I’m starting the career builder on my Series S & I can’t for the life of me choose between Downtown Vinewood & Vespucci. I don’t want the exact same locations that I have on my original character (West Vinewood) but I still want a place with more pros than cons. Biggest con I see at Vespucci is the narrow ramp to get to the garage. I’ll be spending most of my time going to the nightclub for promotions so it’s probably the most important decision. I’m not sure if you know the answer, but do the promotion missions change based on your nightclub location? There’s a collect supplies mission in grand senora desert & you have to drive that really slow truck. Am I going to have to drive that thing from grand senora dessert to my Vespucci nightclub or will they give me a different mission/spawn the truck closer to Vespucci? Thanks!
@@JC-li8kk Yes, the location of your nightclub really does impact the promotion missions. I think it's the Strawberry nightclub that has one type of mission that normally has 3 locations for other players but because of 2 locations being too close to that nightclub, you only get one option and it's up near Grapeseed... every time. The driveway at the Vespucci location is a righteous pain. Personally, I love the Downtown Vinewood location. It's not much to look at from the outside, but everything else is perfect. Plenty of parking, fantastic road access, central location, and close to many other businesses and the casino. Another one that's good is Cypress Flats, but most players don't give it a second look. Unfortunately that truck with the music gear is always up north in the desert so you're right, that would be a nasty drive to Vespucci.
@@Champlette2 Darn, well maybe I’ll get the Vespucci Agency & Vinewood Nightclub then. I like both locations & it’d be nice to have a reason to visit both areas. I don’t mind the setup missions since those are 1 time only, but since I’m building my money method around promotions those are more important & it would be a pain to drive from Grapeseed to Vespucci in a U-Haul so often. I hate that it takes me so long to decide. I could have made $3million by now & just traded it in if I didn’t like it & still have a good profit. Do you think I should get the Terrorbyte or the armored Karuma as my career builder vehicle? I used to like Client jobs, but with payphone hits paying $85,000 I’m not sure if I’ll have time for that & nightclub promotions & VIP work. And I rarely use my Mk2 with my original character because I’m always in a private lobby & the police seem to have no problem killing me in a mk2 lol.
@@JC-li8kk If you're not planning to do heists, definitely get the Terrorbyte. I comes in handy for the payphone hits and security contracts. You can call it to have it nearby and then make a dash to it to lose your wanted level. If you do enjoy heists, the armored Kuruma is very handy, but it's also a lot less expensive to buy than the TerrorByte, so you're probably better off getting the TB.
@@Champlette2 Okay thanks! I guess I haven’t been utilizing mine properly. I’ll try it out next time. I do love my armored Karuma, but it is pretty cheap & goes on discount a lot more often than the terrorbyte. I was just concerned that some of the setup missions for the nightclub required the armored Karuma.

This is my 3rd time seeing a champlette2 video and, yet again, I'm not disappointed. To be honest, I didn't come across this one. I googled "champlette gta locations" and specifically looked for a video by this user. That has to say something. She just dishes up meat and potatoes all day. Just a GTA:O player with some serious hours on this game who's giving you some pretty objective and straight forward advice. Yes, there may be a small amount of opinion, but I dare you to find videos like this that are more fair and straightforward. If you haven't checked out her videos on warehouses or hangar locations, 10/10 would recommend watching them. I've used those (and this video) to make all my purchases and have zero regrets so far. Keep them coming, champlette. You're my go-to RUclips person for locations and the person I advise others to check out for their buying needs. :) PS - Sent you a friend request in game...just because it'd be neat to run into you in a random lobby. :P
Just hearing that these videos have been helpful to others is enough thanks for me. When I first started playing, I was so disappointed with the lack of quality videos to tell me what I really needed to know about the high end apartments before buying them. I just started making videos to fill that gap, and the rest is history.
This is easily the best location guide I've seen, a while back when I started on PC I chose the Del Perro location, but none of the guides I saw actually owned it and I never learned where the garage entrance was and it became quite the pain. Now on Xbox I'm going with the Strawberry location thanks to this guide! Edit: idk how so many other guides are recomending Mission Row, if I couldn't stand the Del Perro alley idk how I would keep my sanity there lol
Oh yes exactly! I love the look and location of the Del Perro nightclub, but that back alley is just way too narrow especially to land a helicopter. The Mission Row access is bad too, but it also eliminates a few of the popularity missions because it's too close to some of them so those won't come up in rotation. Strawberry is a good choice. Great access and great central location. I think it may lose out on a couple of popularity missions too, but I think you'll enjoy that location. Best of luck to you!
@@Champlette2 But for the Del Perro nightclub, I am just worried that if I buy del perro then it will get raided by cops or npcs very easily. Good road access has its own big downside
@@Ariffin958 Actually, the possibility for raids is not dependent on the location. You will only get raided while you are registered as a CEO and only if you stock has reached a certain level (I'm not sure of the exact amount but I think it's around 70% full when you may get raided). This is the same for every nightclub location. However, road access can have something to do with how easy it is to defend against a raid. For example, there is that narrow alley next to Del Perro to get to the garage door. If you are flying when trying to defend against a raid, that narrow alley may make it a little more difficult to hit your targets.

Ok, so I did some extra research and compared Downtown Vinewood Nightclub and Del Perro Nightclub a bit more. I currently don't own a nightclub, so the results may be different when actually owning these nightclubs but I doubt it to be honest. I wanted to know where my vehicles (both cars and aircrafts) would spawn when I called my mechanic (cars -> my Stromberg) or used the interaction menu (aircrafts -> my Akula). Here are the results: 1) Calling my mechanic from the Del Perro Nightclub front door to deliver my Stromberg: i.imgur.com/LXXRuHE.jpg 2) Calling my mechanic from the Del Perro Nightclub garage door to deliver my Stromberg: i.imgur.com/BQTfI31.jpg 3) Calling my Akula via the interaction menu from the Del Perro Nightclub front door (travel distance: 777m) i.imgur.com/qzEtgKO.jpg 4) Calling my Akula via the interaction menu from the Del Perro Nightclub garage door (travel distance: 1.21km) i.imgur.com/xzeynIA.jpg 5) Calling my mechanic from the Downtown Vinewood Nightclub front door to deliver my Stromberg: i.imgur.com/Fybf5Ls.jpg 6) Calling my mechanic from the Downtown Vinewood Nightclub garage door to deliver my Stromberg: i.imgur.com/3LQcCDm.jpg 7) Calling my Akula via the interaction menu from the Downtown Vinewood Nightclub front door (travel distance: 1.10km) i.imgur.com/taqDOLW.jpg 8) Calling my Akula via the interaction menu from the Downtown Vinewood Nightclub garage door (travel distance: 1.08km) i.imgur.com/M7KBYyf.jpg My observations: - If you call the Akula from the Del Perro Nightclub front door, it spawns on the beach north of the pier and if you call the Akula from the Del Perro Nightclub garage door, it spawns on the beach south of the pier. - If you ignore the suggested route a bit and take shortcuts by going offroad here and there, calling the Akula from the Del Perro Nightclub front door is the fastest way to get to the Akula (from all the listed scenarios). - Calling the mechanic from the Del Perro Nightclub garage door to deliver the Stromberg is going to provide you with the longest walk to the Stromberg (from all the listed scenarios). - Landing the Buzzard right next to the Del Perro Nightclub garage door is pretty easy, but don't even try doing that with e.g. the Akula (its rotors are too big for that). - There's a big, open space just a little bit south of the Del Perro Nightclub garage door where you can easily land e.g. the Akula ( i.imgur.com/oQ6czUn.jpg ), but it's a longer walk to the Del Perro Nightclub front door from there. - If you call the Akula from the Downtown Vinewood Nightclub front door or garage door, it spawns next to the racing track which is next to the casino. - There are 2 ways to reach the Akula from the Downtown Vinewood Nightclub: either take the highway overpass (very easy and short route, hardly any turns) or go YOLO and cross the highway like a rabbit or deer would (even shorter route). :p It's really going to be a tough decision. After doing some extra research Del Perro Nightclub has become more attractive than it was at first sight. Both are really close to each other for me now. Del Perro Nightclub has a prettier building and it's a great location for sightseeing with the pier nearby. It also has Ammu-Nation and free snacks (Lombank/Maze Bank West offices) nearby. Downtown Vinewood has those ugly trash cans near the front door, but has better parking options and is going to have a clear advantage if you have to do sell missions in blaine county. It also has Ammu-Nation and snacks nearby, but the snacks aren't free since they come from a convenience store across the street.
Excellent observations!! I love your attention to detail! I would have liked to have tried all of that too as I was doing my location reviews on the live stream on Tuesday, but that would have taken quite a long time for each property and I didn't want to keep everyone waiting. After having the Del Perro club for 48 hours now, I'm very satisfied with it. You're right, it's ever so slightly tricky to land the Buzzard by the garage, but it's easier now that I've done it a few times. Parking the bigger aircraft in the little courtyard just south of the garage isn't bad at all. It's comparable to parking it in the nice parking lot at downtown Vinewood and then running to that garage door. I do see some advantages, particularly geography, to the Vinewood clubs but I'm very happy with Del Perro so far.

Yeah, one of the things I didn't enjoy about so many other GTA videos is they mostly just tell you "I like this one, get this one" or "it's the most expensive so it's the best" and they didn't provide any information. Just because I like something, or don't like it, doesn't mean everyone else has to share my opinion. I just try to provide some information so you can find the one that suits your needs the best. Just now (and I mean seriously 15 seconds ago) finally made my Night Club purchase, went for the old paint factory location. Remember when you were doing it live and someone said to "read lower" on the building and you didn't want to do it because it might not be PG13?, well....... it most certainly is not family friendly but it made me laugh so I bought it. Have not purchased any add-ons yet and even though I think I saw everything on the stream I am sure I missed something so waiting until your next video will most certainly be the best move before going all out on upgrades.

Champlette2 for sure! I usually go to theprofessional for vehicle reviews (or pyrerealm for older ones), tylarious for money guides, cgh for weapon tests, and you're going to be my go to for property locations. That's something a lot of people don't consider, buying either the cheapest or most expensive. I still haven't decided on a club location, but this definitely helped narrow it down. You earned my sub and I can't wait to see what you upload next!
Champlette2 at first I was thinking del perro. It's right across the street from my office and apartment and I like that area. But then I saw how many people picked that one. If there was a raid I wouldn't want to have to fight off that many players. The canals one looks pretty good since it's around there too. I was thinking of buying counterfeit cash later on and even though all my other businesses are up on route 68 it could be nice to have one in the city and someone told me it helps with the nightclub production. Plus I think it's my favorite area based on how it looks. The last one is lsia. The garage thing you talked about is a big selling point, since I wasn't going to buy a garage for my club anyway yet. And even though it's pretty far from everything else I own, it could be pretty easy to call a havok or buzzard, run over to the airport and get back to my route 68 businesses, or office, or my zancudo hangar. Im really leaning toward the canals but I'm not sure.
Hmmm.... well, I did own Del Perro but I traded it. I really didn't like the vehicle spawns. When I would start a sale of product from the warehouse, it spawned me at the front door (just up the street from the entrance to the movie studio) but my delivery vehicle was in the little courtyard all the way to the south of the parking garage next door. That's a long way to run to your delivery vehicle on a timed sale. For that reason, I can't really recommend Del Perro. My husband had the one at Vespucci. He didn't like it either. He said it was difficult to get to when you're in a hurry because there's basically only one way in and one way out. Also that narrow driveway was a challenge when you're bringing in a big box truck of alcohol and you're not supposed to damage it. The LSIA one is not bad, but it is extremely far south. That will add extra time to most of your missions. Have you given any thought to either Cypress Flats or Strawberry? I think Cypress Flats is a great location, if it's not too crowded with other players. Much like mine at Downtown Vinewood, the garage is right on a major road so you can get to it quickly and easily. I really love that about mine. Cypress Flats has a nice reasonable distance between the front door and the garage door too. Strawberry is a fantastic central location, but the one downside is the front entrance is a long hike to the garage door. I love that location though. Right in the heart of the city.

Some RUclipsrs just show where they are on the map and make assumptions about the area without even going there to look at it in person. Anyone can just look at them on the map. You don't know how it's going to work for you until you visit it personally. I spend my money doing that for every property so you don't have to buy something sight unseen and find out you don't like it.

There's a ladder to the roof on the right side of the Strawberry nightclub. Seems pretty handy since there's a bunch of space up there for a Savage or Hydra.

Thank you for another great content. I picked the LSIA nightclub. Seconds to the blimp, and free air rides to go here and there. The next door 10-cars garage is a real deal. Far away from hostile zone, too close with the modders fav spots, yeah its the airport. I made all my spots like a circle, so it keeps me busy. Farthermost around 7.5miles or 12km on selling goods. And thank God it's not that bloody OP vans. Keep it up, lady. Cheers!

I picked the Strawberry location because I didn't want to be in the most popular spots (Vinewood), but did want to be close to my Alta St. apartment and my Arcadius office. Thanks for confirming that it's a pretty solid location! :)
The Strawberry location is also one block from the freeway exit and on-ramp so easy and quick to get on the freeway to go basically anywhere, close to AmmuNation, a convenience store and you can take the freeway to the Murietta Heights Mod Shop as well.
You're right! A lot of people bought the most expensive option. I saw in several lobbies. It's closer to Sandy Shores. Two good options in Vinewood. Great guide, and great streaming, congratulations!

Thanks for noticing! That's exactly what I intended to do. Players often ask me what I think they should get, but I'm not comfortable making choices for someone else. Just because I like the color blue or a particular location on the map works well for me, that doesn't mean it's best for someone else.

Thank you! Well, those are precisely the reasons that I moved from the Del Perro nightclub. Generally speaking, the vehicles spawn on that narrow street right in front of the club. If that street is a little crowded, they'll spawn on the main street closer to the entrance to the movie studio. If you're inside your nightclub office, that means you either have to walk or run all the way from your garage door to the street in the front, or you have to walk through the dance floor and up the stairs to get out the front door, unless you left a vehicle for yourself near the garage door. Del Perro is the best looking nightclub, but because of that vehicle spawning issue and the distance between the garage door and the front door, I moved to Downtown Vinewood. I love that location and the access is fantastic with tons of parking. It's ideal for the sales because it's a little closer to Blaine County and it's got major roads nearby. It's not the best to look at, but I never really look at it anyway. I just go in and out of the garage door.

A couple of benefits of the La Mesa nightclub are that it's not too popular (player-wise), and there is a personal aircraft spawn-point right out back in the storm-channel. Also, $9500 street-cars tend to spawn in droves (or not at all, so I stock up lol...) with LS customs right down the block.
Here's a breakdown of the nightclub daily fees for anyone interested... 800 basic (before setup) 150 staff setup 100 staff upgrade 250 equipment upgrade 50 per additional storage floor (up to four) 100 per additional warehouse technician (up to four) 50 service entrance parking (charged as mechanic fee) 50 per additional garage floor (up to three, charged as mechanic fee) Minimum daily cost: 850 (base cost of club (pre-setup) and service entrance parking) Maximum daily cost: 2100 (1900 for club staff and utilities, 200 for garages including entrance parking)
Yeah, bunker's worth it. I even shelled out extra for the added daily cost of security knowing I'd never need it since I always sell at $175k. I just wanted guards and cameras for the aesthetic appeal. Speaking of aesthetics, I made fun of it in another post but the gaudy purple/gold nightclub style is growing on me. The REAL business is downstairs anyway and it makes a degree of sense for the club to be reflective of Tony's image rather than the player's. It's just a front business and he's your front man, after all. Although that just makes it stupider that the business of promoting the damned club is tasked to the player. Tony should have lackeys for this stuff, but oh well.
To me, the office is the most important design because that's the only place I ever go. I just adore the dark wood and the big leather office chairs in the 2nd design. However, sometimes it spawns you in the bathroom downstairs and the purple one is **by far** the best of all of the nightclub bathrooms. The default one is too gross to even discuss it.
It's a tough call, Jonathan. There are some cool parts of the club, but it's also a bit frustrating in some ways. I'm hoping that will improve as I get more familiar with how it all works. At this point, I'd say it's worth getting it.
Champlette2 Yeah, it's not very friendly for larger vehicles, like the Pounder and Mule. At least it's only about a block away from a Personal Aircraft spawn, tho.

It just takes a lot of effort to get in and out of that location, no matter what you're driving. Downtown Vinewood has that fantastic parking lot by the front door that's perfect for landing a helicopter. It's also great with the garage door facing the main road. If you're doing Business Battles, the access to the garage is outstanding. I think your idea about the Downtown Vinewood nightclub and the Vespucci Agency sounds really good.

Hi Champlette before I start with my questions I’d just like to say thank you for the amazing content again from yourself. Every single time a DLC like this comes out I always come to you first. I’m glad you are back uploading too as I’ve missed your attention to detail !! Now back to the questions lol. Basically I am torn between 3 nightclub locations. 1. Del Perro 2. Strawberry and 3. LSIA. For some context My CEO office is the Arcadius business center and my main apartment that I use the most is the Integrity way (right next door). My Special Vehicle cargo warehouse is the Davis Vehicle one (In the Hood area very close to Strawberry). So I find myself in and around these two areas very often. My bunker, facility and MC businesses are all up in the sandy shores and Route 68 area with My Hanger being in the military base. Also to note I have CEO crate warehouses at Darnell Bros , Railyard and West vinewood as well as I’m planning to buy the arcade next to the Darnell bros warehouse near lesters factory (I think it’s called video something ) when I get enough money. So with that all being said these are the 3 nightclubs I like the look of the best. I’ve also seen a lot of people say go for the vinewood ones but they just don’t appeal to me as one of them has a massive sign above it with a picture of a gentleman’s private area as well as being in a very busy area and the other has trash cans out the front of it. Like who the hell wants to go to a nightclub and line up next to trash cans and rubbish all over the floor. And I know that may sound pathetic but I care about silly things like that. Now for My reasoning between the 3 I’ve listed is that from your video information. 1. Del perro - it’s a little further away from my office and is in hotspot for players like yourself who have the maze bank west office etc. But to me it’s the nicest looking nightclub like you show in the video. And there’s quite easy road access to key areas from it. I was also wondering if you could provide any info on the garage access for that club as it’s down that tight alley and I’ve read somewhere that the vehicle spawns a bit weird. I’m not sure if that’s true or not. 2. Strawberry- very close to my office, apartment and vehicle warehouse. Easy road access. Can access the club and garage from a number of entry points. But the club it’s self doesn’t look that good as it’s an old paint factory !! 3. LSIA - it’s miles away so it’s going to be quite away from griefers and Everyone else in the lobby. But maybe it’s a little far away and not practical for selling missions etc. Plus worth it when taking into consideration travelling time to get to and from the club. (Love the 10 car garage right next door thought that was a cool feature like you pointed out). Also it doesn’t look the best with the crates and stuff out the front. So yeah if you could help me and give me some advice and pointers on what you would do in my shows etc that would be great. Sorry it’s so damn long ! My apologies. My advice regarding the nightclubs is to try not to focus on the visible appeal of the building, but rather the functionality. If you intend to spend a significant amount of time near your nightclub, such as doing popularity missions or business battles, the functionality will mean WAY more to you over time than how the building looks. For example, I first owned the Del Perro nightclub. I love how it looks and I loved the location. However, I practically lived in my Buzzard at that time (before the Oppressor Mk II came out) and there's no convenient place to park a buzzard there. Frankly, there's hardly any good places to park anything there at all. My biggest disappointment with that club is that your vehicles typically spawn near the front door but your character typically spawns at the garage door around the side of the building. That's a long way to run on foot to get to your vehicle. That was the primary reason I moved from there, along with the narrow street in the front that made parking so tight. Strawberry has a similar issue. The garage door is in the alley so if you're doing business battles, it's a lot more challenging to get to that door in a hurry. I also heard from friends who had that nightclub that the popularity missions were limited compared to other nightclubs. From Downtown Vinewood, I might have 3 different locations for one nightclub popularity mission, but my friend at Strawberry only had one of those 3 because 2 of them were located too close to the Strawberry nightclub. So for example, there was one popularity mission that he always had to go all the way to the YouTool store, whereas I had two other options for that mission right in the heart of the city. On the other hand, if you're not doing popularity missions and you're comfortable driving business battle vehicles into that alley to get to the garage, that is a great central location in the city. My last key point is that a great percentage of the sale delivery locations are in Blaine County, so for that point alone, I would not want a nightclub at LSIA. It's just waaaaaaay too far from there to drive to Paleto Bay or North Chumash or the Power Station in a delivery van to fly it out to a barge, or to drive a delivery van all the way to Sandy Shores to look for a guy in an orange Camacho truck hiding in a search area (among others). The reason I love the Downtown Vinewood nightclub, in spite of its TOTAL lack of outward appeal, is that the garage is so very easily accessible from a wide, main road. You can be driving full speed up that road and hit that dot and you're in. Most importantly, because it's so centrally located in the overall map, the deliveries are all a reasonable distance from the nightclub. It also has outstanding parking room. I never even look at the front of the building so I don't notice how ugly it looks. It's incredibly convenient and that means everything to me. I wouldn't trade it for any other nightclub in the game.
Hi Champlettte. Thank you for another great upload and stream too. Personally I feel let down with this After Hours DLC. I have a very expensive top end apartment, a very expensive top end office and I drive a couple of very expensive top end cars. I buy my clothes from top end fashion outlets and I have my own private jet. Generally I live the life of a top professional and I like to do nice things and go to nice places. There is not one of these clubs that I'd be seen entering. I don't ever want to socialise in dingy clubs in dingy locations on dirty lane ways. When I want night life I go to posh clubs with beautiful restaurants in respectable areas on pristinely maintained avenues. This was an opportunity missed by R*. And I still haven't got a bathroom facility in my Facility, nor my Hanger, nor my Bunker. What's going on here. ☹️. ❤️.
Wait until you see the bathroom in the default design of the nightclub. It makes the bathrooms in the vehicle warehouse look luxurious. Pretty disgusting. I couldn't keep the default design for that reason alone.
Sadly R* don't seem to realise that gentle ladies play this game. And some gentleman also. What's wrong with "Posh". There are five bathrooms in my home and I live on a farm in a rural area. There's even a "Blade Hand Dryer" in the farmhand's toilet. This is like sailing on the Titanic and eating off paper plates and using plastic cutlery. Oh ! That IS what we do now. I'm here in my bathroom practising the standing position. I can't see myself sitting ever again. 😄.❤️.
ROTFL!!! You're right, I don't think they have any female developers either. It's a scientific fact, men do tend to be a bit colorblind. Women see colors more accurately than men do, generally speaking. That's obvious from some of the design options in this game, especially the facility. Yuck.
I got the Vinewood location, but I'm not crazy about it because of the vehicle spawns. If I call in a vehicle, it appears downhill, and if I pull out of the garage it puts me on the street facing north. I think I'll be moving it to Del Perro, though. My other character doesn't have one yet, but I think I'll get the Mission Row one for him -- I love that area of town, I love that big alley in the back, and it works with his old school style (all muscle cars, classics).
What a very interesting observation about the vehicle spawns!! I should have tested that. Excellent point. I really do like Del Perro, so hopefully you will too if you decide to move there. The garage door alley is a little narrow, and I recommend running up to the front entrance to spawn a car, but those are small things that can be overlooked for an otherwise great location.
Well, I've had a little experience with Del Perro. The garage door is far from the main entrance and that became a real pain for me. There is also not many good places to land a buzzard. I think the garage and main entrance are too far apart at Strawberry too, but I have friends who love that place. Either of the Vinewood locations are excellent. However, be sure to check out the billboards above and across the street from the West Vinewood location to make sure you're ok with seeing those all of the time. Some guys aren't a fan of seeing those a lot. LOL!
I'm happy to do it. I know many players don't have the time to play for hours on end like I used to, so I don't mind spending my money to help you save your money.
oh btw if you want to get a sneak preview on the blimps im MP, do nightclub promotions and you eventually get one in a mission which you can then use until it explodes.
I own the mission row nightclub and it's a great spot in my opinion. The police station nearby is a business battle location nearby and barely anybody has it
Top notch quality and super helpful video as always Champlette! I'm still bummed out that Bahama Mamas is still not available for purchase or even accessible. If we could purchase it then that would automatically be my go to Nightclub to buy since it's so close to my Lombank office and Del Perro apartment! Unfortunately that's not the case so the next best option is that Del Perro one that's behind it. It looks okay. The exterior looks a little outdated, but good thing that won't affect the popularity of the club. There's just enough room to land a Buzzard, but looks like my Cargobob might be too big for that spot by the garage. Overall I think the Del Perro club is the one I'll go for and looks like that's the one you went for too right Champlette? Again thanks for the help for helping me decide with this video!

This is an amazing video! I started with the vespucci location and moved to the elysian island location for easier landing with a helicopter during the uss luxington business battle. But I have found a downside with elysian Island, you can't call in personal vehicles to the island they spawn on the neighbouring island. I'm therefore checking out the other location to be shure that I can land helicopters easy and spawn in cars.
I've had tremendous success with the Downtown Vinewood location. It's not very close to the business battle on the USS Luxington of course, but it's very centrally located for nightclub sales. Vehicles spawn right there on the street in front of the garage door and there's great helicopter space in the parking lot. As I recall, I think the vehicle spawns are good at the Strawberry nightclub too, but there's not many good places to land a helicopter without putting it on the street, or climbing ladders to the roof.

I bought the Del Perro Club. My office is at Lombank. I just jumped off the roof of Lombank and parachuted right to the front door of my club like a baller. Think that's gonna be my commute from now on.
ha ha! Yeah, it's a cool location. I had that one first but I traded it for Downtown Vinewood. I found the parking and spawn locations to be very problematic. I hope you have much better luck than I did. :)
@@Champlette2 Yeah, I can see how the spawn/parking could be a pain. But I only play in either public solo or invite only sessions anyway (I don't like people) so I think I'll be fine with it.
I suspected Del Perro and West Vinewood would be the most popular so I plumped for Vespucci Canals. It’s not bad but the vehicle access is quite limited and tricky to manoeuvre especially when you get players chasing your supply vehicle back to there. I think my second character will be given Strawberry as it’s fairly close to her HE apartment and therefore easier to fast travel to with Lester’s Heist invites.
Yes both Vinewood locations appear to be very popular, followed by Del Perro. I think you're very smart to consider Strawberry. It's a great downtown location and has a lot of great perks. I think that's probably the most ideal location overall of the nightclubs. So far my sales have been mostly in LS, but I think that might be because I'm selling crates and weapons, not drugs. Not sure though.
To me, the cheapest one has the best location actually, for a nightclub and to be a little far from the downtown war zone in public lobbys, plus straight up access to the highway right there, so the low price is kind of a bonus. Very interesting. Great points! Thank you very much. I think I spent a total of about $25M when this DLC first came out. It was worth it if the videos I made were helpful for other players making their nightclub choices.
My personal favorites are Strawberry and Downtown Vinewood. I ultimately went with the former because it's central, it has good access from multiple sides and it has a lot of room to land the buzzard next to the garage entrance. The only downside is it's appearance, which isn't really relevant. Mission Row is a good location but has bad access. Del Perro is too far west, that was the reason i moved from Lombank to Arcadius. The one near LSIA has the airfield nearby but doesn't have great access to the main entrance and it's a bit too far south. And the rest just isn't it for me, the most expensive one is picked by everyone and the same goes for Del Perro so i'm glad with my decision.

Hi, should I relocate my Elysian Island Nightclub to Mission Row one?
Any nightclub that's further north will make your sale missions a little easier. Make sure you check out the narrow alleys around Mission Row before you buy it. I found the parking there to be very disappointing.
Yeah, I almost traded this one for Downtown Vinewood because I was having trouble parking my buzzard. Then I figured out how to get it out safely right there by the garage entrance, so now I'm staying put!

Thank you for your kind comment! Well, I might be a little biased because I love the Downtown Vinewood nightclub. It's very convenient for all of the promotions and sale locations. It's got outstanding parking too. I have friends who really like the Strawberry nightclub too. One of my friends really likes landing aircraft (especially the blimp) on the roof and sliding down the ladder. He says it's a convenient location because it's so central on the map. However, another friend said there are several promotion missions that don't come up for the Strawberry nightclub because they're too close to it. He never got those missions until he moved to Del Perro. Also, it seems like a majority of the nightclub sale locations are in Blaine County, so Downtown Vinewood is much better for that.

There’s a drink at the bar that knocks you out in one shot. You start feeling the affects of being drunk instantly, you start stubbing around and eventually pass out. You wake up at a random location around the map.

Do you have some experience with them by now? Is there a lot of Blaine County deliveries or are they more profitable? If so I might still get the Downtown Vinewood one for the reasons you mentioned (its location right between city and country, not gonna be as crowded as the most expensive one, easily accessible garage with a lot of space in front of it)
Well in fact I do have some experience with the warehouse sales and the promotions at Del Perro. That was the club I kept, however, I have since moved. I absolutely loved the location because it was so close to Lombank and the closest to my Chumash bunker, and I loved the look of the building. After playing there for two days, I found a lot of things I didn't like about it. I was doing a sale and it spawned me at the front door of the club, but my delivery vehicle was all the way back in that little courtyard to the south of the building. That's a long way to run on foot. Also, many of the promotions will end with your character in the front door of your club. I prefer to enter through the garage to get to my office because I can run back there and you can't run in the club. At Del Perro, it's quite a long little jog to get from the front entrance to the garage door. Buzzards don't spawn close and it's tricky to land it close to your garage door. The alley to the garage is pretty narrow. When you add of these things up, plus that it's not located on a large main road, I just didn't enjoy it. I moved to Downtown Vinewood. Yes, it's very ugly with the 4 dumpsters at the front door, but everything else is perfect. I absolutely love this location. It's convenient for promotions and for warehouse sales and there's plenty of vehicle and aircraft parking, provided you're not sharing that club with too many other players in the session.
Champlette2 thanks for getting back to me so fast and in detail :D I had a hunch the downtown vinewood would be a good choice strategically, but since I own the same office as you and also liked the style of del pero (cuz aesthetics do matter :P) I wasn't totally sure. After you telling me this I'm definitely gonna buy the Dt. Vinewood one. I can only say it again, thanks so much for your quality content and the work you put into this, you're always the first channel I check when a new GTA O update drops!
H! I originally bought the Lago Zancudo one. I liked how close it was to my Chumash bunker and the Zancudo hangar. I also loved all that water behind it. Looks awesome when you're flying into the facility from the east. However, I moved to the facility near the Sandy Shores airstrip a while ago. I like that it's right behind that lot where you can steal Sandkings. It only takes a few seconds to pop out of the facility, get a truck and bring it back. I enjoy collecting the rare vehicles to sell.

@@jlroyale4306 Honestly, I'm not sure I have very good advice on that one. I haven't even finished the new heist yet. I have a friend who has done it and he says the arcade on the east side (near Lester's garment factory) is a pretty good location for it. I have the one near Maze Bank West and Lombank, although I haven't used it for much yet so I don't know if the location is ideal. It's just handy for me.
This is absolutely supreme content. I remember watching that BossFTW guy but man, he was a pain. Recently I discovered TheProfessional and while I do like his videos and input, he sure does repeat himself a lot. Videos that are 30 minutes long on his channel could easily be cut in half because he keeps nagging. Then there's Tylarious and TGG which I find are equally good, though I find Ty a bit better. However - with the Nightclub discount going on, I wanted to find something like this on RUclips but nobody did a job as thoroughly as you did. I can't believe you don't have more subscribers. This is excellent content and you're quick to the point, and still exhaustive with information. Thank you very much for this video. That was such a generous compliment that I don't even know how to thank you enough! I'm really honored. Sometimes people complain that I sound rehearsed, but that's because I am. I write everything down that I want to say and read that from my script to make sure I don't forget something important that I wanted to cover and to try not to ramble about unimportant stuff.
Idk man...there's some pretty dingy looking clubs around. A popular club around Cincinnati used to be a place called The Warehouse, and these GTA clubs look pristine in comparison.
On my third nightclub relocation I chose and stuck with La Mesa. I'd previously had Del Perro and Downtown Vinewood. Del Perro is very nice looking, but after I moved out of Maze Bank and Chumash and put most of my businesses on the center west of the map, Del Perro made no sense. While Down time Vinewood should be nice given the price, I could not get over how much of a dump it was, and find La Mesa far better in terms of access to my Arcade, two large CEO warehouses, and where I normally moor my yacht. It's also not too far from the casino or my bunker and facility to the north. If you're dealing with loser griefers on their OMk2s, it's not so easy for them to blow you up with that large overpass loop providing cover. It's super handy to have the storm drain running parallel to the main La Mesa road. If you ever get a mission where you have to drive for miles and then lift the truck onto a barge, you can just spawn a CargoBob right there, and fly it from the club right to the barge. I can't see any reason to move again. This video was super helpful showing the access points and spawn locations; you know actually owning the club rather than just doing a drive by.
Thanks for pointing that out. It costs me a lot of GTA money to actually buy all of these properties to make these videos, but I feel like it's really important to do that to show the details like entry points.
Thanks for the video! Might transfer from Del Perro to Downtown Vinewood. I have the Lombank West Office, but I find that I don't go to the office that often anymore and my bunker (Farmhouse) is much closer that way. It also has much more space to land helicopters in front of the garage. But I'll wait until the Terrorbyte comes out, to see how it changes the source dynamics. Do you know if the technicians transfer over?
I'm not absolutely certain, but I believe the technicians do transfer, but the staff upgrades and equipment upgrades definitely do not. You also lose any design upgrades you've made. The only things you keep are your club name and any storage additions you bought.
That sounds good, hopefully you are right! Yes I know about losing design upgrades and equipment, staff and security as I've transferred many times before. That's the price you have to pay for buying things on day 1 ;)
Exactly... even with the help of videos like this that show you all of the locations, it's really hard to get it right on the first try. You just don't know for sure what you need until you play for a while.
Veteran player here. I've been looking to change my Nightclub from Del Perro to either Cypress Flatts or La Messa, and this video has helped out tremendously. The reason I want to switch is because I love to do the Business Battles and ever since the Summer update, the Aircraft Carrier and Iron works missions are the two that happen most often now. Having my nightclub in East LS is helpful since that's where those missions take place so I can save time. Another reason is I hate the parking garage at the Del Perro location. It takes a few extra seconds to get around/through it and in a business battle, every second counts. I think I'm going to chose the Cypress Flatts location. Wide open roads to land large helicopters and jets, easiest access into the garage with the entrance being right on the side, and to top it all off it's extremely close to my Arcade, where I normally go AFK. I likely wouldn't have come to this conclusion if not for your video, so thanks! P.S. do you know if you have to repurchase everything when you switch Nightclubs? I'm mainly concerned about the storage and technicians. Money isn't an issue, I've just been wondering about it.

Wow, thank you very much! I decided to keep Del Perro. I have the Lombank office, so it's super convenient. It's close to an Ammunation, and it's the closest one to my Chumash bunker and I go there often so that's a big plus to me.

No the locations do not change how much you can earn either from product sales or from popularity. However, the locations can impact how much **time** it takes to do your export missions, and that time you save can be used to make more money with other methods. For that, I highly recommend the Downtown Vinewood or the West Vinewood nightclubs. Many of the export deliveries send you up to Blaine County and these two nightclubs are more efficient than others that are further south.

I’m starting the career builder on my Series S & I can’t for the life of me choose between Downtown Vinewood & Vespucci. I don’t want the exact same locations that I have on my original character (West Vinewood) but I still want a place with more pros than cons. Biggest con I see at Vespucci is the narrow ramp to get to the garage. I’ll be spending most of my time going to the nightclub for promotions so it’s probably the most important decision. I’m not sure if you know the answer, but do the promotion missions change based on your nightclub location? There’s a collect supplies mission in grand senora desert & you have to drive that really slow truck. Am I going to have to drive that thing from grand senora dessert to my Vespucci nightclub or will they give me a different mission/spawn the truck closer to Vespucci? Thanks!
@@JC-li8kk Yes, the location of your nightclub really does impact the promotion missions. I think it's the Strawberry nightclub that has one type of mission that normally has 3 locations for other players but because of 2 locations being too close to that nightclub, you only get one option and it's up near Grapeseed... every time. The driveway at the Vespucci location is a righteous pain. Personally, I love the Downtown Vinewood location. It's not much to look at from the outside, but everything else is perfect. Plenty of parking, fantastic road access, central location, and close to many other businesses and the casino. Another one that's good is Cypress Flats, but most players don't give it a second look.
Unfortunately that truck with the music gear is always up north in the desert so you're right, that would be a nasty drive to Vespucci.
@@Champlette2 Darn, well maybe I’ll get the Vespucci Agency & Vinewood Nightclub then. I like both locations & it’d be nice to have a reason to visit both areas. I don’t mind the setup missions since those are 1 time only, but since I’m building my money method around promotions those are more important & it would be a pain to drive from Grapeseed to Vespucci in a U-Haul so often. I hate that it takes me so long to decide. I could have made $3million by now & just traded it in if I didn’t like it & still have a good profit. Do you think I should get the Terrorbyte or the armored Karuma as my career builder vehicle? I used to like Client jobs, but with payphone hits paying $85,000 I’m not sure if I’ll have time for that & nightclub promotions & VIP work. And I rarely use my Mk2 with my original character because I’m always in a private lobby & the police seem to have no problem killing me in a mk2 lol.
@@JC-li8kk If you're not planning to do heists, definitely get the Terrorbyte. I comes in handy for the payphone hits and security contracts. You can call it to have it nearby and then make a dash to it to lose your wanted level. If you do enjoy heists, the armored Kuruma is very handy, but it's also a lot less expensive to buy than the TerrorByte, so you're probably better off getting the TB.

I do love my armored Karuma, but it is pretty cheap & goes on discount a lot more often than the terrorbyte. I was just concerned that some of the setup missions for the nightclub required the armored Karuma.

This is my 3rd time seeing a champlette2 video and, yet again, I'm not disappointed.
To be honest, I didn't come across this one. I googled "champlette gta locations" and specifically looked for a video by this user. That has to say something.
She just dishes up meat and potatoes all day.
Just a GTA:O player with some serious hours on this game who's giving you some pretty objective and straight forward advice.
Yes, there may be a small amount of opinion, but I dare you to find videos like this that are more fair and straightforward.
If you haven't checked out her videos on warehouses or hangar locations, 10/10 would recommend watching them. I've used those (and this video) to make all my purchases and have zero regrets so far.

Just hearing that these videos have been helpful to others is enough thanks for me. When I first started playing, I was so disappointed with the lack of quality videos to tell me what I really needed to know about the high end apartments before buying them. I just started making videos to fill that gap, and the rest is history.
This is easily the best location guide I've seen, a while back when I started on PC I chose the Del Perro location, but none of the guides I saw actually owned it and I never learned where the garage entrance was and it became quite the pain.
Now on Xbox I'm going with the Strawberry location thanks to this guide!

Oh yes exactly! I love the look and location of the Del Perro nightclub, but that back alley is just way too narrow especially to land a helicopter. The Mission Row access is bad too, but it also eliminates a few of the popularity missions because it's too close to some of them so those won't come up in rotation. Strawberry is a good choice. Great access and great central location. I think it may lose out on a couple of popularity missions too, but I think you'll enjoy that location. Best of luck to you!
@@Champlette2 But for the Del Perro nightclub, I am just worried that if I buy del perro then it will get raided by cops or npcs very easily. Good road access has its own big downside
@@Ariffin958 Actually, the possibility for raids is not dependent on the location. You will only get raided while you are registered as a CEO and only if you stock has reached a certain level (I'm not sure of the exact amount but I think it's around 70% full when you may get raided). This is the same for every nightclub location. However, road access can have something to do with how easy it is to defend against a raid. For example, there is that narrow alley next to Del Perro to get to the garage door. If you are flying when trying to defend against a raid, that narrow alley may make it a little more difficult to hit your targets.

Ok, so I did some extra research and compared Downtown Vinewood Nightclub and Del Perro Nightclub a bit more. I currently don't own a nightclub, so the results may be different when actually owning these nightclubs but I doubt it to be honest. I wanted to know where my vehicles (both cars and aircrafts) would spawn when I called my mechanic (cars -> my Stromberg) or used the interaction menu (aircrafts -> my Akula). Here are the results:

My observations:
- If you call the Akula from the Del Perro Nightclub front door, it spawns on the beach north of the pier and if you call the Akula from the Del Perro Nightclub garage door, it spawns on the beach south of the pier.
- If you ignore the suggested route a bit and take shortcuts by going offroad here and there, calling the Akula from the Del Perro Nightclub front door is the fastest way to get to the Akula (from all the listed scenarios).
- Calling the mechanic from the Del Perro Nightclub garage door to deliver the Stromberg is going to provide you with the longest walk to the Stromberg (from all the listed scenarios).
- Landing the Buzzard right next to the Del Perro Nightclub garage door is pretty easy, but don't even try doing that with e.g. the Akula (its rotors are too big for that).
- There's a big, open space just a little bit south of the Del Perro Nightclub garage door where you can easily land e.g. the Akula ( i.imgur.com/oQ6czUn.jpg ), but it's a longer walk to the Del Perro Nightclub front door from there.
- If you call the Akula from the Downtown Vinewood Nightclub front door or garage door, it spawns next to the racing track which is next to the casino.
- There are 2 ways to reach the Akula from the Downtown Vinewood Nightclub: either take the highway overpass (very easy and short route, hardly any turns) or go YOLO and cross the highway like a rabbit or deer would (even shorter route). :p
It's really going to be a tough decision. After doing some extra research Del Perro Nightclub has become more attractive than it was at first sight. Both are really close to each other for me now. Del Perro Nightclub has a prettier building and it's a great location for sightseeing with the pier nearby. It also has Ammu-Nation and free snacks (Lombank/Maze Bank West offices) nearby. Downtown Vinewood has those ugly trash cans near the front door, but has better parking options and is going to have a clear advantage if you have to do sell missions in blaine county. It also has Ammu-Nation and snacks nearby, but the snacks aren't free since they come from a convenience store across the street.
Excellent observations!! I love your attention to detail! I would have liked to have tried all of that too as I was doing my location reviews on the live stream on Tuesday, but that would have taken quite a long time for each property and I didn't want to keep everyone waiting. After having the Del Perro club for 48 hours now, I'm very satisfied with it. You're right, it's ever so slightly tricky to land the Buzzard by the garage, but it's easier now that I've done it a few times. Parking the bigger aircraft in the little courtyard just south of the garage isn't bad at all. It's comparable to parking it in the nice parking lot at downtown Vinewood and then running to that garage door. I do see some advantages, particularly geography, to the Vinewood clubs but I'm very happy with Del Perro so far.
I normally do exactly this but watching a nice, considerate realtor lady give a tour is a lot better. Rockstar should be paying you

Just now (and I mean seriously 15 seconds ago) finally made my Night Club purchase, went for the old paint factory location. Remember when you were doing it live and someone said to "read lower" on the building and you didn't want to do it because it might not be PG13?, well....... it most certainly is not family friendly but it made me laugh so I bought it.
Have not purchased any add-ons yet and even though I think I saw everything on the stream I am sure I missed something so waiting until your next video will most certainly be the best move before going all out on upgrades.

Champlette2 at first I was thinking del perro. It's right across the street from my office and apartment and I like that area. But then I saw how many people picked that one. If there was a raid I wouldn't want to have to fight off that many players. The canals one looks pretty good since it's around there too. I was thinking of buying counterfeit cash later on and even though all my other businesses are up on route 68 it could be nice to have one in the city and someone told me it helps with the nightclub production. Plus I think it's my favorite area based on how it looks. The last one is lsia. The garage thing you talked about is a big selling point, since I wasn't going to buy a garage for my club anyway yet. And even though it's pretty far from everything else I own, it could be pretty easy to call a havok or buzzard, run over to the airport and get back to my route 68 businesses, or office, or my zancudo hangar. Im really leaning toward the canals but I'm not sure.
Hmmm.... well, I did own Del Perro but I traded it. I really didn't like the vehicle spawns. When I would start a sale of product from the warehouse, it spawned me at the front door (just up the street from the entrance to the movie studio) but my delivery vehicle was in the little courtyard all the way to the south of the parking garage next door. That's a long way to run to your delivery vehicle on a timed sale. For that reason, I can't really recommend Del Perro. My husband had the one at Vespucci. He didn't like it either. He said it was difficult to get to when you're in a hurry because there's basically only one way in and one way out. Also that narrow driveway was a challenge when you're bringing in a big box truck of alcohol and you're not supposed to damage it. The LSIA one is not bad, but it is extremely far south. That will add extra time to most of your missions.
Have you given any thought to either Cypress Flats or Strawberry? I think Cypress Flats is a great location, if it's not too crowded with other players. Much like mine at Downtown Vinewood, the garage is right on a major road so you can get to it quickly and easily. I really love that about mine. Cypress Flats has a nice reasonable distance between the front door and the garage door too. Strawberry is a fantastic central location, but the one downside is the front entrance is a long hike to the garage door. I love that location though. Right in the heart of the city.

Some RUclipsrs just show where they are on the map and make assumptions about the area without even going there to look at it in person. Anyone can just look at them on the map. You don't know how it's going to work for you until you visit it personally. I spend my money doing that for every property so you don't have to buy something sight unseen and find out you don't like it.

There's a ladder to the roof on the right side of the Strawberry nightclub. Seems pretty handy since there's a bunch of space up there for a Savage or Hydra.

Thank you for another great content. I picked the LSIA nightclub. Seconds to the blimp, and free air rides to go here and there. The next door 10-cars garage is a real deal. Far away from hostile zone, too close with the modders fav spots, yeah its the airport. I made all my spots like a circle, so it keeps me busy. Farthermost around 7.5miles or 12km on selling goods. And thank God it's not that bloody OP vans. Keep it up, lady. Cheers!

The Strawberry location is also one block from the freeway exit and on-ramp so easy and quick to get on the freeway to go basically anywhere, close to AmmuNation, a convenience store and you can take the freeway to the Murietta Heights Mod Shop as well.
You're right! A lot of people bought the most expensive option. I saw in several lobbies. It's closer to Sandy Shores. Two good options in Vinewood. Great guide, and great streaming, congratulations!

Thanks for noticing! That's exactly what I intended to do. Players often ask me what I think they should get, but I'm not comfortable making choices for someone else. Just because I like the color blue or a particular location on the map works well for me, that doesn't mean it's best for someone else.

Thank you! Well, those are precisely the reasons that I moved from the Del Perro nightclub. Generally speaking, the vehicles spawn on that narrow street right in front of the club. If that street is a little crowded, they'll spawn on the main street closer to the entrance to the movie studio. If you're inside your nightclub office, that means you either have to walk or run all the way from your garage door to the street in the front, or you have to walk through the dance floor and up the stairs to get out the front door, unless you left a vehicle for yourself near the garage door. Del Perro is the best looking nightclub, but because of that vehicle spawning issue and the distance between the garage door and the front door, I moved to Downtown Vinewood. I love that location and the access is fantastic with tons of parking. It's ideal for the sales because it's a little closer to Blaine County and it's got major roads nearby. It's not the best to look at, but I never really look at it anyway. I just go in and out of the garage door.

The moment when you show the nightclubs location on the map, I got my eyes on Del Perro!! It is so close to Lombank that I own. Good looking and decent location. The landing area might be small but hey, I'm not a bad pilot eh =)

A couple of benefits of the La Mesa nightclub are that it's not too popular (player-wise), and there is a personal aircraft spawn-point right out back in the storm-channel. Also, $9500 street-cars tend to spawn in droves (or not at all, so I stock up lol...) with LS customs right down the block.
Here's a breakdown of the nightclub daily fees for anyone interested...
800 basic (before setup)
150 staff setup
100 staff upgrade
250 equipment upgrade
50 per additional storage floor (up to four)
100 per additional warehouse technician (up to four)
50 service entrance parking (charged as mechanic fee)
50 per additional garage floor (up to three, charged as mechanic fee)
Minimum daily cost: 850 (base cost of club (pre-setup) and service entrance parking)
Maximum daily cost: 2100 (1900 for club staff and utilities, 200 for garages including entrance parking)

Yeah, those fees are rough, but the payouts are great so that helps.
Yeah, bunker's worth it. I even shelled out extra for the added daily cost of security knowing I'd never need it since I always sell at $175k. I just wanted guards and cameras for the aesthetic appeal.
Speaking of aesthetics, I made fun of it in another post but the gaudy purple/gold nightclub style is growing on me. The REAL business is downstairs anyway and it makes a degree of sense for the club to be reflective of Tony's image rather than the player's. It's just a front business and he's your front man, after all.
Although that just makes it stupider that the business of promoting the damned club is tasked to the player. Tony should have lackeys for this stuff, but oh well.
To me, the office is the most important design because that's the only place I ever go. I just adore the dark wood and the big leather office chairs in the 2nd design. However, sometimes it spawns you in the bathroom downstairs and the purple one is **by far** the best of all of the nightclub bathrooms. The default one is too gross to even discuss it.

It's a tough call, Jonathan. There are some cool parts of the club, but it's also a bit frustrating in some ways. I'm hoping that will improve as I get more familiar with how it all works. At this point, I'd say it's worth getting it.
Vespucci Canals is a nice looking location, but the area is usually a warzone, being so close to the beach where tryhards like to fight.
Ah... good point. My husband got that one. The narrow driveway is a bit challenging with the big beer trucks too.
Champlette2 Yeah, it's not very friendly for larger vehicles, like the Pounder and Mule. At least it's only about a block away from a Personal Aircraft spawn, tho.

@@JC-li8kk Actually, my husband hates the Vespucci nightclub so much that he moved to Downtown Vinewood right away. It's not just the driveway there, all the streets around that nightclub are narrow. It just takes a lot of effort to get in and out of that location, no matter what you're driving.
Downtown Vinewood has that fantastic parking lot by the front door that's perfect for landing a helicopter. It's also great with the garage door facing the main road. If you're doing Business Battles, the access to the garage is outstanding.
I think your idea about the Downtown Vinewood nightclub and the Vespucci Agency sounds really good.

Hi Champlette before I start with my questions I’d just like to say thank you for the amazing content again from yourself. Every single time a DLC like this comes out I always come to you first. I’m glad you are back uploading too as I’ve missed your attention to detail !!
Now back to the questions lol. Basically I am torn between 3 nightclub locations. 1. Del Perro 2. Strawberry and 3. LSIA. For some context My CEO office is the Arcadius business center and my main apartment that I use the most is the Integrity way (right next door). My Special Vehicle cargo warehouse is the Davis Vehicle one (In the Hood area very close to Strawberry). So I find myself in and around these two areas very often. My bunker, facility and MC businesses are all up in the sandy shores and Route 68 area with My Hanger being in the military base. Also to note I have CEO crate warehouses at Darnell Bros , Railyard and West vinewood as well as I’m planning to buy the arcade next to the Darnell bros warehouse near lesters factory (I think it’s called video something ) when I get enough money.
So with that all being said these are the 3 nightclubs I like the look of the best. I’ve also seen a lot of people say go for the vinewood ones but they just don’t appeal to me as one of them has a massive sign above it with a picture of a gentleman’s private area as well as being in a very busy area and the other has trash cans out the front of it. Like who the hell wants to go to a nightclub and line up next to trash cans and rubbish all over the floor. And I know that may sound pathetic but I care about silly things like that.
Now for My reasoning between the 3 I’ve listed is that from your video information.
1. Del perro - it’s a little further away from my office and is in hotspot for players like yourself who have the maze bank west office etc. But to me it’s the nicest looking nightclub like you show in the video. And there’s quite easy road access to key areas from it. I was also wondering if you could provide any info on the garage access for that club as it’s down that tight alley and I’ve read somewhere that the vehicle spawns a bit weird. I’m not sure if that’s true or not.
2. Strawberry- very close to my office, apartment and vehicle warehouse. Easy road access. Can access the club and garage from a number of entry points. But the club it’s self doesn’t look that good as it’s an old paint factory !!
3. LSIA - it’s miles away so it’s going to be quite away from griefers and Everyone else in the lobby. But maybe it’s a little far away and not practical for selling missions etc. Plus worth it when taking into consideration travelling time to get to and from the club. (Love the 10 car garage right next door thought that was a cool feature like you pointed out). Also it doesn’t look the best with the crates and stuff out the front.
So yeah if you could help me and give me some advice and pointers on what you would do in my shows etc that would be great. Sorry it’s so damn long ! My apologies.

My advice regarding the nightclubs is to try not to focus on the visible appeal of the building, but rather the functionality. If you intend to spend a significant amount of time near your nightclub, such as doing popularity missions or business battles, the functionality will mean WAY more to you over time than how the building looks. For example, I first owned the Del Perro nightclub. I love how it looks and I loved the location. However, I practically lived in my Buzzard at that time (before the Oppressor Mk II came out) and there's no convenient place to park a buzzard there. Frankly, there's hardly any good places to park anything there at all. My biggest disappointment with that club is that your vehicles typically spawn near the front door but your character typically spawns at the garage door around the side of the building. That's a long way to run on foot to get to your vehicle. That was the primary reason I moved from there, along with the narrow street in the front that made parking so tight.
Strawberry has a similar issue. The garage door is in the alley so if you're doing business battles, it's a lot more challenging to get to that door in a hurry. I also heard from friends who had that nightclub that the popularity missions were limited compared to other nightclubs. From Downtown Vinewood, I might have 3 different locations for one nightclub popularity mission, but my friend at Strawberry only had one of those 3 because 2 of them were located too close to the Strawberry nightclub. So for example, there was one popularity mission that he always had to go all the way to the YouTool store, whereas I had two other options for that mission right in the heart of the city. On the other hand, if you're not doing popularity missions and you're comfortable driving business battle vehicles into that alley to get to the garage, that is a great central location in the city.
My last key point is that a great percentage of the sale delivery locations are in Blaine County, so for that point alone, I would not want a nightclub at LSIA. It's just waaaaaaay too far from there to drive to Paleto Bay or North Chumash or the Power Station in a delivery van to fly it out to a barge, or to drive a delivery van all the way to Sandy Shores to look for a guy in an orange Camacho truck hiding in a search area (among others).
The reason I love the Downtown Vinewood nightclub, in spite of its TOTAL lack of outward appeal, is that the garage is so very easily accessible from a wide, main road. You can be driving full speed up that road and hit that dot and you're in. Most importantly, because it's so centrally located in the overall map, the deliveries are all a reasonable distance from the nightclub. It also has outstanding parking room. I never even look at the front of the building so I don't notice how ugly it looks. It's incredibly convenient and that means everything to me. I wouldn't trade it for any other nightclub in the game.

Hi Champlettte. Thank you for another great upload and stream too. Personally I feel let down with this After Hours DLC.
I have a very expensive top end apartment, a very expensive top end office and I drive a couple of very expensive top end cars. I buy my clothes from top end fashion outlets and I have my own private jet. Generally I live the life of a top professional and I like to do nice things and go to nice places.
There is not one of these clubs that I'd be seen entering. I don't ever want to socialise in dingy clubs in dingy locations on dirty lane ways. When I want night life I go to posh clubs with beautiful restaurants in respectable areas on pristinely maintained avenues. This was an opportunity missed by R*.
And I still haven't got a bathroom facility in my Facility, nor my Hanger, nor my Bunker. What's going on here. ☹️. ❤️.
Wait until you see the bathroom in the default design of the nightclub. It makes the bathrooms in the vehicle warehouse look luxurious. Pretty disgusting. I couldn't keep the default design for that reason alone.
Sadly R* don't seem to realise that gentle ladies play this game. And some gentleman also. What's wrong with "Posh". There are five bathrooms in my home and I live on a farm in a rural area. There's even a "Blade Hand Dryer" in the farmhand's toilet. This is like sailing on the Titanic and eating off paper plates and using plastic cutlery. Oh ! That IS what we do now. I'm here in my bathroom practising the standing position. I can't see myself sitting ever again. 😄.❤️.
ROTFL!!! You're right, I don't think they have any female developers either. It's a scientific fact, men do tend to be a bit colorblind. Women see colors more accurately than men do, generally speaking. That's obvious from some of the design options in this game, especially the facility. Yuck.

I got the Vinewood location, but I'm not crazy about it because of the vehicle spawns. If I call in a vehicle, it appears downhill, and if I pull out of the garage it puts me on the street facing north. I think I'll be moving it to Del Perro, though. My other character doesn't have one yet, but I think I'll get the Mission Row one for him -- I love that area of town, I love that big alley in the back, and it works with his old school style (all muscle cars, classics).
What a very interesting observation about the vehicle spawns!! I should have tested that. Excellent point. I really do like Del Perro, so hopefully you will too if you decide to move there. The garage door alley is a little narrow, and I recommend running up to the front entrance to spawn a car, but those are small things that can be overlooked for an otherwise great location.
Is that Downtown Vinewood, or West Vinewood that has the odd vehicle spawns?

I'm actually confused which one to buy because I really like Strawberry, Del Perro and the two in Vinewood.
Well, I've had a little experience with Del Perro. The garage door is far from the main entrance and that became a real pain for me. There is also not many good places to land a buzzard. I think the garage and main entrance are too far apart at Strawberry too, but I have friends who love that place. Either of the Vinewood locations are excellent. However, be sure to check out the billboards above and across the street from the West Vinewood location to make sure you're ok with seeing those all of the time. Some guys aren't a fan of seeing those a lot. LOL!
I live my Strawberry Club. Easy access by road and air.
I love strawberry location. It works just fine real close to my office. Its wonderful. Lots of space to do everything.

I own the mission row nightclub and it's a great spot in my opinion. The police station nearby is a business battle location nearby and barely anybody has it

Top notch quality and super helpful video as always Champlette! I'm still bummed out that Bahama Mamas is still not available for purchase or even accessible. If we could purchase it then that would automatically be my go to Nightclub to buy since it's so close to my Lombank office and Del Perro apartment! Unfortunately that's not the case so the next best option is that Del Perro one that's behind it. It looks okay. The exterior looks a little outdated, but good thing that won't affect the popularity of the club. There's just enough room to land a Buzzard, but looks like my Cargobob might be too big for that spot by the garage. Overall I think the Del Perro club is the one I'll go for and looks like that's the one you went for too right Champlette? Again thanks for the help for helping me decide with this video!

This is an amazing video! I started with the vespucci location and moved to the elysian island location for easier landing with a helicopter during the uss luxington business battle.
But I have found a downside with elysian Island, you can't call in personal vehicles to the island they spawn on the neighbouring island.
I'm therefore checking out the other location to be shure that I can land helicopters easy and spawn in cars.
I've had tremendous success with the Downtown Vinewood location. It's not very close to the business battle on the USS Luxington of course, but it's very centrally located for nightclub sales. Vehicles spawn right there on the street in front of the garage door and there's great helicopter space in the parking lot.
As I recall, I think the vehicle spawns are good at the Strawberry nightclub too, but there's not many good places to land a helicopter without putting it on the street, or climbing ladders to the roof.

I bought the Del Perro Club. My office is at Lombank. I just jumped off the roof of Lombank and parachuted right to the front door of my club like a baller. Think that's gonna be my commute from now on.
ha ha! Yeah, it's a cool location. I had that one first but I traded it for Downtown Vinewood. I found the parking and spawn locations to be very problematic. I hope you have much better luck than I did. :)
@@Champlette2 Yeah, I can see how the spawn/parking could be a pain. But I only play in either public solo or invite only sessions anyway (I don't like people) so I think I'll be fine with it.
I suspected Del Perro and West Vinewood would be the most popular so I plumped for Vespucci Canals. It’s not bad but the vehicle access is quite limited and tricky to manoeuvre especially when you get players chasing your supply vehicle back to there.
I think my second character will be given Strawberry as it’s fairly close to her HE apartment and therefore easier to fast travel to with Lester’s Heist invites.
Yes both Vinewood locations appear to be very popular, followed by Del Perro. I think you're very smart to consider Strawberry. It's a great downtown location and has a lot of great perks. I think that's probably the most ideal location overall of the nightclubs. So far my sales have been mostly in LS, but I think that might be because I'm selling crates and weapons, not drugs. Not sure though.

To me, the cheapest one has the best location actually, for a nightclub and to be a little far from the downtown war zone in public lobbys, plus straight up access to the highway right there, so the low price is kind of a bonus. Thanks for showing all the locations in such a detailed way, that was most definitely not cheap, thank you
Very interesting. Great points! Thank you very much. I think I spent a total of about $25M when this DLC first came out. It was worth it if the videos I made were helpful for other players making their nightclub choices.
My personal favorites are Strawberry and Downtown Vinewood. I ultimately went with the former because it's central, it has good access from multiple sides and it has a lot of room to land the buzzard next to the garage entrance. The only downside is it's appearance, which isn't really relevant. Mission Row is a good location but has bad access. Del Perro is too far west, that was the reason i moved from Lombank to Arcadius. The one near LSIA has the airfield nearby but doesn't have great access to the main entrance and it's a bit too far south. And the rest just isn't it for me, the most expensive one is picked by everyone and the same goes for Del Perro so i'm glad with my decision.

Hi, should I relocate my Elysian Island Nightclub to Mission Row one?
Any nightclub that's further north will make your sale missions a little easier. Make sure you check out the narrow alleys around Mission Row before you buy it. I found the parking there to be very disappointing.
If you’re using the 80% discount then it’s definitely worth the move. Also looks better and there isn’t a stupid truck in front of the garage door.

Yeah, I almost traded this one for Downtown Vinewood because I was having trouble parking my buzzard. Then I figured out how to get it out safely right there by the garage entrance, so now I'm staying put!

Thank you for your kind comment! Well, I might be a little biased because I love the Downtown Vinewood nightclub. It's very convenient for all of the promotions and sale locations. It's got outstanding parking too. I have friends who really like the Strawberry nightclub too. One of my friends really likes landing aircraft (especially the blimp) on the roof and sliding down the ladder. He says it's a convenient location because it's so central on the map. However, another friend said there are several promotion missions that don't come up for the Strawberry nightclub because they're too close to it. He never got those missions until he moved to Del Perro. Also, it seems like a majority of the nightclub sale locations are in Blaine County, so Downtown Vinewood is much better for that.

I'm leaning towards the Del Pero one now, but I'll be doing the warehouse missions a lot. Do you have some experience with them by now? Is there a lot of Blaine County deliveries or are they more profitable?
If so I might still get the Downtown Vinewood one for the reasons you mentioned (its location right between city and country, not gonna be as crowded as the most expensive one, easily accessible garage with a lot of space in front of it)
Well in fact I do have some experience with the warehouse sales and the promotions at Del Perro. That was the club I kept, however, I have since moved. I absolutely loved the location because it was so close to Lombank and the closest to my Chumash bunker, and I loved the look of the building. After playing there for two days, I found a lot of things I didn't like about it. I was doing a sale and it spawned me at the front door of the club, but my delivery vehicle was all the way back in that little courtyard to the south of the building. That's a long way to run on foot. Also, many of the promotions will end with your character in the front door of your club. I prefer to enter through the garage to get to my office because I can run back there and you can't run in the club. At Del Perro, it's quite a long little jog to get from the front entrance to the garage door. Buzzards don't spawn close and it's tricky to land it close to your garage door. The alley to the garage is pretty narrow. When you add of these things up, plus that it's not located on a large main road, I just didn't enjoy it. I moved to Downtown Vinewood. Yes, it's very ugly with the 4 dumpsters at the front door, but everything else is perfect. I absolutely love this location. It's convenient for promotions and for warehouse sales and there's plenty of vehicle and aircraft parking, provided you're not sharing that club with too many other players in the session.

I had a hunch the downtown vinewood would be a good choice strategically, but since I own the same office as you and also liked the style of del pero (cuz aesthetics do matter :P) I wasn't totally sure. After you telling me this I'm definitely gonna buy the Dt. Vinewood one.

H! I originally bought the Lago Zancudo one. I liked how close it was to my Chumash bunker and the Zancudo hangar. I also loved all that water behind it. Looks awesome when you're flying into the facility from the east. However, I moved to the facility near the Sandy Shores airstrip a while ago. I like that it's right behind that lot where you can steal Sandkings. It only takes a few seconds to pop out of the facility, get a truck and bring it back. I enjoy collecting the rare vehicles to sell.

@@jlroyale4306 Honestly, I'm not sure I have very good advice on that one. I haven't even finished the new heist yet. I have a friend who has done it and he says the arcade on the east side (near Lester's garment factory) is a pretty good location for it. I have the one near Maze Bank West and Lombank, although I haven't used it for much yet so I don't know if the location is ideal. It's just handy for me.
This is absolutely supreme content. I remember watching that BossFTW guy but man, he was a pain. Recently I discovered TheProfessional and while I do like his videos and input, he sure does repeat himself a lot. Videos that are 30 minutes long on his channel could easily be cut in half because he keeps nagging. Then there's Tylarious and TGG which I find are equally good, though I find Ty a bit better. However - with the Nightclub discount going on, I wanted to find something like this on RUclips but nobody did a job as thoroughly as you did. I can't believe you don't have more subscribers. This is excellent content and you're quick to the point, and still exhaustive with information. Thank you very much for this video. We need more stuff like this, and it's especially welcome with a female host. Thank you! =)

I write everything down that I want to say and read that from my script to make sure I don't forget something important that I wanted to cover and to try not to ramble about unimportant stuff.
Why do the entrances of the nightclubs look like crack dens? Even the shittiest nightclubs I've been have fancier entrances than this.
Idk man...there's some pretty dingy looking clubs around. A popular club around Cincinnati used to be a place called The Warehouse, and these GTA clubs look pristine in comparison.
On my third nightclub relocation I chose and stuck with La Mesa. I'd previously had Del Perro and Downtown Vinewood.
Del Perro is very nice looking, but after I moved out of Maze Bank and Chumash and put most of my businesses on the center west of the map, Del Perro made no sense. While Down time Vinewood should be nice given the price, I could not get over how much of a dump it was, and find La Mesa far better in terms of access to my Arcade, two large CEO warehouses, and where I normally moor my yacht. It's also not too far from the casino or my bunker and facility to the north. If you're dealing with loser griefers on their OMk2s, it's not so easy for them to blow you up with that large overpass loop providing cover. It's super handy to have the storm drain running parallel to the main La Mesa road. If you ever get a mission where you have to drive for miles and then lift the truck onto a barge, you can just spawn a CargoBob right there, and fly it from the club right to the barge.
I can't see any reason to move again. This video was super helpful showing the access points and spawn locations; you know actually owning the club rather than just doing a drive by.
Thanks for pointing that out. It costs me a lot of GTA money to actually buy all of these properties to make these videos, but I feel like it's really important to do that to show the details like entry points.

Thanks for the video! Might transfer from Del Perro to Downtown Vinewood. I have the Lombank West Office, but I find that I don't go to the office that often anymore and my bunker (Farmhouse) is much closer that way. It also has much more space to land helicopters in front of the garage. But I'll wait until the Terrorbyte comes out, to see how it changes the source dynamics. Do you know if the technicians transfer over?
I'm not absolutely certain, but I believe the technicians do transfer, but the staff upgrades and equipment upgrades definitely do not. You also lose any design upgrades you've made. The only things you keep are your club name and any storage additions you bought.
That sounds good, hopefully you are right! Yes I know about losing design upgrades and equipment, staff and security as I've transferred many times before. That's the price you have to pay for buying things on day 1 ;)
Exactly... even with the help of videos like this that show you all of the locations, it's really hard to get it right on the first try. You just don't know for sure what you need until you play for a while.

Veteran player here. I've been looking to change my Nightclub from Del Perro to either Cypress Flatts or La Messa, and this video has helped out tremendously. The reason I want to switch is because I love to do the Business Battles and ever since the Summer update, the Aircraft Carrier and Iron works missions are the two that happen most often now. Having my nightclub in East LS is helpful since that's where those missions take place so I can save time. Another reason is I hate the parking garage at the Del Perro location. It takes a few extra seconds to get around/through it and in a business battle, every second counts. I think I'm going to chose the Cypress Flatts location. Wide open roads to land large helicopters and jets, easiest access into the garage with the entrance being right on the side, and to top it all off it's extremely close to my Arcade, where I normally go AFK. I likely wouldn't have come to this conclusion if not for your video, so thanks!
P.S. do you know if you have to repurchase everything when you switch Nightclubs? I'm mainly concerned about the storage and technicians. Money isn't an issue, I've just been wondering about it.

Miss I have a question does the locations of nightclubs can affect of how much you can earn from it or it doesn't matter?
No the locations do not change how much you can earn either from product sales or from popularity. However, the locations can impact how much **time** it takes to do your export missions, and that time you save can be used to make more money with other methods. For that, I highly recommend the Downtown Vinewood or the West Vinewood nightclubs. Many of the export deliveries send you up to Blaine County and these two nightclubs are more efficient than others that are further south.
