office view' of all 4 i really like rig 2 and 3... wish we could combine them. the surge looks cool, especially behind the bar, but it's also not bright enough. kinda reminds me a bit of The Hive from Deus Ex HR. both man do rig 2 and 3 block your office view a lot. not sure which i'll still with yet... kinda been fun trying them out but I don't think I want to switch more than once more now that I have tried each haha
I know what you mean. I did like one or two of the light rigs, but I hated how it made the view from the office so obstructed. What's worse is that you can't remove the light rigs once you've bought one of them. The only way to get rid of them is to trade your nightclub for another one! That's nuts!
You'd probably know this by now but The main floor has the single personal vehicle storage slot The 1st basement floor garage is for the 3 weaponized delivery vehicles (Speedo, Mule, Pounder) The 2nd 3rd and 4th floor has the purchasable personal vehicle storage (Without purchasing the garage its blocked off by a wall of concrete at the ends of the circular room things) The 5th floor vehicle garage is unlocked only for the Terrorbyte Also thanks for the video, nightclub stuff went on sale this week so it really helped to not waste all teh money. Especially on the light rig which I can't believe is not revertible god damn
Yes, I was very upset when I first learned you couldn't remove the light rig. It bothered me so much that I moved to a different nightclub and moved back to the one I had just so I could get rid of it.
Thanks for another helpful video. Nightclubs are discounted this week. I'm a bit disappointed by the lack of lighting colour schemes for the clubs tbh, Alright if you like purple/white/yellow I guess lol.
My friend has an Ultra Blue car collection and her favorite color is turquoise so she's also disappointed about the lack of colors. Another friend hoped the nightclubs could simply have more patterns or DJs and I want to see shades of green and orange at least somewhere but the closest is probably Technologie as the name.
Thanks! This was so great and detailed! I didnt even know we could dim lights and had a privacy glass in the office. Also the TV's i think came with equipment upgrade. Maybe you should have included pre upgrades and post upgrades as well
Yes, I think the TVs came with the equipment upgrade too. My friend didn't have TVs until after buying the equipment upgrade, so I'm reasonably sure that's it. I can't take credit for the privacy glass thing. One of my viewers on the live stream told me about that. :)
I'd have designed it so that those two dancing platforms would be purchased without npc dancers. Have it so that other players could dance on them boosting your club's popularity (or at least preventing it from dropping) and earning them some money while they dance.
Idk why but you can store your terrorbyte in the fith garage. It even gives you the option (if you are at the entrance to the garage) to teleport to your b5 terrorbyte garage. Anyways thx for sharing those vids and using all that money just to show us all the styles. I appreciate it ;)
I wish there was a style in between 1 and 2. style 1 has that industrial warehouse rave look but its also pretty disgusting, style 2 is nice and clean but i really dont like the black plastic/leather(ette) walls. If there was a style that had that industrial look but with the black brick and blue neon light bars that would be perfect for me
Oh yes... either everyone will choose the nicest looking option #2, or they will choose the most expensive option #3, only because it's the most expensive. I wish the exteriors were a little nicer too. I love the location at Downtown Vinewood, but it's a little gross to have my customers waiting in line next to 4 dumpsters. :(
Champlette2 The Del Perro nightclub exterior isn't all that bad. I actually think the building looks kinda nice. A little rundown but still a nice location.
You (Renovating), Black sheep (Drifting), Broughy (Racing), GTA Series (Content), The Professional (Grinding) and Digital Car Addict (Customization, though I hate his anti tuner attitude sometimes) are the only people I need. (Though I need to find someone for reviews.) I hope you get more exposure. You helped me purchase my garage today. Wish you did go over the different signs though. Went with the base design and the concrete, plan on getting the wood and mirror for the second. The second option looks too plain and I'm not feeling the marble too much. I ended up using your vids to help me with the workshop too but wish you used the shop to see how it looks when customizing. Also do you have any video on the MC or Hangar customization? Considering renovating while they are on sale.
I sure do. I have videos for all of the properties from every DLC with the design options. Yeah, I'm sorry about the signs. I didn't realize I should have done those until after I had already purchased every night club design style several times already and I just couldn't bear to do it all again. I had the money, but the video length was getting a bit ridiculous and I couldn't see how I could fit that in. You're right, the second style is very plain, but I do love the plush leather in the office and since I'll be spending most of my time there, that works for me. My subscriber count has been climbing like crazy lately. I'm very lucky and appreciative of that. I have awesome subscribers and viewers. Such a supportive bunch. Night clubs and their upgrades are on sale right now, and... Well, i can certify that you are correct, all basement storages and garages look the same. The capacity with five basements is enormous, you can stay gone for a long time and not lose money from full storage. I really wish i could combine the two styles. I like the wrought iron and i like the wood floor, but the glitter walls are absolutely hideous. Style 1 has walls that don't hurt my soul and really nice couches. Pluses and minuses i guess, i came here to decide between them Very nice video, the thoroughness is what makes it useful

The nightclub is cool and all that....however, my one gripe is the hired dancers. I don’t want to pay professional go-go dancers to spend all night doing the “white boy overbite”.
I totally agree. The worst part is, once you have the dancers, you can't remove them. The only way to get rid of them is to move to a new nightclub. That stinks.
They just take space and when the popularity is lower, it just looks sad to see the dancers still doing the same moves while barely 13 NPCs are on the dance floor.
Second style is definitely best. The default one is just kinda bland and boring (not to mention disgusting in the toilets lol) and the third one is too flashy and sparkly for my liking.

The thing is, I play GTA with my son and I don’t want to be starting meth labs and weed farms. But buying them, then put technicians on them for research in nightclub? Is that possible? Honestly, you write better than a lot of Americans. ;) Yes, you can just purchase the MC club businesses, but you must at least do the initial setup to get them running. After that, you never need to look at them again to make great profit from them in the nightclub. Just leave the original business alone and you don't need to resupply or sell from there, unless you want to. I recommend you only need these five businesses: Bunker, Cocaine, Meth, Counterfeit Cash, and either a single small Special Cargo warehouse or a Hangar. In the nightclub, these are Sporting Goods, South American Imports, Pharmaceutical Research, Cash Creation, and Cargo and Shipments. These are the most profitable businesses in the nightclub. Once you have them all running both in the original business and in the nightclub, you can just leave your game running (make sure you don't time out and you're not a CEO or MC President while you're away, to avoid a raid) and sell when you're ready. I like to sell when the most profitable South American Imports is full. It takes about 20 hours of game play for that one to fill up and you'll make about $800,000 profit. ***** Very important tip ***** If you don't plan to sell from your MC Businesses, ** DO NOT ** register as an MC President anymore after you've gotten those businesses up and running. If you do register as an MC President, your MC businesses will very likely get raided very quickly and the raids take a long time and they're a pain. Also, you'll have to do the setup for the business over again to get it restarted. Best of luck to you! The nightclub is a fantastic money maker!!
I believe that you have to activate the fog machine with the nightclub management in the M menu (PC) idk what that is on console. I saw another comment mention one of the light rigs changed color depending on the DJ they had so does it change on all of them?

I completely agree! In the Executive Office, you can preview the style options and walk through them. Every style option in every property should be just like that.
Thank you for this! I had style 2, 2 gals in white, light rig 3, Maisonette for under a year and have made hundreds of millions. Night Club is def my fav. After this time i grew tired of the light rig in the way of my office, and was glad to see the toilets get better lol. Now, to show my appreciation, I've gone full Tony's Playhouse with type 3, 2 male dancers in white, and light rig 4 so i have an office view! I just wish the desks/office chairs were nice like type 2. I also have the attire set to Techno cause i love the dark grey/black colour schemes. Esp with the white dancers really standing out. Thank you so much for this video! Even 5 years later it's helping out a lot of us! Now i must ask that you start going hard on some GTA vids for us. I'm an instant sub, and would love to see more of your videos regarding the game.

Even after adding more properties, nightclub is still my favorite and we have 2022.....Anyway, when it comes to styles, Rockstar could have been more playful and added more styles..I am very interested in a new and similar property in GTA, such as a hotel for example, but its stupid dream, I think :) Thanks for the video, you doing great work..

I'm so sorry to disappoint you, especially on Christmas day, but there is no way to remove the cash off the office floor. I hate all that cash and merchandise in my office so I spent endless hours trying to find a way to get rid of it. The only option I found that worked is a really drastic one. If you create a secondary character and never do any Special Cargo missions or sales, your office will stay clean. That's a very expensive option though, because you'll have to buy all of your businesses and vehicles and properties again on your secondary character. So sorry I don't have better news.
@@MrMcCarroll OH, do tell! How do you do that? Is it the trick about moving all your money to the wallet of your secondary character? That only works temporarily. As soon as you start making money on your primary character, the cash comes back on the floor.

I think when you get on your computer in your office and buy the upgrade that is a fan type deal when you get that then you get the TV's and for the dry ice on the floor I think certain lighting brings it out it'll be like a foggy purplish color. And for certain light rigs if your not really all that into looking out the glass window you can shade the private glass mainly you see the colors flashing or something.
Can you make as much as the CEO on these or are they not worth buying? Like, I never bought an MC or an underground thing because I can just make money joining other peoples.
It's a little too soon to tell yet. I am certain you can make more as a CEO doing Import/Export, that's for sure. This is passive income, so that makes it different. In a nutshell, if you're going to be running your MC businesses anyway, the nightclub will make you extra money, but at a pretty high investment cost.
Don't buy one unless you have at least once business a bunker CEO crate warehouse or hanger as these are required to make profit apart from the wall safe
Yeah I wish the Paradise one was lit better too. I used to play Burnout Paradise a lot before I found GTA, so I absolutely had to have the Paradise nightclub name. ;)

I have work soon so I apologize if this is answered in the video since I can't watch the whole video now, but I plan on moving my nightclub to a more convenient spot and I'm wondering if I'll get to keep any of my warehouse stuff and upgrades like the staff upgrades, light rig, style, dancers, storage, garage, etc. Thank you for the video, btw, I really wanted to see what style I wanted to get and it really helped. Thanks for subscribing!! If you move your nightclub, you keep any storage you've bought (warehouse levels and garage levels) and Technicians you've hired, and you keep your TerrorByte too. You have to buy the design options in the new place (except you don't have to pay for the nightclub name again) and you'll have to purchase Staff, Equipment, and Security upgrades again. It's an expensive endeavor.

I ended up sticking with the Light Rig #3 (39:58), the Surge one, after a few weeks trying them out.... obstructed view it gives for the office is still too bad but the reason it became my clear cut choice was because the light rig extends behind the bar and the DJ more... I think it gives way more overall lighting to the club and with Solomon (mostly yellow) it reminds me of The Hive from Deus Ex HR... and with Dixon it has this cool green.
You can make some extra money by having 100% popularity because it fills up the safe in your nightclub. It's not much money, and it's certainly not enough money to warrant the effort it takes to keep your popularity high. I haven't done popularity missions in months either. I stopped doing it a long time ago. There are many other better ways to earn money than that.
@@Champlette2 i guess thats true. I just wish we could raise the limit on how much the safe can hold so it would actually be worth it to go to a 100%. I agree too that there are far more better ways to earn money like MC businesses, gunrunning, and import/export. Maybe if r* just made a feature when 100% popularity was maintained to make it worth our while
@@juanmigueldejan3957 That money is pretty good on those occasions where it's doubled for the week. That's about the only time it's almost worth doing.
No, you can add them anytime without buying a new club. The problem is, once you have those upgrades, you can't get RID of them unless you buy a new nightclub.

I really like the bathroom in style 3, but the rest is just too much. I love the office in style 2, and that's where I'm going to spend most of my time anyway so that works out well. I hope you enjoy style 2!
I thought the dancers could improve the dance floor in at least some way like people dancing like they do, or reduce popularity loss but neither. They're dancing professionally while taking up space with a special podium in clothes that mostly can't be acquired by the player (Though the leather options you can almost remake) and the crowd is doing the same moves as before.
Since you already own garage floor 2, if you try to add garage floor 3 is it $147,000? Or do you have to pay $287,000? I wanted to slowly add them, but not if it means paying an extra $427,000.
Champlette2 Ok awesome. I really don’t need so many garages. I have a long enough list to scroll through when I call the mechanic. It would be awesome to be able to organize cars and move them around through the computer or phone instead of getting in each one physically. Was really hoping this “consolidation” dlc would do that. I was also hoping for a showcase garage inside the nightclub that could be seen by everyone who walks in. Maybe behind a huge glass or just with a security guard standing near the entry.
Yeah, I only bought a garage at the nightclub so I could prove that you keep it when you trade for another club. I have several empty garages already, after a huge car purge I did a couple of months ago. I'm with you, I don't think they did a very good job of making this a true consolidation of business activities. It could have been so much better had they just put a little more effort into it.
Champlette2 I don’t understand why they can’t transfer every upgrade when you switch nightclubs. The only reason they let you keep the garage is b/c they can’t figure out any other way for you to keep the cars that are in the garage when you trade it in. Do you have to re-buy every business upgrade and technician/cargo storage when you transfer? And do you keep your product?
I know when you move your bunker, you have to buy the staff and equipment upgrades again but your MOC and its upgrades are saved. If you move your Executive Office, you keep your garages and your vehicle mod shop but you lose the office style upgrades. It's pretty consistent with other businesses. I think they do it so you'll need more money to pay for the move and maybe you'll buy a shark card to do it.

I’m on XB1X and use Control Type in third person which uses the RB/R1 button to run. If you’re using that uses X (on PS4) to run that may be why it doesn’t work for you. Not sure but hope you find a way.
I had it at first, I loved the fancy pink lights. But the purple velvet wall and goldish walls was too much for me lol. So I picked style 2 with lighting number 4, it looks really nice like that.
Sorry... I wish I had been available to answer you last night and I might have saved you the trouble. Style 3 is a bit much. The only thing I actually like about it is the bathroom. That's really nice, but since you spend very little time in there, that's not a reason to keep it. Style 2 is definitely the most appealing to most players.
No worries... it was a long one, but I think we all had a good time. I condensed it down into the two videos I just released about the club locations and design options. Not too condensed, since the design video is almost an hour long. Yeek. There was a lot to cover.
tbh club style 3 looks way to much like a mixture of swinger club and dance club, style 2 has more of that club vibe. also poor Laslo, but I think his behavior is linked to the current club popularity. I watched a stream where the pop. was at 100% most of the time and he was dancing 24/7 🤣
My club is at 100% popularity. I came in once from a promotion and I found Lazlow laying on the floor by the elevator in the back crying. I guess it's just random.
After seeing this video I am definitely switching from Club style 3 to style 2, keeping the last light rig since I am all about having the view from the office, and getting style 2 on dancers (2 girls). Btw, I know that imposing a dress code automatically makes the NPC clients dress accordingly, but if players/friends are not dressed accordingly, will they be kicked out or smth? I feel like with club style 2 the darker dress code (I think it's called techno) suits it better.
Sorry, no you can't. If you try to buy another one, it will require you to "trade in" the old one. You'll also need to empty any product that you have in your nightclub warehouse before you can move to a new nightclub. Your garages, storage levels, and technicians will move with you, but you have to buy any design upgrades and equipment, security, and staff upgrades again in the new location.
I do still have a light rig, but no dancers anymore. I'd rather not have the light rig, but I don't feel like moving to a new nightclub location to get rid of it.
@@Champlette2 I find the “Dazzle” light rig to be the least offensive. I hated seeing those big ugly rigs from my upstairs bar area & this one is just lights without the huge rig showing & actually doesn’t look too bad overall. But I agree, choosing nothing is the best option. Unfortunately I had no choice when starting over on next gen with the clubhouse starter kit. Also, I’ve found a way to get rid of all the money on the floor of your CEO office. You spawn into the game in your CEO office & it’ll sometimes get rid of the money. I’m not sure if it’s because I bought my accommodation after I had money on the floor, but i had money there for almost a whole year straight & the minute I bought the accommodation it disappeared (as long as I spawn into the game at the CEO office). And I’ve done more special crate warehouse sales since then & still no money on the floor.
@@JC-li8kk Hey, it's nice to see you! That's pretty cool about the money on the office floor. It sounds like it must be some kind of bug in the game. I've never been lucky enough to have that happen. I spent hours researching how to clean up the floor but with no luck. You can start a secondary character and never sell cargo and that works. You can also take all of the money out of your bank and put it in your wallet and that works too, but you have to maintain that for the floor to stay clean.

@@JC-li8kk I'm still playing when I can, but my personal life has gotten so busy that I don't have much time to play anymore. I try to play at least once a week, but I don't always get to do that. That's not really a "glitch"... I believe that's just how the game works. The amount of cash and product in your office space is based on the amount of money you have in your bank account and the amount of cargo sales you've done.
Loved every second of this video, not going to spend a singe GTA dime upgrading anything in the club except for the actual business end of things since none of it matters. Once this "visual" stuff goes on-sale a few months from now I will upgrade to my liking. My club goers are just going to have to deal with it. :)........... Sorry about the bad info during your live stream about the Dry Ice, was simply going off of what it said on the upgrade screen (being timed with the music, activating when key music parts were playing). Sure RockStar will fix whatever is going wrong sooner or later.
Oh, I didn't think that was bad info at all. I checked to make sure the dry ice was enabled, but that didn't seem to help. Either it's remarkably subtle, or it rarely shows up, or it's useless. Don't know which yet, but it's certainly not worth $345k.
I’ve seen the dry ice but it is very subtle and I think it only comes in pink. Not worth it. Really wish the leather style club had a wood dance floor or the option to upgrade to a wood floor. That actually looks really nice.
I'm torn on the lights, I've already bought a light fixture option so not having one isn't an option anymore (as you can't remove your lighting rig) I currently have the 2nd light rig option but I've been VERY tempted to change them. Also it REALLY bothers me that you cant see through the office windows from the outside. It makes the privacy glass completely usless
If you choose to renovate your nightclub , do you have to pay an additional fee just to enter the customization screen like with the yachts? I hope no.
I don't recall any fee just to get to the customization screen for the yachts either, but no.... just go to the renovation screen at Maze Bank Foreclosures and choose what you want to change.
I'm probably not the best person to help with that. I prefer no light rig at all. In fact, when I realized you couldn't get rid of the light rig once you purchased one, I traded my nightclub for another location just to get rid of it. I just didn't like having my character in her office and seeing those flashing lights through the window that overlooks the dance floor.

No, I don't think you should sell everything or get rid of anything. That's never a good idea. Keep what you have. Keep doing Import/Export and make money to save to buy a nightclub. The nightclub is a big investment but it doesn't make you a lot of money right away. Import/Export makes a lot more money and much faster. Keep the businesses you have and earn more money to buy a nightclub. Yes, you do need to be a CEO or MC President to run the nightclub, but you can also do it as a VIP which means you don't have to own an Executive Office or an MC clubhouse.
Oh yes, I agree. I got lucky with the names they provided, though. The first video game I loved was Burnout Paradise, so "Paradise" was a great choice for me.
Yes, they almost force you to upgrade the style of the club because the basic one is so gross, especially in the bathrooms. If you spawn to the nightclub, they often spawn you into the bathroom and I certainly don't want to see that in that awful basic style option.

Nope, the interior designs and options are totally for your preference and don't have anything to do with popularity. Popularity can only be earned and maintained through completing popularity missions.
None of the upgrades have any impact on the popularity of the club, except for the staff upgrade. It says that upgrading the staff with additional bartenders and such will make the popularity decrease more slowly. No designs or location make a difference in popularity at all. You just have to promote the business to keep it up high.
I think.... still confirming this... that I lose about a half bar of popularity in an hour or so. Maybe less. Still analyzing that for sure. I basically need to do about one promotion per hour to keep it full, and that's with the staff upgrade.

Well, I've finally made up my mind and bought a nightclub. The 2 candidates left were Downtown Vinewood and Del Perro. Both had their strong points, but I ended up following my brain instead of my heart. I went for Downtown Vinewood. Main reasons for picking Downtown Vinewood over Del Perro were (slightly) superior parking options and the fact that some sell missions are going to be in Blaine County. It's easy to get to virtually anywhere on the map from Downtown Vinewood thanks to its central location and great road access.
I picked the middle interior style because the amount of pink was starting to bother me in the most expensive option and the office space and toilets clearly looked better to me with style nr 2. I've also bought the laser lights and went for "galaxy" as nightclub name. I've skipped all other options because I saw the dripfeed for this update (more on that later) and thought it was better to save some money. I did however fully upgrade the Speedo Custom van (except for the armor plating since that probably doesn't give extra protection, a typical Rockstar move) and I've also bought the equipment/staff/security upgrades.
I've only done 2 club promotion missions so far and the first one was with the Blimp. After finishing the mission I decided to bring the Blimp back to my nightclub and see what the parking options were. I've found 3 parking spots which you can see in the pictures below.

As for the dripfeed: there's going to be an Oppressor Mk II with an explosive minigun, missiles (better lock-on range than Deluxo and Stromberg) and countermeasures ( source: twitter.com/TezFunz2/status/1021670630679298048/ ). This Oppressor Mk II has to be upgraded in a new MOC truck called TerrorByte. The TerrorByte can launch sourcing missions for all of your business from anywhere on the map. I believe it also comes with drones ( source: gtaforums.com/topic/912852-the-after-hours-complete-dripfeed-database-including-vehicles-and-more/ ). While this all sounds insane, these sources have been reliable in the past and there's even videos from the Oppressor Mk II on RUclips.
Wow, all very good information. It sounds exciting! Yes, I really like the parking at Downtown Vinewood. Very convenient. I also like the garage door that opens right out to the road and the garage door isn't too far from the front entrance. There's a lot to like about that one. I still contemplate moving there from Del Perro, but I love how much closer Del Perro is to my Chumash bunker, so I'm still torn. Great move skipping the design upgrades. They're just for looks. They don't effect your club's popularity at all.
I only have my Lombank West office, one crate warehouse and my vehicle warehouse near the west coast, so there wasn't an important reason for me to absolutely get my nightclub at Del Perro. My facility (which also has free snacks) is the Route 68 facility and I own the Smoke Tree Road bunker. I've also managed to not damage the party bus, but I took the central highway close to my nightclub. Only had to go offroad once if I remember correctly.

I left my nightclub style totally stock, went with light rig #2, smoke machines, and the dancers with the glowing body paint. I ended up with a place that has a grungy, underground rave club aesthetic. I might switch to the laser rig tho.
Just got back into this 3 weeks ago or so and have been grinding to make my nightclub look more presentable and show off to my friends, but didn't wanna risk buying upgrades without seeing them, so this was perfect! I had planned to call mine "Champs". However, I'm guessing they didn't let us name our own because there could have been some really offensive club names, and also because the characters like Tony and the VIPs that you pick up often say the name of your club. They needed a list of club names so they could record that dialogue.
I kept the Del Perro nightclub. I like that it's close to my office at Lombank, and it's the closest club to my bunker at Chumash.
Oh, I'm sorry. I removed those from my channel. They weren't hardly getting any views and I wasn't able to keep up with all of the new vehicles.

LOL!!! There is a way to get a clean office, but it's a righteous pain. You have to create a new secondary character and never collect and sell special cargo crates. Too bad that's the only way to get a clean office. :(
Only in Casino Penthouse you get a cleaning service but nowhere else. It's just dumb. Imagine if you could hire/clean the midtier apartment bedroom. I otherwise like the style of low and mid houses but can't we even decorate or keep the houses neat?

great videos as usual, appreciated the views from the office and taking time to stand near about 15 feet back by the desk/vault for all 4 light rigs, so I could easily compare the 'office view' of all 4
i really like rig 2 and 3... wish we could combine them. the surge looks cool, especially behind the bar, but it's also not bright enough. kinda reminds me a bit of The Hive from Deus Ex HR. both man do rig 2 and 3 block your office view a lot. not sure which i'll still with yet... kinda been fun trying them out but I don't think I want to switch more than once more now that I have tried each haha
I know what you mean. I did like one or two of the light rigs, but I hated how it made the view from the office so obstructed. What's worse is that you can't remove the light rigs once you've bought one of them. The only way to get rid of them is to trade your nightclub for another one! That's nuts!

The main floor has the single personal vehicle storage slot
The 1st basement floor garage is for the 3 weaponized delivery vehicles (Speedo, Mule, Pounder)
The 2nd 3rd and 4th floor has the purchasable personal vehicle storage (Without purchasing the garage its blocked off by a wall of concrete at the ends of the circular room things)
The 5th floor vehicle garage is unlocked only for the Terrorbyte

Yes, I was very upset when I first learned you couldn't remove the light rig. It bothered me so much that I moved to a different nightclub and moved back to the one I had just so I could get rid of it.

My friend has an Ultra Blue car collection and her favorite color is turquoise so she's also disappointed about the lack of colors. Another friend hoped the nightclubs could simply have more patterns or DJs and I want to see shades of green and orange at least somewhere but the closest is probably Technologie as the name.

Yes, I think the TVs came with the equipment upgrade too. My friend didn't have TVs until after buying the equipment upgrade, so I'm reasonably sure that's it. I can't take credit for the privacy glass thing. One of my viewers on the live stream told me about that. :)

I'd have designed it so that those two dancing platforms would be purchased without npc dancers. Have it so that other players could dance on them boosting your club's popularity (or at least preventing it from dropping) and earning them some money while they dance.

It was enabled. I learned much later that the dry ice doesn't do anything until you get another DJ, but I can't remember which DJ it was.

Idk why but you can store your terrorbyte in the fith garage. It even gives you the option (if you are at the entrance to the garage) to teleport to your b5 terrorbyte garage. Anyways thx for sharing those vids and using all that money just to show us all the styles. I appreciate it ;)

I wish there was a style in between 1 and 2. style 1 has that industrial warehouse rave look but its also pretty disgusting, style 2 is nice and clean but i really dont like the black plastic/leather(ette) walls. If there was a style that had that industrial look but with the black brick and blue neon light bars that would be perfect for me

Oh yes... either everyone will choose the nicest looking option #2, or they will choose the most expensive option #3, only because it's the most expensive. I wish the exteriors were a little nicer too. I love the location at Downtown Vinewood, but it's a little gross to have my customers waiting in line next to 4 dumpsters. :(

I hope you get more exposure. You helped me purchase my garage today. Wish you did go over the different signs though. Went with the base design and the concrete, plan on getting the wood and mirror for the second. The second option looks too plain and I'm not feeling the marble too much. I ended up using your vids to help me with the workshop too but wish you used the shop to see how it looks when customizing. Also do you have any video on the MC or Hangar customization? Considering renovating while they are on sale.
I sure do. I have videos for all of the properties from every DLC with the design options. Yeah, I'm sorry about the signs. I didn't realize I should have done those until after I had already purchased every night club design style several times already and I just couldn't bear to do it all again. I had the money, but the video length was getting a bit ridiculous and I couldn't see how I could fit that in. You're right, the second style is very plain, but I do love the plush leather in the office and since I'll be spending most of my time there, that works for me.

Night clubs and their upgrades are on sale right now, and... Well, i can certify that you are correct, all basement storages and garages look the same. The capacity with five basements is enormous, you can stay gone for a long time and not lose money from full storage.
I really wish i could combine the two styles. I like the wrought iron and i like the wood floor, but the glitter walls are absolutely hideous. Style 1 has walls that don't hurt my soul and really nice couches. Pluses and minuses i guess, i came here to decide between them

The nightclub is cool and all that....however, my one gripe is the hired dancers. I don’t want to pay professional go-go dancers to spend all night doing the “white boy overbite”.
I totally agree. The worst part is, once you have the dancers, you can't remove them. The only way to get rid of them is to move to a new nightclub. That stinks.
They just take space and when the popularity is lower, it just looks sad to see the dancers still doing the same moves while barely 13 NPCs are on the dance floor.

The thing is, I play GTA with my son and I don’t want to be starting meth labs and weed farms. But buying them, then put technicians on them for research in nightclub? Is that possible? Yes, you can just purchase the MC club businesses, but you must at least do the initial setup to get them running. After that, you never need to look at them again to make great profit from them in the nightclub. Just leave the original business alone and you don't need to resupply or sell from there, unless you want to.
I recommend you only need these five businesses: Bunker, Cocaine, Meth, Counterfeit Cash, and either a single small Special Cargo warehouse or a Hangar. In the nightclub, these are Sporting Goods, South American Imports, Pharmaceutical Research, Cash Creation, and Cargo and Shipments. These are the most profitable businesses in the nightclub. Once you have them all running both in the original business and in the nightclub, you can just leave your game running (make sure you don't time out and you're not a CEO or MC President while you're away, to avoid a raid) and sell when you're ready. I like to sell when the most profitable South American Imports is full. It takes about 20 hours of game play for that one to fill up and you'll make about $800,000 profit.
***** Very important tip ***** If you don't plan to sell from your MC Businesses, ** DO NOT ** register as an MC President anymore after you've gotten those businesses up and running. If you do register as an MC President, your MC businesses will very likely get raided very quickly and the raids take a long time and they're a pain. Also, you'll have to do the setup for the business over again to get it restarted.

I believe that you have to activate the fog machine with the nightclub management in the M menu (PC) idk what that is on console. I saw another comment mention one of the light rigs changed color depending on the DJ they had so does it change on all of them?

I completely agree! In the Executive Office, you can preview the style options and walk through them. Every style option in every property should be just like that.
Thank you for this! I had style 2, 2 gals in white, light rig 3, Maisonette for under a year and have made hundreds of millions. Night Club is def my fav.
After this time i grew tired of the light rig in the way of my office, and was glad to see the toilets get better lol.
Now, to show my appreciation, I've gone full Tony's Playhouse with type 3, 2 male dancers in white, and light rig 4 so i have an office view! I just wish the desks/office chairs were nice like type 2.
I also have the attire set to Techno cause i love the dark grey/black colour schemes. Esp with the white dancers really standing out.

Yeah, I wasn't all that impressed with any of the light rigs. I like my club better now without a light rig at all.
Even after adding more properties, nightclub is still my favorite and we have 2022.....Anyway, when it comes to styles, Rockstar could have been more playful and added more styles..I am very interested in a new and similar property in GTA, such as a hotel for example, but its stupid dream, I think :) Thanks for the video, you doing great work..

I'm so sorry to disappoint you, especially on Christmas day, but there is no way to remove the cash off the office floor. I hate all that cash and merchandise in my office so I spent endless hours trying to find a way to get rid of it. The only option I found that worked is a really drastic one. If you create a secondary character and never do any Special Cargo missions or sales, your office will stay clean. That's a very expensive option though, because you'll have to buy all of your businesses and vehicles and properties again on your secondary character. So sorry I don't have better news.

@@MrMcCarroll OH, do tell! How do you do that? Is it the trick about moving all your money to the wallet of your secondary character? That only works temporarily. As soon as you start making money on your primary character, the cash comes back on the floor.

I think when you get on your computer in your office and buy the upgrade that is a fan type deal when you get that then you get the TV's and for the dry ice on the floor I think certain lighting brings it out it'll be like a foggy purplish color. And for certain light rigs if your not really all that into looking out the glass window you can shade the private glass mainly you see the colors flashing or something.
Can you make as much as the CEO on these or are they not worth buying? Like, I never bought an MC or an underground thing because I can just make money joining other peoples.
It's a little too soon to tell yet. I am certain you can make more as a CEO doing Import/Export, that's for sure. This is passive income, so that makes it different. In a nutshell, if you're going to be running your MC businesses anyway, the nightclub will make you extra money, but at a pretty high investment cost.
Don't buy one unless you have at least once business a bunker CEO crate warehouse or hanger as these are required to make profit apart from the wall safe
Do the dancers do any thing?
Nothing besides just dancing. They're just for looks (and not all that great when it comes to looks either... ha ha!)

Yeah I wish the Paradise one was lit better too. I used to play Burnout Paradise a lot before I found GTA, so I absolutely had to have the Paradise nightclub name. ;)

I have work soon so I apologize if this is answered in the video since I can't watch the whole video now, but I plan on moving my nightclub to a more convenient spot and I'm wondering if I'll get to keep any of my warehouse stuff and upgrades like the staff upgrades, light rig, style, dancers, storage, garage, etc.

Thanks for subscribing!! If you move your nightclub, you keep any storage you've bought (warehouse levels and garage levels) and Technicians you've hired, and you keep your TerrorByte too. You have to buy the design options in the new place (except you don't have to pay for the nightclub name again) and you'll have to purchase Staff, Equipment, and Security upgrades again. It's an expensive endeavor.

Yes it's definitely worth trying to wait to make a move like this when there are big discounts on the nightclubs. That takes some of the sting out.

I ended up sticking with the Light Rig #3 (39:58), the Surge one, after a few weeks trying them out.... obstructed view it gives for the office is still too bad
but the reason it became my clear cut choice was because the light rig extends behind the bar and the DJ more... I think it gives way more overall lighting to the club
and with Solomon (mostly yellow) it reminds me of The Hive from Deus Ex HR... and with Dixon it has this cool green.

anyone know whats the point in 100% popularity? i only use my nightclub for selling goods my technicians accrued
You can make some extra money by having 100% popularity because it fills up the safe in your nightclub. It's not much money, and it's certainly not enough money to warrant the effort it takes to keep your popularity high. I haven't done popularity missions in months either. I stopped doing it a long time ago. There are many other better ways to earn money than that.
@@Champlette2 i guess thats true. I just wish we could raise the limit on how much the safe can hold so it would actually be worth it to go to a 100%. I agree too that there are far more better ways to earn money like MC businesses, gunrunning, and import/export. Maybe if r* just made a feature when 100% popularity was maintained to make it worth our while
@@juanmigueldejan3957 That money is pretty good on those occasions where it's doubled for the week. That's about the only time it's almost worth doing.
So you cannot go back in and add aesthetic upgrades to night clubs unless you buy an entirely new one? I.e. dry ice/ light rig?
No, you can add them anytime without buying a new club. The problem is, once you have those upgrades, you can't get RID of them unless you buy a new nightclub.

I have the third style in my club, but after this video im definately switching to style 2
I really like the bathroom in style 3, but the rest is just too much. I love the office in style 2, and that's where I'm going to spend most of my time anyway so that works out well. I hope you enjoy style 2!

Those dancers are among the biggest wastes of money in GTA. None of them are even a little bit interesting to watch. Serious bummer.
I thought the dancers could improve the dance floor in at least some way like people dancing like they do, or reduce popularity loss but neither. They're dancing professionally while taking up space with a special podium in clothes that mostly can't be acquired by the player (Though the leather options you can almost remake) and the crowd is doing the same moves as before.
Since you already own garage floor 2, if you try to add garage floor 3 is it $147,000? Or do you have to pay $287,000? I wanted to slowly add them, but not if it means paying an extra $427,000.
Thank goodness those prices are cumulative. I already have garage #2 and if I want to buy garage #3, it's $147k.
Champlette2 Ok awesome. I really don’t need so many garages. I have a long enough list to scroll through when I call the mechanic. It would be awesome to be able to organize cars and move them around through the computer or phone instead of getting in each one physically. Was really hoping this “consolidation” dlc would do that. I was also hoping for a showcase garage inside the nightclub that could be seen by everyone who walks in. Maybe behind a huge glass or just with a security guard standing near the entry.
Yeah, I only bought a garage at the nightclub so I could prove that you keep it when you trade for another club. I have several empty garages already, after a huge car purge I did a couple of months ago. I'm with you, I don't think they did a very good job of making this a true consolidation of business activities. It could have been so much better had they just put a little more effort into it.
Champlette2 I don’t understand why they can’t transfer every upgrade when you switch nightclubs. The only reason they let you keep the garage is b/c they can’t figure out any other way for you to keep the cars that are in the garage when you trade it in. Do you have to re-buy every business upgrade and technician/cargo storage when you transfer? And do you keep your product?
I know when you move your bunker, you have to buy the staff and equipment upgrades again but your MOC and its upgrades are saved. If you move your Executive Office, you keep your garages and your vehicle mod shop but you lose the office style upgrades. It's pretty consistent with other businesses. I think they do it so you'll need more money to pay for the move and maybe you'll buy a shark card to do it.

I’m on XB1X and use Control Type in third person which uses the RB/R1 button to run. If you’re using that uses X (on PS4) to run that may be why it doesn’t work for you. Not sure but hope you find a way.

I had it at first, I loved the fancy pink lights. But the purple velvet wall and goldish walls was too much for me lol. So I picked style 2 with lighting number 4, it looks really nice like that.

Sorry... I wish I had been available to answer you last night and I might have saved you the trouble. Style 3 is a bit much. The only thing I actually like about it is the bathroom. That's really nice, but since you spend very little time in there, that's not a reason to keep it. Style 2 is definitely the most appealing to most players.

tbh club style 3 looks way to much like a mixture of swinger club and dance club, style 2 has more of that club vibe.
also poor Laslo, but I think his behavior is linked to the current club popularity. I watched a stream where the pop. was at 100% most of the time and he was dancing 24/7 🤣
My club is at 100% popularity. I came in once from a promotion and I found Lazlow laying on the floor by the elevator in the back crying. I guess it's just random.

After seeing this video I am definitely switching from Club style 3 to style 2, keeping the last light rig since I am all about having the view from the office, and getting style 2 on dancers (2 girls). Btw, I know that imposing a dress code automatically makes the NPC clients dress accordingly, but if players/friends are not dressed accordingly, will they be kicked out or smth? I feel like with club style 2 the darker dress code (I think it's called techno) suits it better.
Hmmm.... haven't tried that yet. I'm not sure what the dress code does about your friends.

Hey Champlette2 can you own 2 nightclubs?
Sorry, no you can't. If you try to buy another one, it will require you to "trade in" the old one. You'll also need to empty any product that you have in your nightclub warehouse before you can move to a new nightclub. Your garages, storage levels, and technicians will move with you, but you have to buy any design upgrades and equipment, security, and staff upgrades again in the new location.

I do still have a light rig, but no dancers anymore. I'd rather not have the light rig, but I don't feel like moving to a new nightclub location to get rid of it.
@@Champlette2 I find the “Dazzle” light rig to be the least offensive. I hated seeing those big ugly rigs from my upstairs bar area & this one is just lights without the huge rig showing & actually doesn’t look too bad overall. But I agree, choosing nothing is the best option. Unfortunately I had no choice when starting over on next gen with the clubhouse starter kit. Also, I’ve found a way to get rid of all the money on the floor of your CEO office. You spawn into the game in your CEO office & it’ll sometimes get rid of the money. I’m not sure if it’s because I bought my accommodation after I had money on the floor, but i had money there for almost a whole year straight & the minute I bought the accommodation it disappeared (as long as I spawn into the game at the CEO office). And I’ve done more special crate warehouse sales since then & still no money on the floor.
@@JC-li8kk Hey, it's nice to see you! That's pretty cool about the money on the office floor. It sounds like it must be some kind of bug in the game. I've never been lucky enough to have that happen. I spent hours researching how to clean up the floor but with no luck. You can start a secondary character and never sell cargo and that works. You can also take all of the money out of your bank and put it in your wallet and that works too, but you have to maintain that for the floor to stay clean.
@@Champlette2 Interesting. Never knew about the wallet glitch. I’m always afraid to keep anything in my wallet. I transfer it to the bank when it gets near $1mil. Are you still playing or have you moved on to other things?

That's not really a "glitch"... I believe that's just how the game works. The amount of cash and product in your office space is based on the amount of money you have in your bank account and the amount of cargo sales you've done.
Loved every second of this video, not going to spend a singe GTA dime upgrading anything in the club except for the actual business end of things since none of it matters. Once this "visual" stuff goes on-sale a few months from now I will upgrade to my liking. My club goers are just going to have to deal with it. :)...........
Sorry about the bad info during your live stream about the Dry Ice, was simply going off of what it said on the upgrade screen (being timed with the music, activating when key music parts were playing). Sure RockStar will fix whatever is going wrong sooner or later.
Oh, I didn't think that was bad info at all. I checked to make sure the dry ice was enabled, but that didn't seem to help. Either it's remarkably subtle, or it rarely shows up, or it's useless. Don't know which yet, but it's certainly not worth $345k.
I’ve seen the dry ice but it is very subtle and I think it only comes in pink. Not worth it. Really wish the leather style club had a wood dance floor or the option to upgrade to a wood floor. That actually looks really nice.

I'm torn on the lights, I've already bought a light fixture option so not having one isn't an option anymore (as you can't remove your lighting rig)
I currently have the 2nd light rig option but I've been VERY tempted to change them. Also it REALLY bothers me that you cant see through the office windows from the outside. It makes the privacy glass completely usless
The 4th one helps. You can at least see somewhat through that one. At least it doesn't totally block your window with big metal frames.
If you choose to renovate your nightclub , do you have to pay an additional fee just to enter the customization screen like with the yachts? I hope no.
I don't recall any fee just to get to the customization screen for the yachts either, but no.... just go to the renovation screen at Maze Bank Foreclosures and choose what you want to change.

I'm probably not the best person to help with that. I prefer no light rig at all. In fact, when I realized you couldn't get rid of the light rig once you purchased one, I traded my nightclub for another location just to get rid of it. I just didn't like having my character in her office and seeing those flashing lights through the window that overlooks the dance floor.

No, I don't think you should sell everything or get rid of anything. That's never a good idea. Keep what you have. Keep doing Import/Export and make money to save to buy a nightclub. The nightclub is a big investment but it doesn't make you a lot of money right away. Import/Export makes a lot more money and much faster. Keep the businesses you have and earn more money to buy a nightclub. Yes, you do need to be a CEO or MC President to run the nightclub, but you can also do it as a VIP which means you don't have to own an Executive Office or an MC clubhouse.
I wish there was a option for the Nightclub name if which you can do your own Nightclub name instead of having the ones you see in the section.
Oh yes, I agree. I got lucky with the names they provided, though. The first video game I loved was Burnout Paradise, so "Paradise" was a great choice for me.

Yes, they almost force you to upgrade the style of the club because the basic one is so gross, especially in the bathrooms. If you spawn to the nightclub, they often spawn you into the bathroom and I certainly don't want to see that in that awful basic style option.

Nope, the interior designs and options are totally for your preference and don't have anything to do with popularity. Popularity can only be earned and maintained through completing popularity missions.

None of the upgrades have any impact on the popularity of the club, except for the staff upgrade. It says that upgrading the staff with additional bartenders and such will make the popularity decrease more slowly. No designs or location make a difference in popularity at all. You just have to promote the business to keep it up high.
Champlette2 Does anyone know exactly how much slower popularity decreases with the upgrade?
I think.... still confirming this... that I lose about a half bar of popularity in an hour or so. Maybe less. Still analyzing that for sure. I basically need to do about one promotion per hour to keep it full, and that's with the staff upgrade.
Champlette2 I think I lose half a bar every GTA day. And when I do promotions it fills half a bar. I do not have the staff upgrade.
