Great to see you again! Yeah, I don't think I'll be doing livestreams just to hang out like we used to. I moved to the PC and my friends that used to play GTA aren't playing it that much anymore. I was moving to a new state last year so I just didn't have time to play hardly at all for quite a while, but things are settled down again now and I'm making videos again.

Awesome and very very detailed guide - (i'm a retired-grinder- but still play on PS4 most days) It answers a lot of questions that cost me an absolute fortune in the past. I must have spent about 4 hours a day every day for 3 weeks and I spent about $37M GTA dollars. Still well worth it if it's helpful to other players when they want to relocate their business. I think the moral here is do your research before you buy, because seriously RockStar find a multitude of ways to financially punish you or otherwise inconvenience you if you want to make a change. I do get that it shouldn't be too easy, but stuff like the import/export business is just annoying. I'd be happy to just give up my content rather than do 20 or so needless missions with annoying cool down times.
Yeah, exporting all those cars with those cool down times is a pain. I guess I understand it though. If there weren't any cool down times, exporting 12 top range cars would get you an insane amount of money really quickly, and God knows Rockstar wouldn't want that!!

@@vecdidinc4595 You're very kind. I'm no angel, but I just try to be helpful to others when I can. I wasn't using any program, I was just talking into the headset plugged into my controller. If you speak into a microphone in the room chat, it makes your character's mouth move.
For a long time, I had the one at Lago Zancudo, but I currently have the one at the tip of the Sandy Shores shorter air strip, that's right behind the RV Sales lot on Route 68. I like how central that location is.
Absolutely, you just won't get any trade-in value for the free apartment. It will just move any cars you have in your free apartment's garage to the new one, and it will put your new apartment in the same order in the list of properties as your old free apartment was when you call your mechanic.
Champlette2 Yes, your only option is to “discard.” 100% loss. Discard horse (can’t own more than 10), saddle (can’t own more than 10). Any properties you buy you can replace by paying full price for the property you want to replace it with, but you get nothing in return. I can’t even look at other saddles unless I discard 1 of the 10 I own. So if a new saddle comes out I have to discard 1 of my saddles just to look at it. Then rebuy the saddle I just sold if I don’t like it.
Champlette2 sorry, discarded not sold. And the other thing is if I bought a blanket, stirrups, horn, saddle bags, lantern or bedroll for that saddle it all gets discarded when you discard the saddle. You can’t just save it for the next saddle or move them from saddle to saddle. You have to buy it 10 times if you want it on all 10 saddles.
Champlette2 apart from that, it’s not bad. I have nearly $100,000 so it’s no big deal. But at the beginning discarding a $950 horse or $800 saddle was outrageous. I still refuse to discard anything I paid gold for.
Thanks so much! I've started adding trade-in information in the videos of the newer properties after I released this video. The trouble is, sometimes the trade-in values are a little bugged when a new property first comes out. That happened with the Agency. In the first few days, some Agency locations didn't have the same trade-in value as others, so it made it difficult to figure out how much the real trade-in value should be.

You have so many helpful video's, so i have started working my way through them all. You explain things so clearly and seem to cover everything. Your channel is like a one-stop-shop :D
