Great tips! I must admit I hardly do the MC businesses any more. Between the pitiful rate of return, those horrific missions that can take half an hour driving a garbage truck or Post Op van, and the added ridiculousness of raids even if you buy the security, it’s a lot of tedious grinding. Kind of amazing that RockStar did such a poor job of creating those. I mean who starts an MC business to drive a garbage truck? On the rare occasions they offer double money, that’s about what they should pay all the time.
I completely agree. I'm trying to remember, but I think the special cargo crates came first, then the vehicle warehouse, then the MC businesses, later followed by the bunker. It took them a while to recognize the profits from the passive MC businesses were too low, so it got better with the bunker. And you're absolutely right, those delivery missions for the MC businesses are ridiculously long and tedious. I don't run those businesses either, not even for double money.

Cool! Hey, that's why they have so many location options. We all have different needs and wants and there's not one perfect location for everyone. I did actually measure the distances to the sale delivery drops (not the sourcing missions though) and found that Chumash and the Farmhouse had the shortest deliveries, but that still doesn't make them perfect for every player. You have to go with what works for you, and I'm glad you found it. Congrats!

Thanks! Unfortunately, I don't do Special Cargo crates anymore. I just can't stand them, and they mess up my office with all that cash and merchandise. I don't do Airfreight Cargo in the Hangar either. It's just way too hard. I also don't source supplies for any of my businesses because (as I covered in this video) you can make more money doing other things in the game than you can save by stealing supplies. I do already have a dune buggy tips video for the bunker sale mission though. Sorry I'm not much help, but maybe I could make some tips videos for bunker deliveries. I've come up with some handy shortcuts for the dune buggy routes.

@@Champlette2 Bunker sales tips can definitely be interesting. There is so much opportunity to improve or try out. From strategies involving transport planes to simple, but helpful facts like knowing that the boxville's reverse gear is more powerful than it's first normal one making it quicker to reverse up steep hills where you didn't reach a high initial speed and couldn't shift up from a standing start. (The dusty hill road from the cheap cocaine facility comes to mind)

Well, it depends if you plan to do the casino heist. If not, I don't really see the Arcade as a solid investment. If you run many of the passive businesses, it might be. With the TerrorByte, you can only steal supplies from there. With the Arcade, you can buy supplies for your passive businesses all in one location. If you want to have one spot where you can monitor and supply several passive businesses, it might be worth having. I generally only keep my bunker and nightclub going, and since I can use my nightclub safe to keep me informed of the manufacturing progress at the nightclub warehouse, I just leave my character in the bunker while I'm away from my console and I have all of the information I need. Technically I don't need the Arcade, except I do hope to start doing the casino heist in the near future.

Imo casino heists from the arcades are a bit of a better route to go instead of i/e, money wise. The actual heist might be hard for newer players but eventually they’ll get it down and it’ll be pretty worth it, plus u can get the setups done all solo with a mk2 or buzzard
That may be true (I haven't finished the casino heist yet myself), but this was just a business buying guide, not a best money-making strategy video. I used to enjoy doing the Pacific Standard Heist with my crew. We could finish the whole thing, setups and finale, in about 90 minutes and we each made about $400,000. We even did that twice in the same night sometimes. That was great fun, and great money.
Champlette2 ah gotcha. Import export is good solo money, but you’d be surprised at how good the casino heists are. Ive been able to knock out maybe 5-6 heists in a day, getting me about 5 mil total. But the glitches in the heist sure become annoying.
Champlette2 glitches such as the enemies seeing you through walls, making the alarms go off. This happens usually when ur playing with someone who’s far away from u, or if they don’t have the best internet. Also, sometimes the exit disguise outfits might not even spawn, so you have to die and quick restart the mission to have them spawn again. Also, sometimes it won’t let u collect a certain cart of gold in the vault, can’t really stop this from happening. Sometimes the enemies will be very alert and will spot u faster when ur in their cones of vision, other times not so much. Enemies will sometimes glitch and fall onto the ground, meaning u won’t be able to melee kill them. And every now and then the guards (with helmets) won’t be moving around, they’ll just be standing still. The best way to get around this in sprint at them and knock em out soon as possible

Champlette2 yes a lot of new players joining gta online lately including myself, it only took me 5 weeks to get all businesses bought and fully upgrading thanks to you, hopefully people find you as easily as I did
The term "passive" (used by everyone, not just Champlette) for those businesses is misleading enough to prevent an accurate comparison with the so-called active businesses. There is only one passive income stream I can think of, which is the safes. It takes grinding to set them up, but after that they are genuinely passive. It's much better to think of the "passive" businesses rather as having long cooldowns between when you have to actively do them to get paid. It isn't passive. You don't get paid during the time you're letting it sit, and don't get paid until/unless you do the active part (selling). So you get a clearer picture of the hourly payoff for each business thinking of them in terms of "cooldowns" between when you have to complete a mission/job to get paid. You don't get paid for any business passively. Caveat, I dont have the Arcade or Nightclub, so I dont know if there are other truly passive elements besides the safe. But from what I understand, the Nightclub safe usnt even truly passive. That can degrade based on popularity. Additionally, some "active" money-making work can be done in Invite only sessions, making them much easier/less stressful, while most businesses need to be done in public lobbies. Friendly public lobbies can be arranged, but needs friends, patience, or connection glitching.
It looks like you do a much better job than anyone else, tho, of measuring and communicating the real hourly income of the passive businesses, but yeah it will vary by player and sell mission, how long it might take to complete the business cycle for payment. The active businesses probably still come out to making more money more quickly. The grind is just more obvious and taxing on the active businesses, because they are available much sooner, i.e. have shorter "cooldowns". And just btw, I wasn't trying to rake on your video, Champlette. You're my fave GTA YTuber! :)
You make a valid point, but when you consider this from another perspective, even the safe is not entirely passive. In the nightclub, you have to build up popularity to make more money in the safe (it does pay you a tiny amount even with no popularity). In the arcade, you have to purchase and place game consoles to build up the safe. In the agency, you need to complete security contracts to build up the daily amount in the safe. I think the nightclub, bunker, and the MC businesses are referred to as "passive" because other than purchasing or stealing supplies, no additional effort is required by the player for the product to increase in value. Businesses such as special/vehicle/airfreight cargo all require the player to actively "import" product to make money and without that effort, no income is earned.
@@Champlette2 Right, so the safes are probably best described as a split-stage style business: active setup, passive payout (except the Nightclub, it sounds like). But that doesn't exactly roll off the tongue, does it. Haha. And in the setup stage it's a true hybrid. Getting an immediate payout for the contract itself, and then the passive amount/component started/increased after each 5 contracts, though the advisability of each is questionable as regular active income at their base pay. I mean, Cayo made all of this kind of academic. Haha. But a lot of these are still worthwhile for various reasons, so this content is still very welcome!

@@Champlette2 ah alright, I've just seen them on other channel's videos and haven't tried them out myself (my last own video was five years ago with very low effort anyways), but apparently after looking them up you just need to put them into the description, starting at 0:00, a space between each timestamp and title, a new line after each full timestamp and all timestamps need to be at least 10 seconds long. For the hangar sourcing mission with protecting the Titan the Savage is best. It hovers and has explosive ammunition, perfect to shoot down those pesky enemy Buzzards.
That wasn't easy. It takes the help of at least two friends who are willing to move their yachts multiple times too. If you move your yacht to Lago Zancudo, it will place it further north close to where the river lets out. Then ask your friends to move their yachts to Lago Zancudo too. The first one should get placed right next to your yacht, and the next one should be a little further south. Then you can move your yacht to Lago Zancudo again and I think that's when you'll get this spot behind the Chumash bunker. Bear in mind, I'm saying this from memory from about 2 years ago so I might have some of the details slightly off, but this should give you the general idea.
Yes, but it's very tricky to get the yacht right behind the Chumash bunker. There are at least 4 yacht placements in the Lago Zancudo location. You need help from other yacht owners to get it in that spot.

Pro tip if you sell cocaine in bulk you will make more profit as coke is only sold in bricks and when you buy 1full supply you will get half a brick not giving money and it is possible to sell it solo except post op van you can make 27 and 24k per hour if you avoid the costs with cash and weed
Well, it is if you want to do the casino heist a lot. Personally, I'm a big fan of the passive businesses like the bunker and the nightclub. I can make lots of money with very little actual playing time by letting them build product while I'm doing other things.
@@roberttgdavis Casino heist is more suitable for mid level and high level players (level 120+). For new players, the casino heist would be too much hard work, and even more insanely difficult without special vehicles (Kuruma or MK2 or Buzzard, etc). And the fact that they are newer players also means that they are not going to be skilled enough to get a massive take from the heist vault (Even most mid level players struggle with this). Passive businesses are much more stress free and easier to work with even if you choose to steal supplies. And while the product is cooking in the background, the low level player can do MC contracts to pass the time. Than when they get 2.5 mil, they can buy a ceo office and vehicle warehouse and start making serious money.
@@keyboardwarrior2418 wow. Thats a really good analysis of the casino heist. Luckily for me I'm a level 200 with Mk2 oppressor, Karuma, Buzzard, Hydra, Hatchet etc. All these are pretty crucial to quickly and efficiently grinding the casino heist.
Hi, i just wanna point out that, it is important to wait for the call when completing mc sale, to know that your biz is not getting raided. If you quit the mc president before the call, you will automatically lose all supplies and product in that biz. I'm playing on pc btw, not sure how it is for other consoles. The mc biz gets raided on a timer as well, not by chance

As for the CEO fees, unfortunately the heists require you to be registered as a CEO so there's not much you can do about those, except for retiring as a CEO when you're not actively running your businesses or doing a heist. Regarding the MC fees, honestly, I quit selling from my MC businesses. The profits are too low for the amount of time that goes into selling them and they're raided WAY too frequently. I can make more money and have a whole lot more fun doing other things instead. I just leave the MC businesses running with no supplies and no stock just for the nightclub warehouse usage and I never, EVER register as an MC President.

I always buy supplies and do other stuff making money while everything fills up. I just hit 300 million in the bank, and career overall income I've made 1.2 billion in less than 3 years
Hello. The APC is useful? I'm always calling the Karuma on that final stage with the Insurgent on Bunker delivery. Wooow, Great Idea. I'll look into that investment in the future.
I love using the APC for the 5-drop Insurgents in the bunker deliveries! Granted, you can still get shot and killed through the windows, so you have to be careful with that. The missiles are really powerful so the APC makes quick work of the Merryweather guys. It only takes two, sometimes three, shots to blow up the enemy insurgents. It takes 6 or more hits with the Oppressor MK II's missiles to take them out. Also, the APC can act as a boat!
FYI, love that Beach view. I just moved from Maze Bank West to that Building, the Garage has a lovely view (tips from your Office video 😆) Thanks, now I can also enjoy that view.

Which Crate Warehouse is the best to buy in order to make money passively with the Nightclub ? I' ve heard that the Crate Warehouse is the 2nd best business concerning profit in the Nightclub (after Cocaine) so I' ve bought a Cocaine Lockup and am willing to buy a Crate Warehouse now but idk which one. Is a small one enough or does it have to be a large one in order to make the most amount of money (passively).
It makes absolutely no difference at all which cargo warehouse you have when it comes to the nightclub warehouse. In fact, you don't even need to buy a cargo warehouse if you have an airport hangar. You just need to own either a hangar or any cargo warehouse to accrue cargo and shipments in the nightclub warehouse.

If you want to actively play a lot to make money, get the Vehicle Warehouse and do Import/Export. That's the best paying business in the game. It takes constant effort to keep making money (because you have to go get the cars and sell them), but it makes up to $240,000 per hour. I have a video about how to make the most money with vehicle Import/Export here: ruclips.net/video/pB8JSON3kU8/видео.html If you want something that requires a lot less work and makes money for you while you're doing other things in the game, get a bunker. Make sure you buy the staff and equipment upgrades for it. That will make you around $55,000/hour if you buy the supplies instead of stealing them. It doesn't make as much money as vehicle Import/Export, but it is really good money for very little effort. The BEST option is to get both of these businesses and you'll be making great money in no time!!
@@Champlette2 I have the criminal pack and got the bunker for free but don't know how to use it. I also got a MC club and cash counterfeit business for free. I would like something i could work for and something that runs in the background
@@infamousnova With the bunker, go in and sit at the computer. You'll need to do the setup, which is just to go pick up a truck and bring it back. *Make sure* you buy the equipment and staff upgrades (you can wait on security upgrades until you have more money) and then assign your staff to manufacturing. You can either buy supplies for $75,000 or steal them. If you steal them, you'll have to complete some missions to get the supplies, and they can be challenging. To sell with just one vehicle (which is recommended when you're first getting started), make sure the stock value is $175,000 or below. Sell to Los Santos to earn a 50% bonus.
Accounts don't get reset for no reason. If you participate in any glitches, such as the recent garage trade-in thing, or heist glitches to repeat finales without setups, your account can get reset for that.
@@extremememesbros648 You could go to Rockstar Support and open a ticket. I **highly** recommend treating them as respectfully as you can. They respond much better to that than if you're defiant. Ask nicely for the reason why your account was reset because you're unaware of anything you did to have caused it. If it was a misunderstanding of some kind, you can ask them to reinstate the progress you had, or at least make some restitution to you to try to make it right. support.rockstargames.com/

From strategies involving transport planes to simple, but helpful facts like knowing that the boxville's reverse gear is more powerful than it's first normal one making it quicker to reverse up steep hills where you didn't reach a high initial speed and couldn't shift up from a standing start. (The dusty hill road from the cheap cocaine facility comes to mind)

Well, it depends if you plan to do the casino heist. If not, I don't really see the Arcade as a solid investment. If you run many of the passive businesses, it might be. With the TerrorByte, you can only steal supplies from there. With the Arcade, you can buy supplies for your passive businesses all in one location. If you want to have one spot where you can monitor and supply several passive businesses, it might be worth having. I generally only keep my bunker and nightclub going, and since I can use my nightclub safe to keep me informed of the manufacturing progress at the nightclub warehouse, I just leave my character in the bunker while I'm away from my console and I have all of the information I need. Technically I don't need the Arcade, except I do hope to start doing the casino heist in the near future.

Imo casino heists from the arcades are a bit of a better route to go instead of i/e, money wise. The actual heist might be hard for newer players but eventually they’ll get it down and it’ll be pretty worth it, plus u can get the setups done all solo with a mk2 or buzzard
That may be true (I haven't finished the casino heist yet myself), but this was just a business buying guide, not a best money-making strategy video. I used to enjoy doing the Pacific Standard Heist with my crew. We could finish the whole thing, setups and finale, in about 90 minutes and we each made about $400,000. We even did that twice in the same night sometimes. That was great fun, and great money.
Champlette2 ah gotcha. Import export is good solo money, but you’d be surprised at how good the casino heists are. Ive been able to knock out maybe 5-6 heists in a day, getting me about 5 mil total. But the glitches in the heist sure become annoying.
Since I haven't finished it yet, can you tell me what sort of problems to expect? I'd like to be ready for them.
Champlette2 glitches such as the enemies seeing you through walls, making the alarms go off. This happens usually when ur playing with someone who’s far away from u, or if they don’t have the best internet. Also, sometimes the exit disguise outfits might not even spawn, so you have to die and quick restart the mission to have them spawn again. Also, sometimes it won’t let u collect a certain cart of gold in the vault, can’t really stop this from happening. Sometimes the enemies will be very alert and will spot u faster when ur in their cones of vision, other times not so much. Enemies will sometimes glitch and fall onto the ground, meaning u won’t be able to melee kill them. And every now and then the guards (with helmets) won’t be moving around, they’ll just be standing still. The best way to get around this in sprint at them and knock em out soon as possible

The term "passive" (used by everyone, not just Champlette) for those businesses is misleading enough to prevent an accurate comparison with the so-called active businesses.
There is only one passive income stream I can think of, which is the safes. It takes grinding to set them up, but after that they are genuinely passive.
It's much better to think of the "passive" businesses rather as having long cooldowns between when you have to actively do them to get paid. It isn't passive. You don't get paid during the time you're letting it sit, and don't get paid until/unless you do the active part (selling).
So you get a clearer picture of the hourly payoff for each business thinking of them in terms of "cooldowns" between when you have to complete a mission/job to get paid. You don't get paid for any business passively.
Caveat, I dont have the Arcade or Nightclub, so I dont know if there are other truly passive elements besides the safe. But from what I understand, the Nightclub safe usnt even truly passive. That can degrade based on popularity.
Additionally, some "active" money-making work can be done in Invite only sessions, making them much easier/less stressful, while most businesses need to be done in public lobbies. Friendly public lobbies can be arranged, but needs friends, patience, or connection glitching.
It looks like you do a much better job than anyone else, tho, of measuring and communicating the real hourly income of the passive businesses, but yeah it will vary by player and sell mission, how long it might take to complete the business cycle for payment. The active businesses probably still come out to making more money more quickly. The grind is just more obvious and taxing on the active businesses, because they are available much sooner, i.e. have shorter "cooldowns".
And just btw, I wasn't trying to rake on your video, Champlette. You're my fave GTA YTuber! :)
You make a valid point, but when you consider this from another perspective, even the safe is not entirely passive. In the nightclub, you have to build up popularity to make more money in the safe (it does pay you a tiny amount even with no popularity). In the arcade, you have to purchase and place game consoles to build up the safe. In the agency, you need to complete security contracts to build up the daily amount in the safe. I think the nightclub, bunker, and the MC businesses are referred to as "passive" because other than purchasing or stealing supplies, no additional effort is required by the player for the product to increase in value. Businesses such as special/vehicle/airfreight cargo all require the player to actively "import" product to make money and without that effort, no income is earned.

@@Champlette2 Right, so the safes are probably best described as a split-stage style business: active setup, passive payout (except the Nightclub, it sounds like). But that doesn't exactly roll off the tongue, does it. Haha.
And in the setup stage it's a true hybrid. Getting an immediate payout for the contract itself, and then the passive amount/component started/increased after each 5 contracts, though the advisability of each is questionable as regular active income at their base pay.
I mean, Cayo made all of this kind of academic. Haha. But a lot of these are still worthwhile for various reasons, so this content is still very welcome!

@@Champlette2 ah alright, I've just seen them on other channel's videos and haven't tried them out myself (my last own video was five years ago with very low effort anyways), but apparently after looking them up you just need to put them into the description, starting at 0:00, a space between each timestamp and title, a new line after each full timestamp and all timestamps need to be at least 10 seconds long. So if I understood it correctly adding the following somewhere to your description would automatically generate chapters:

You can pay to move your yacht through the interaction menu
Costs 20,000 or 25,000 every move can't remember which tho.
That wasn't easy. It takes the help of at least two friends who are willing to move their yachts multiple times too. If you move your yacht to Lago Zancudo, it will place it further north close to where the river lets out. Then ask your friends to move their yachts to Lago Zancudo too. The first one should get placed right next to your yacht, and the next one should be a little further south. Then you can move your yacht to Lago Zancudo again and I think that's when you'll get this spot behind the Chumash bunker. Bear in mind, I'm saying this from memory from about 2 years ago so I might have some of the details slightly off, but this should give you the general idea.
Yes, but it's very tricky to get the yacht right behind the Chumash bunker. There are at least 4 yacht placements in the Lago Zancudo location. You need help from other yacht owners to get it in that spot.

Pro tip if you sell cocaine in bulk you will make more profit as coke is only sold in bricks and when you buy 1full supply you will get half a brick not giving money and it is possible to sell it solo except post op van you can make 27 and 24k per hour if you avoid the costs with cash and weed

Well, it is if you want to do the casino heist a lot. Personally, I'm a big fan of the passive businesses like the bunker and the nightclub. I can make lots of money with very little actual playing time by letting them build product while I'm doing other things.

@@roberttgdavis Casino heist is more suitable for mid level and high level players (level 120+).
For new players, the casino heist would be too much hard work, and even more insanely difficult without special vehicles (Kuruma or MK2 or Buzzard, etc). And the fact that they are newer players also means that they are not going to be skilled enough to get a massive take from the heist vault (Even most mid level players struggle with this).
Passive businesses are much more stress free and easier to work with even if you choose to steal supplies. And while the product is cooking in the background, the low level player can do MC contracts to pass the time. Than when they get 2.5 mil, they can buy a ceo office and vehicle warehouse and start making serious money.
@@keyboardwarrior2418 wow. Thats a really good analysis of the casino heist. Luckily for me I'm a level 200 with Mk2 oppressor, Karuma, Buzzard, Hydra, Hatchet etc. All these are pretty crucial to quickly and efficiently grinding the casino heist.

Hi, i just wanna point out that, it is important to wait for the call when completing mc sale, to know that your biz is not getting raided. If you quit the mc president before the call, you will automatically lose all supplies and product in that biz. I'm playing on pc btw, not sure how it is for other consoles. The mc biz gets raided on a timer as well, not by chance

As for the CEO fees, unfortunately the heists require you to be registered as a CEO so there's not much you can do about those, except for retiring as a CEO when you're not actively running your businesses or doing a heist. Regarding the MC fees, honestly, I quit selling from my MC businesses. The profits are too low for the amount of time that goes into selling them and they're raided WAY too frequently. I can make more money and have a whole lot more fun doing other things instead. I just leave the MC businesses running with no supplies and no stock just for the nightclub warehouse usage and I never, EVER register as an MC President.

Hello. The APC is useful? I'm always calling the Karuma on that final stage with the Insurgent on Bunker delivery. Wooow, Great Idea. I'll look into that investment in the future.
I love using the APC for the 5-drop Insurgents in the bunker deliveries! Granted, you can still get shot and killed through the windows, so you have to be careful with that. The missiles are really powerful so the APC makes quick work of the Merryweather guys. It only takes two, sometimes three, shots to blow up the enemy insurgents. It takes 6 or more hits with the Oppressor MK II's missiles to take them out. Also, the APC can act as a boat!
The crazy thing is, i just got an APC. Driving and floating around like crazy now 😂😂 I also did a Headhunter just 4 fun. Thanks for the nice tip.

Which Crate Warehouse is the best to buy in order to make money passively with the Nightclub ? I' ve heard that the Crate Warehouse is the 2nd best business concerning profit in the Nightclub (after Cocaine) so I' ve bought a Cocaine Lockup and am willing to buy a Crate Warehouse now but idk which one. Is a small one enough or does it have to be a large one in order to make the most amount of money (passively).
It makes absolutely no difference at all which cargo warehouse you have when it comes to the nightclub warehouse. In fact, you don't even need to buy a cargo warehouse if you have an airport hangar. You just need to own either a hangar or any cargo warehouse to accrue cargo and shipments in the nightclub warehouse.

If you want to actively play a lot to make money, get the Vehicle Warehouse and do Import/Export. That's the best paying business in the game. It takes constant effort to keep making money (because you have to go get the cars and sell them), but it makes up to $240,000 per hour. If you want something that requires a lot less work and makes money for you while you're doing other things in the game, get a bunker. Make sure you buy the staff and equipment upgrades for it. That will make you around $55,000/hour if you buy the supplies instead of stealing them. It doesn't make as much money as vehicle Import/Export, but it is really good money for very little effort. The BEST option is to get both of these businesses and you'll be making great money in no time!!

@@infamousnova With the bunker, go in and sit at the computer. You'll need to do the setup, which is just to go pick up a truck and bring it back. *Make sure* you buy the equipment and staff upgrades (you can wait on security upgrades until you have more money) and then assign your staff to manufacturing. You can either buy supplies for $75,000 or steal them. If you steal them, you'll have to complete some missions to get the supplies, and they can be challenging. To sell with just one vehicle (which is recommended when you're first getting started), make sure the stock value is $175,000 or below. Sell to Los Santos to earn a 50% bonus.

Accounts don't get reset for no reason. If you participate in any glitches, such as the recent garage trade-in thing, or heist glitches to repeat finales without setups, your account can get reset for that.

@@extremememesbros648 You could go to Rockstar Support and open a ticket. I **highly** recommend treating them as respectfully as you can. They respond much better to that than if you're defiant. Ask nicely for the reason why your account was reset because you're unaware of anything you did to have caused it. If it was a misunderstanding of some kind, you can ask them to reinstate the progress you had, or at least make some restitution to you to try to make it right. support.rockstargames.com/
