This is undoubtedly the best vehicle warehouse location video on RUclips!!! Pretty sure I spent well over an hour, maybe two, looking for this level of intricate analysis on location opposed to a biased opinion!! Thank you so much🤓👍🏼
Thank you very much for watching! I analyze data in my real life job, so it was a lot of fun for me to track the deliveries from the different warehouses and analyze the distances to the delivery locations.
Very well done Champlette! You're always a step ahead with your information gathering and fact finding! Thank you for doing a video on these vehicle warehouses, I'm very sure this video will help out a lot of folks! Here's my two cents on which one I decided to settle in with. I was shocked when you eliminated the La Mesa warehouse during your narrowing down process! That warehouse is actually not too shabby. Its the one I went for and it served me very, very well. That warehouse has a few things going for it. Its the least expensive warehouse with a price tag of 1.5 million (good price for newer players with not much money). The freeway/highway access is outstanding! (This makes sourcing missions easier and quicker to complete if you choose to drive the car to the warehouse) Its not too far away from a Pegasus aircraft spawn point, personal aircraft spawn point (In the sewers), LSC for selling street vehicles for quick cash, Ammu-Nation, and the La Mesa Biker Clubhouse (If you happen to own that one). The warehouse is kind of a long ways away from the offices. But if you own a high end apartment next to your office and you currently have an active heist on the heist planning board in that same apartment, you can accept the heist invite on your phone to be teleported to your apartment. This little trick is a time saver since you don't have to drive or fly back to your office. However there are a few cons to this warehouse. The location that it's in happens to be right in the middle of Vagos gang territory, just like the Davis/Franklin's garage warehouse with the Ballas, the Vagos will open fire out you if you or someone else fires a shot or attacks a gang member. However this is an easy fix, just always take the freeway route to and from the warehouse. Another con is that the area where the warehouse is located has a few obstacles like trees and telephone poles that can make landing aircraft a bit tricky. But with a bit of practice, landing your Buzzard and Cargobob will be a breeze! For fixed winged aircraft, not the best warehouse for that unfortunately. Lastly, the final con is that this warehouse is probably the most bought vehicle warehouse in the game. This means if you are in a full Public lobby, then there's a very good chance that more than one person has the same warehouse as you which could lead to fighting over a car, destroyed vehicle cargo, and a war happening around the warehouse. But this con is not a big deal since most people sell their vehicle cargo in solo public sessions, so they don't have to worry about someone waiting at their warehouse and ambushing them to steal their vehicle or even destroying it. Truly, I really do like my La Mesa vehicle warehouse. It's not perfect, but it does get the job done. I had it since I/E came out and it served me very well! For being the cheapest of the warehouses, it has the quirks and features of an expensive one! Sorry for the novel I wrote about this warehouse Champlette! I just had to give my honest opinions about it. Mabey this will change your mind about it!? I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who feels this way about this warehouse. It's a good buy!
Hey there! Very useful info. I didn't eliminate La Mesa because it's not a good choice, it's just that I was trying to find the warehouse that would have the shortest routes for imports and exports, that's all. I ran a few tests and no matter how easy it was to leave La Mesa on the freeway, it was always a little bit faster from Murietta Heights than from La Mesa. It might not be the absolute fastest, but if I had analyzed La Mesa along with the other 3, I'd be willing to bet it would be a close 4th. And you're right, it's a great buy for that price.
Well, this is disappointing. I was hoping for a little more detail. Kidding, of course. Thanks for this. I was considering moving from La Mesa to La Puerta and this just helped me make up my mind. As an aside, this and your other videos I've seen so far have been immeasurably helpful to me and frankly, I think R* ought to be paying you. Keep up the great work.
I've come back to this video several times (I fear commitment lol) and I just want to say I appreciate all the effort you put into these videos. You're like the broughy of businesses.
Your Bunker video helped me to decide on Farmhouse and I couldn't be more satisfied with the decision. Now I'm here because I want to move my La Mesa warehouse, but getting rid of all the imported cars is such a hassale. Thank you for your analytical and informative videos, they are a treasure!
One thing I didn't like about Murrieta Heights was when I left the building, sometimes it would spawn my character all the way across the road in the grass. That was a long time ago so maybe they've fixed that problem since then. I also didn't like the limited parking space around that warehouse. Before you buy it, try landing a cargobob there and make sure you're cool with that.
I’ve only owned the Paleto Forest and Chumash bunkers, and I honestly think Chumash is by far the best location. It is practically right outside of the city and is directly along the highway, so sales are a breeze. On the other end of the spectrum, I would say avoid Paleto Forest at all costs because sales are absolute nightmares.
Damn, im pretty sure it took you a long time to analyze the facts and get the results. Nice work bud truly nice work. I have la mesa, cause it was the cheapest and almost on the highway
Thank you! Yes, it was a lot of work but I'm glad I did it. After I got the Murietta Heights warehouse for my secondary character, I realized it was a really good warehouse but it made me appreciate La Puerta even more. I had a feeling La Puerta would have the shortest trips for imports and exports so I just wanted to prove if it did.
My God I felt like I was sitting in a classroom with my favorite teacher drawing me in with lecture, this was awesome! Thank you for putting in the R&D to compile this info for everyone, you've certainly saved me some money and potential headaches.
Oh that's awesome! Thank you so much! I tend to be very analytical so I figured the R&D I do for my own curiosity might benefit other players as well, so I shared it. I'm really glad it helped!
Thanks for all your hard work and time spent on this I chose the La Puerta vehicle warehouse based on Location location location, ease of access and parking also its a mile away from my office!
Champlette2 now I get to fill that part of the city where I have no businesses lol not including anywhere too far north of the map or south of the city lol
When I woke up this morning, I saw I had a comment in RUclips and I opened it to find this. Talk about an incredible way to start my day! Thank you very much!!
Just need 4 more vehicles left to empty my warehouse and exchange it thank you. Thank you for showing us around. Rockstar should let us visit the location before purchasing nightclubs or warehouses.
I could not agree more. I realize they don't let us preview the properties because they want to make us buy shark cards, but it sure would be nice if we could check them out. That's what I'm here for! I'll spend my money on properties and post videos so you can see them. :)
Without doubt the BEST video showing the ideal locations with all the plus and minus points, also showing the actual access restrictions etc, I will now not bother driving around them thank you. Office distances, pick up/drop offs, awesome info, no need to look at any other videos, subbed, looking forward to more great content videos.
This is the most concise video I’ve seen about traveling distances for the vehicle warehouses, there’s so much to consider. Thanks for sharing and making the process easier!
Thank you. This video made my chouce a lot easier. I use a Cargobob, and my Terrabite. I am in the process of emptying my current warehouse so I can swap to La Puerta. Thank you for the intense research you did, and thank you for making it available to me.
I'm so happy to hear this helped you! Best of luck with your move to La Puerta. Emptying a vehicle warehouse and restocking all of the standard and midrange cars is a very big deal, but I think you'll enjoy La Puerta.
Indeed, it did. I bought 3 bunkers and kept them long enough to make sales with all of the vehicles and all of the locations. It was quite a bit of work, but well worth it.
Thank you for noticing. :) Yes, I tend to spend a lot of time on my videos, maybe a little too much, ha ha! I also had over 1,000 exports of experience to help me make this, so that certainly helped. I'm glad you enjoyed the video and I hope you'll come back again!
Thanks so much! Yes, unfortunately that's the main reason I haven't made any in a while. My simpler videos took me at least 4-6 hours to make. This one took me about two weeks to research, analyze, then record and edit. It wasn't easy, but I'm glad I stuck with it.
This was a really fair and professional looking video. Other than a couple small things I disagreed with, this video was filled with all kinds of good (and well-researched) info. This is the kind of stuff the community needs. Edit: Also, no obnoxious intro with ear-shattering dubstep music and seizure-inducing flashing lights. And she also didn't ask for subs and likes at the beginning of the video. Two more good things.
I use the warehouse by the airport because I like its location, most of the time I`m not worried about where the car is that I choose to import and how long it takes to bring it to my warehouse, I`ll just take them back to my warehouse with my cargobob regardless. I picked that location so I could have a wide enough area to land my cargobob so I can sell my vehicles instantly.
There is one major downside to La Puerta warehouse. It's located in player active region, near the most popular landing site, and routes to it are often go through center of Los Santos where most of fights are taking place. So, if you're prefer making money in solo sessions its great. But otherwise you might get a lot of unwanted attention. Of course, if that's not what you want..)
@@Champlette2 Did you do a similar analysis for MC clubhouses/businesses etc.? I am thinking of purchasing the clubhouse and businesses in paleto bay as they are all so close to each other... What's the best clubhouse in your view?
No I'm sorry I didn't do that analysis. There were many more variables to consider for the MC businesses and I couldn't come up with a clear-cut way to analyze them for a fair result. I can tell you that the clubhouse location really doesn't matter unless you plan to do the biker club missions. You don't use the clubhouse for regular MC business operations. As for the businesses, one thing that is useful to know is whether you want your businesses to the north or to the south in the city, or to the east or west on the map. For many of the sale deliveries, it will send you to the opposite side of the map (especially for the bonus for going to the opposite end) which means driving very slow vehicle up and over the mountains in the middle of the map. Having businesses in the center of the map means more time spent driving the windy roads (very slowly) in the Vinewood Hills. That is such a pain!! If your businesses are on the east or west side of the map, you may avoid those windy roads a bit by going on the coast highway or the big eastern freeway. I can tell you I had the cocaine lab near the Lombank Executive Office then I later moved to the cocaine lab by the Alamo Sea. The nice part of having the one by the Alamo Sea was that my deliveries finished in the city, so I could easily just get right to whatever I wanted to do next instead of having to fly all the way back from somewhere like Paleto after the sale. The bad part is how far out of the way the lab is when I want to check supplies and stock. It was awesome when it was right there by Lombank because I could just pop in and out quickly. That's some of what I meant about it being difficult to analyze these. There are just too many factors to consider, and most of them are about your own personal convenience.
@@Champlette2 I have my MC businesses located around the Alamo sea area and my clubhouse is in Del Perro. That way if I need to check my supplies and stock levels I can just pop to the Del Perro clubhouse and check on them there, rather than driving or flying to the actual labs. If any need resupplies I'll walk outside and request the Terrorbyte. Usually I luck out and the first resupply is in the city :)
If you follow the method to only import and export top range cars (after you rebuild your supply of standard and midrange), you'll make all of that money back in no time!!
Champlette2 I currently have 2 questions. 1) is it worth it to modify the car for the highest buyer? And 2) should I start building my garage right away so I only export the high end vehicles or build my bank up some?
Oh absolutely!!! On both counts! If you import a standard or a midrange car, keep it. Don't export it. When you have 10 standard and 10 midrange (they must be unique, not two cars of the same model with different license plates), you'll only import top range cars after that. Export only top range cars after that and you'll only source top range cars too. If you do that for the highest buyer, that's a profit of $80,000 per car (minus damage). You can make $240,000 and hour as a solo player doing that. It's the best legitimate money you can make in GTA in an hour.
I prefer the Murrieta Heights Warehouse. Because, I use a cargobob for all of my sourcing missions, or at least most. And, you can dive bomb the helicopter into the circle at the warehouse to trigger the delivery cutscene. Doesn't matter how fast you're going. It's harder to do this at Davis without hitting the building with the car, and the road access is sub par. At La Puerta it's impossible to dive into the circle because the building is between you and the delivery point. You have to slow down and circle to the building's south side to deliver. There's also a nice helicopter spawn at the hospital not too far away if needed.
Recently discovered your channel and i think u have some of the most helpfull information in gta community. Congratulations lady i subscribed after watching the first vídeo
Great vid, thanks. I am looking to buy a vehicle warehouse as it's just about the only business I haven't got, and La Puerta does look like the best one, and yours is the second video I have seen which analyses them all and comes to this conclusion.
Thank you! I have owned at least 5 of the warehouses while I was doing this testing and I can say with absolute certainty that I wouldn't trade La Puerta for any other warehouse.
A terrorbyte can bypass the need to return to your office whenever you need to source a new vehicle. This video came out before nightclubs so that couldn't be considered.
Yes, that's true about sourcing, and yes I did make this video before the nightclubs and the Terrorbyte came out. However, the focus of this video was about the distance to the export locations and you do still have to export from the vehicle warehouse. I know there was a reason I chose not to measure the distances to the imports at the time, but I can't remember what that reason was now. Maybe I mentioned it in the video. I'll have to watch again to refresh my memory. ;)
very nice video and explanations. thank you. my first vehicle warehouse was la mesa, and i guess i'd like to try la puerta or davis for my 2nd character.
I think the Davis warehouse would be great, if you don't mind the Ballas guys hanging around and looking to start a gun fight. It's a great central location. Then again, I love La Puerta. I can't ever imagine giving up that vehicle warehouse.
+Luke Rodgers Thank you! I many not have as many subscribers as some other GTA channels, but I have the BEST subscribers. You're all so supportive and I really appreciate it!!
Thank you so much! Unfortunately I haven't had time to make videos in quite a while. On the other hand, I really wouldn't change the money guide video I already made except to add the nightclub with the 5 most profitable businesses running in it. I sell my nightclub when the South American Imports and Pharmaceutical Research get full, which is about every 20 hours of game play. That way, my nightclub is always maximizing income because it's always building on the most valuable products. That's the only thing I would add to my money making video.
Thank you for the information! I wish I did a bit of research before I bought my Elysian Island Warehouse and went “all in” by sourcing all 32 cars. It’s one of the worst locations in terms of distance if you are driving I/E vehicles. Using a cargobob was the only way to mostly guarantee damage free deliveries, and the closest spawn point for Pegasus was the Military dock across the water so I had to get creative by bringing in a Bob from the office concierge or having a terrorbyte nearby to park the Opressor Mk2 (and to be spawn a Bob as a PV) or just fly a CEO Heli or the OpMk2 to the Pegasus Spawn. The terrorbyte was also used to trigger vehicle sourcing right after delivery. Once I grind enough GTA$ I’ll move the warehouse over to La Puerta based on this and a few other tutorial videos and reddit post suggestions on this topic. It’s going to be an alternative grind, but now that I have my Nightclub Warehouse setup for the passive income, I have some wiggle room to do a mass sell of of my tops and a mass blowup of my low and mid vehicles. Perhaps you can make s supplemental video in regards to the closest Pegasus spawn points for each these locations and how easy it is to get from the Vehicle Warehouse to a Pegasus spawned Cargobob and back.
Not a bad idea for a video, thanks! Have you tried spawning the cargobob as a personal aircraft? I would think that should spawn closer than the Pegasus spot, hopefully.
@@Champlette2 It depends on My actual personal vehicle. If it’s nearby to won’t let me spawn in my Hangar Cargobob. But yes, the personal vehicle spawn is usually a lot closer than the Pegasus Spawn Location, and was usually the best option when I had my Elysian VW when I was exporting top end vehicles. Cargobob deliveries was the best way to sell because Elysian was such a poor location. I have since relocated to La Puerta, but am now reconsidering the Davis location since it also has an available Arcade nearby. So many choices. I have a bit more grinding to do before I get there cash wise though.
I would recommend keeping La Puerta. That arcade in Davis is still really close to the La Puerta warehouse, and you'll have a lot more trouble with the Ballas guys if you move to the Davis vehicle warehouse.
Amazingly informative video! I'm surprised that it was kinda difficult to find being so useful, but so glad I found it! Murrieta seems interesting based on your info but also because there's a freeway accessible tunnel route that you can take to get there. I think I'm gonna go with La Puerta tho because of the closer exports you noted. But also because the freeway that leads to there from the north is double decker and looks like it would provide protection from those (to put it mildly) pesky choppers if you take the lower level.
Paul Mollinedo That's fantastic! Where did you move from? I absolutely love La Puerta. I've owned many of the vehicle warehouses and I wouldn't trade La Puerta for any of the others ever again.
Champlette2 I haven't moved yet because I'm still emptying my current La Mesa warehouse. La Mesa is solid location-wise (super accessible via freeways) but it gets camped out too much for my liking. Been waiting FOREVER for the vehicle warehouses to go on sale (because I'm a cheapass haha)! Super excited to be moving to a more favorable and well-scouted location. Thanks again! :)
Another benefit of La Puerta is that you can tuck your Terrorbyte relatively out of sight underneath the freeway in the construction lot to the west. It's like 13 steps or something like that to get the next mission rolling! (The spot is not orbital-proof, however.)
These videos are seriously the best. I am happy with the location of my La Mesa garage but I am thinking of switching to La Puerta mostly just for a change with the added bonus of being closer to my apartment/office and slightly shorter sell missions. It's really not a good idea from a purely financial standpoint. Think of how many cars I would have to export to save enough time to make up for the extra 2 million I would spend and the time destroying my 20 junk cars and building them up again in the new garage. But I really do like the import/export content so maybe anything that freshens it up for me a little is a good choice. The other downside I can think of is not having the same garage as my friends. Being closer to my spawn point will make it faster to get my friends selling cars with me but I can't tell you how many times I've gone to La Mesa with one of them to sell their cars just for them to go "d'oh I don't have enough, or still 10 minute cooldown, let's sell yours". In that situation I would need to make the trip to La Puerta and bring them with me or invite them to sell mine.
Yeah, that's a fair point. But you are right, moving to a new location really does spice things up a bit. I think you'll be very happy with La Puerta. I've owned every vehicle warehouse, at least long enough to make my videos, and I wouldn't trade La Puerta for any other warehouse. Not only is it the best location for shortest exports, but I love all of the parking and just the general vicinity on the map. It's perfect!
@@Champlette2 Haven't switched yet and probably won't now. Let us know what it's like importing and exporting from La Puerta with everybody playing with their grief machines around the arena. The craziest thing about this update, even more so than the vehicles is the fact that everybody has to get the new property at the same location. It's gonna be nuts there.
Good video! I own La Puerta as well since I/E came out, but I've just recently starting to use the highway more, as it is a bit safer in public lobbies to do so. To access it I cross the dirt area under it or the grass area right in front of the warehouse. Still not sure if it is faster or slower, as I have to take a few turns on the highway to get to the western / eastern one. It might just have that safety advantage.
Interesting idea. I don't use the freeway for the exports at La Puerta. I use the Cargobob a lot, just because it's relaxing and I don't have to worry about the NPC cars slamming into me for no reason. Maybe I'll try the freeway sometime.
For most of the exports it is not useful, only for the more remote ones using some shotcuts and cutting some curvy roads. For Imports, it could be used more often. The Cargobob is quite handy indeed, but I only use it in crew sessions. In random public sessions, it is way to unsafe, unfortunately. Also, there is that bug going on with destroyed Cargobobs (PV's) resulting in dead spots in the hangar. Not sure if this only affects me though.
Yes, it shows as if only 19 vehicles could fit into the hangar, the destroyed vehicle can't be called by Mors Mutual, and when trying to put Pegasus vehicles into the hangar, it says the hangar is full. It can only be fixed by buying a new aircraft into the "full" hangar. It has been an ongoing problem for a while, my friend had the same issue with the lazer when it came out.
That's very kind of you, thank you! I'm not in this for the likes and the subs or the money. I just want to share some helpful tips with other players. I'm happy with whatever likes and subs I get.
I appreciate it, I was wondering which to get! 🙂. I will never regret subbing, you think of everything, I didn't even consider heli space! (And I admire your clean play style money wise)
Thank you so much! I guess the fact that I over analyze everything comes in handy sometimes. ;) As for playing clean, GTA is the only game I play these days. If I did glitches and got banned or had all of my properties and millions (that I spent WAY too many hours earning) taken away, I'd be seriously bummed. It's just not worth the risk. Besides, it's so easy to earn money legitimately and it's a lot more fun than glitching.
@@gavins.9254 Thanks for asking, but I'm not making any videos right now. However, I honestly wouldn't change much about the money-making video I already did, except for adding the nightclub. If you have a nightclub with the 5 most profitable businesses running, you can sell roughly once a day for almost $1M. Not bad for about 10 minutes of actual work. You can leave your game running when you don't have time to actually play, and the nightclub will keep building. (Just remember to not leave yourself registered as a CEO or MC President to avoid raids.) I don't do anything with the MC businesses, other than leaving them active so the nightclub will produce from those businesses. If you want to build your money as quickly as possible, I recommend Import/Export. It's the highest profit per hour. If you actively do I/E missions and a bunker sale about every 3 hours with the nightclub running the whole time, that's fantastic money. Sprinkle in some VIP Work if you have a wait period for I/E and you'll make even more. Steal and sell a valuable car off the street every 48 minutes (I think there is a daily limit to those now) and that's icing on the cake.
I havent bought my new warehouse yet as im just emptying the old 1 but im definetly going 4 le puerto 2.7 & i might not have come 2 the same decision if i hadnt watched ur awesome vid thanx again👍🏻✌🏼
@@Champlette2 awesome thanx so much it would taken me 4eva 2 make my mind up without ur vid lol i think its the most helpful utube vid iv ever watched iv run out of things 2 buy 🙄lol so now im movin my last few properties around gettin'm as close 2gether as possible✌🏼
The cool part about the Davis warehouse is that the Arcade is right next door too, if you want to have that close. Just remember, there are a lot of gangs in that part of Davis and they like to pick a gun fight with you for little or no reason. Just something to consider.
@@Champlette2 yeah, I just moved the Arcade there. It’s cool owning the whole building. One guy has a video where he goes left towards the Arena, then makes a right towards La Puerta, and parks the vehicle in an old hangar to fight the npcs. It was a great strategy. Another person parks their Cargobob on the roof. No ragrets.
@@alswearengine4867 I'm giving some thought (if I can make the time) to making a video about the best areas to consolidate your businesses. Davis is definitely one of the areas I plan to feature, if I do this.
@@Champlette2 sounds like a great video topic! Back in The summer, I moved my CEO office, Nightclub, Agency, Biker Clubhouse, and Arcade to the beach. It was neat having the 3 safes so close to each other, but with moving the car warehouse, it was worth relocating the arcade.
Love the vid great work! I’ve been debating which vehicle warehouse to switch to from La Messa since money isn’t an issue anymore. I was looking at both Lsia warehouses and La Puerta. The western Lsia vehicle warehouse I like because it’s secluded with plenty of room for cargobob back there. I like the another Lsia warehouses(The Big House) under the bridge cause of the scenery it also reminds me of Otto’s warehouse from the movie Gone in 60 Seconds lol. I like La Puerta for easy freeway access and Murrieta Heights since it the closest to the north. Your vid has helped me a lot in deciding, so thank you!!
I'm so happy to hear that! So are you going to get La Puerta? I really love that warehouse. Wouldn't trade it for any other. I felt so vindicated when my analysis proved what I thought all along, that it was the closest one for everything in Import/Export.
You’ve definitely made a strong case for La Puerta and I’m still in serious debate over those 4 choices. If anyone on here has The Big House vehicle warehouse I would like to know if those bars in front of the warehouse cause any problems when using a cargobob
Watched this and your video on best bunkers to own. Very informative and data driven. I appreciate that. What do you consider the best nightclubs? I didn't see a video on this. If you have one, let me know haha. I could've missed it.
I actually have two videos about the nightclub locations. This one: ruclips.net/video/rtuDGrdn-jU/видео.html and I also did a live stream where I was checking out the locations too. ruclips.net/video/gwMMNCLBIxQ/видео.html I really love the Downtown Vinewood nightclub. It's close to the casino and has fantastic road access to the north and the south, plus great access to the garage door right on the main road. Tons of parking too. It's by far my favorite.
@@Champlette2 thank you for the reply! I had my eyes on that one and Del Perro, but Del Perro seems to be in a very populated area and I saw a poll on nightclub ownership where over 30% of people chose that one. So I'll probably make the jump and purchase the Downtown Vinewood one today. It's not the nicest on the outside, but hey I'll make it nice on the inside. Classy, but trashy I suppose. 😂
Terrorbyte makes it so you don't need to source from office anymore So if you have a terrorbyte, don't worry about office vs warehouse location Cause you won't need your ceo office anymore, i usually just hop in my terrorbyte in north los santos and the pickup is really close by
That's a fair point, but some people don't have a TerrorByte and this video was made before the TerrorByte was released. This video is focused on the distance between your vehicle warehouse and all of the export locations to help determine the optimal location. The TerrorByte has can't help with exports so your vehicle warehouse location choice is still very important.
@@Champlette2 that why I said "if" you have one, cause I know this video was made before it was released, so people barely watching it now, can benefit if they do have a terror. Export yes your correct that does matter, but I specifically mean CEO office to warehouse only with terror, just a help to those who own one like me You did a good job on the video though
I own la mesa which is also near my second medium crate warehouse. I put my terobyte between them and setup a base of operations with my buzzard. Plus if I need another chopper Pegasus will drop it off at the hospital which is very close.
Hi Champlette2, I just wanted to say thank you for all of the work you have put into your videos. They have helped me A LOT!!! So I thank you. Keep up the great work!!!
Wow what a awesome video!!! thanx so much uv really helped me out & it was really well done video told & showed me everythin i needed 2 know & helped me make the right decision👍🏻✌🏼
Not sure will you see this comment but seeing that you responded to some other comments recently I hope you will. First of all thank you so much for such an informative video! I thought I will watch 5+ videos on this topic to decide which warehouse I want to purchase just to be sure I''ll make the right choice but seeing one other video from top GTA RUclipsr saying La Puerta is the best I have now decided to buy it. Your video was the 2nd one I watched and it blew me away how much work you have put in in making this video and I absolutely love the way you analysed the data! You have earned my respect and another Subscriber! You deserve way more subscribers than you have! I did notice you were saying you're not sure why your channel hasn't blown up. Well I'm not and expert and this only my opinion but first thing that came to my mind was your Thumbnails. These days almost everyone has custom Thumbnails with flashy colours and something pictured that really stands out that kinda shows what the video is about or raises interest. I bet if you would put in even only 1/5 of work that you do making these videos in creating a more appealing thumbnails your video would get a lot more views. And here on RUclips views=subscribers. There's also 2 great chromes extensions that help youtubers 1 is called Tube Buddy and 2nd is vidIQ they help a lot with analysing what your videos need...like tags, keywords and a ton of other things. I'm currently using vidIQ one and it even lets you to compare your thumbnails against other thumbnails. That really helps deciding have you made an appealing thumbnail that stands out in the crowd or not. If you're not great at editing thumbnails in photoshop or don't have photoshop I can suggest Thumbnail Canva website (FREE) That's where I did mine before learning photoshop. Anyways sorry for the long comment I only wanted to try helping you since you helped me. Hope to see more of your videos in future and best of luck with your channel! Peace out ;)
Wow, thank you for such a wonderful comment! I had never thought about that thumbnail issue. I did make custom thumbnails for my live stream videos, but I never did that for my regular videos. I'm generally not "flashy" with my videos, I just try to put a lot of useful content in them, but it certainly might be helpful to make the thumbnails a little more eye-catching. I'm quite experienced with Photoshop, so I'll take advantage of that. I'll check into vidID and Tube Buddy too. I hadn't heard of them either. This is so helpful and I can't thank you enough. I've been struggling for a long time with figuring out how to promote my channel and these suggestions might really help. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
@@Champlette2 No problem :) You definitely need nicer looking Thumbnails because the content doesn't disappoint. Even better that you know how to use Photoshop! More professional looking Thumbnails will attract more people. Before even watching your video people will think this should be a good video just by judging the thumbnail. Tube Buddy and vidIQ are chrome extensions created by top RUclips gurus. They actually have channels with insane amount of videos helping other RUclipsrs growing there channels. Tube Buddy guy Tim has podcasts too. I have listened over 80 hours of useful stuff about YT. Definitely check them out. The basic versions of those chrome extensions are free but I suggest to try 1 tear up..that's where the good stuff is :) I used to use Tube Buddy at first but I think vidIQ has actually more advanced so I moved to that but that might be just my preference.
@2Fanatical4u Here's a dumb question... for the videos like this one where I've put a ton of analysis and research into a strategy, do you think it would look arrogant to put something like "Expert Tips" on the thumbnail, or would that potentially make someone want to look at it? I feel uncomfortable about it implying that I'm calling myself an expert though.
@@Champlette2 I personally think it would be ok to put expert because the video delivers. Haters will pick on you no matter what so there's no way to avoid that. If it makes yourself feel more comfortable then you can try other words...like Pro,Best or completely something else.. All around best location,Proven best, Data Analysed - Best location, 5 reasons to buy this, Best because, main reasons to buy this, You won't regret buying this, Ultimate location, Pros buy this,Save time with this warehouse, My favourite,Pro Gta Player Choice...There's probably a ton more names but these were the one that first came to my mind. Also what sometimes helps me choose is actually the layout of those words on a thumbnail. Try just playing around in photoshop or even create 2 thumbnails and see what you think looks best and potentially which one would attract more views. Sometimes even no words look great like an red X on one warehouse green tick on the other one and then simply the title states best locations :) I love playing with thumbnails :D Sometimes I would spend more time on the thumbnail then the actual video lol
I currently personally own the La Mesa one, and I'd say I'm pretty used to it and like it overall. I have the 32 car method going already to only get Top Range vehicles and so idk if investing in another warehouse and doing that again is gonna be optimal.
Yeah, it depends on how much that move means to you. If you're relatively content with the vehicle warehouse you have, it's probably not worth it to move to a new one because it would take so much effort to collect all of those cars again, plus you have to sell all of the ones you have before you can move.
Thank you so much! I don't know why my channel hasn't taken off either, but I make these videos to be helpful to other players and that's worth it enough.
I love la puerta warehouse too! I just moved because i bought la puerta salvage yard because k loved the location and setting in this one and being right next to it makes a lot of money!
@@Champlette2 It is very useful to do the work of towing cars from the salvage yard every 48 minutes and at the same time to take advantage of and sell a car from the vehicle warehouse.
@@asazin100 Oh sorry, I misunderstood. Yes, the convenience of having businesses that close to each other is great for making money. I thought you were saying there was a connection between the two businesses that I didn't know about. Sorry, my bad.
Excellent choice! I've owned all of the best of the warehouses and I am definitely happiest with La Puerta. I wouldn't give it up for any of the others.
The prices of these warehouses are a bit ridiculous. I think, over time, I've probably made back the extra money I spent on La Puerta just in time savings. However, you're right. Nearly 3 million is a lot to spend on a warehouse.
I'd like to put a plug in for La Mesa warehouse. It's right on the freeway which means high speed driving all the way to nearly every drop off location, & back to the warehouse. There's room to stash a cargobob next to the factory across the street where it's hidden, and you can park your vehicle on a near by hill to cargobob it out. There's also an alley not far away on the same street as the warehouse, but on the other side of the freeway you can get to that will protect your vehicle while you battle attackers. Explosive shotgun makes quick work of them with zero damage to the export vehicle. Filling all the collections (with no extra cars) will let you choose what car you want export, & you get the same one every time in source missions. 811 my fav.
Reset your NAT (by checking it) on xbox or change you MTU setting on PS4 to get a solo public lobby. These days I'm only in a lobby with players if I'm stacking crates, but never for sell missions unless it's a bunker sell.
I have all the collections filled and no other cars. This way I get to chose what car I want to sell, always top range. It took A LONG time to get that, so I'm not moving, ever.
Yeah I know the NAT trick. The problem is when you try to export/sell a vehicle, those infuriating NPC thugs show up to turn your payday into swiss cheese. Also I always have to reboot my console if I want to get back into a public lobby after using the NAT trick.
Nice video, i think you forgot one important detail, i have Murrieta Heights and when i sell in solo lobby, i can almost every time despawn enemies because i go on highway so fast, but the very best thing about this location is the tunnels, i can enter tunnels at the arcadius building and go almost to the warehouse, i use this route when enemies and choppers are after me.
That's a valid point you made, but I didn't forget about the tunnels. Going into the tunnels is a really nice benefit for avoiding enemies, but the intent of this video was primarily focused on the fastest deliveries, which is still La Puerta. However, when you add the tunnel option along with the fact that Murietta Heights has the 3rd fastest delivery times, that does make this location an even more attractive choice. Thanks for sharing your insights!
@@vatoloco1243 I'm very happy to have your subscription, thank you! I don't post videos constantly like some channels do, but I will post locations, designs, and tips and tricks videos when something new comes out.
Excellent video, and thank you for being concise and not going on about a bunch of irrelevant stuff to stretch the video, the only shame is that I'm just finding it now. ;) Anyway, I have 3 questions for you if you don't mind? - I haven't brought a warehouse yet, but after seeing this my main choices are La Puerta, Murrieta, and perhaps LSIA, though I'm not sure considering the distance. My primary concern is griefers/campers, I'm doing these solo and don't have a cargobob yet, so what are your thoughts on either of the LSIA warehouses specifically? - How do you enter a friendly public session? I've only heard of the 'Peaceful CEO' group but I doubt that's what you meant. Sorry if this is obvious, I just never figured it out and usually waited until everyone left or very few were in the city. - Is it possible to cancel a I/E mission if it's not one you want to do? I did see the clip in your video but still wondered. (Hope you have a happy Easter if you celebrate it! :))
I don't mind a bit. I'm happy to help whenever I can. As for the vehicle warehouse locations, unfortunately I don't have a lot of experience with which ones have griefers/campers. I'm fortunate to play in a safe session, so I don't really know where they camp out. I'd suggest going into a reasonably crowded session and go to those warehouses and see what happens, before you buy one. Regarding a "friendly" session, there are many ways to do that and it depends on which platform you're on. I haven't made a video about it because I'm not an expert on it, but there are tons of videos and web posts about how to do it. I'd suggest looking for posts with positive comments that support how successful the posted method is. To cancel an I/E mission, I can't say I know of any better method than just destroying the car. I suppose you can also log out and back in, but I have learned from experience that doing either of these methods doesn't guarantee you won't get the same I/E mission on the next try, or within a few more. I've found it best to just do them. Rockstar does a nice job of rotating the I/E missions so they don't repeat right away, if you complete each of them. Look at it this way, even if the car is damaged pretty badly, it's still "free" money for a few minutes of effort. Thanks for visiting my channel, and Happy Easter to you too!
Very interesting video, but it's such a disapointment for me... I just got 1.5 millions, enough to buy the cheapest warehouse, but now I realise that I need 2.7 millions to buy that La Puerta warehouse! 'XD At least it won't be such a mess like Paleto Forest bunker I got for free... The only good point of this bunker is that it's close to an helipad that sometimes has buzzards or annihilators. As soon as I'll get my own buzzard, I'll move to Chumash!
Not to worry... honestly, the difference in delivery times for the exports in the different vehicle warehouses really aren't that huge. These were just the 3 with the shortest deliveries. Import/Export is still excellent money no matter where your warehouse is. :)
@@Champlette2 : thank you for your answer. I'm quite new to GTA 5 and there are many things I didn't took in consideration, like gangs, landing sites and easy access. As I'm quite prone to get into gang fights and helicopter/car stupid crashes, I'd prefer to get a good warehouse location from the start... Also, I like to buy quality things, and I already got 2.3 millions, so it won't take long.
@@Champlette2 I do not regret my purchase, it is really a good location for a warehouse. I have the Maze Bank West office and it is a very easy road to get there, and I like the closeness of the airport Los Santos Customs where I can sell cars from time to time (Oracles spawn often in La Puerta and there are Felon GTs that spawn near the beach behind the garage. Concerning gangs for other warehouses, I don't think it is such a problem if one kills the NPCs trying to stop you just after one gets the car. I would like to know how do you manage to avoid to have the car damaged when Buzzards come when you have to lift it from the barges, and if it is possible to get rid of the guards when there is no island to land on nearby. Also, when exporting, is it best to wait for NPCs coming for the car and kill them, or just go and avoid their shots as much as possible? It seems that if I don't go too fast, I can keep them on my trail and avoid having new ones popping up in front of me. Thank you.

Thanks for another excellent video! Which warehouse do you prefer? Can you only own one? Which is the best for cargobob access and would you recommend the cargobob method for all vehicle import/export missions? (I'm a terrible driver and don't want to lose all my profit from vehicle damage lol)
No doubt, I love La Puerta. It has fantastic access for a cargobob, and it's also one of the best (as you see in this video) for shortest distance to the export locations. I honestly would not want any other vehicle warehouse. La Puerta is by far my favorite.
La Mesa all the way, but the Gangs are also annoying there. Imo GTA right now is so beat-up, I have almost no motivation to do these grindy businesses anymore. It's so boring & repetitive when you have made over 500 car sales... ;)
Nice video as usual champlette. There's a small note I would like to add tough: some import missions locations would be unavaible to you if they are too close to your vehicle warehouse; for example I own la puerta warehouse and in like 700 imports I never got the race around track at LSIA, nor the investigate the location at the highway near LSIA.
That is a fair point. I have gotten those import missions (so have my friends) and I have the La Puerta warehouse, but they are extremely rare. I've gotten them only 2 or three times in over 1200 imports. Great point, thanks for sharing!
Im a little confused... the only reason why I need a vehicle warehouse is for this huge sale thats currently taking place for this one vehicle I want but not sure if it's okay for me to get the cheapest warehouse or if I definitely need the one that you recommended. If the cheapest warehouse is fine to get then I'll just do that. I'm just confused with the differences with each of the warehouses.
Well, it depends if you plan to do any Import/Export work. I highly recommend it. The money is quite good and the missions are a lot of fun. If you want to do some Import/Export, I'd suggest spending the extra money and getting one of these three locations. If you have no intention of doing I/E, then you can get any vehicle warehouse you want. Just bear in mind, I'm told a lot of players in public sessions hang out around the cheapest vehicle warehouse to ambush unsuspecting players when they come out of there with an export. That might be a good reason not to get the cheapest one.
@@Champlette2 Thanks for the tips! I honestly just wanted to buy one because in order to get this Imponte Ruiner 2000 that has a huge sale to it, it says I need a vehicle warehouse. That's literally the only reason for me wanting to get a vehicle warehouse because it says before I could buy this car for this huge sale, I need a vehicle warehouse in order to get this car.
I own the one by the airport all the way furthest left and it works great against griefers bc they get confused and I have room for my avenger but it sucks also bc you cannot call a car to spawn close to you, you have to run around the building so instead I just call a CEO vehicle and it works best
The planning and effort that went into this makes me wonder why you dont have more subs. You can have mine
You just totally made my day! Thank you!
Seriously tho! I had to watch the whole thing just because of the effort.
I agree. I love your videos bc of the detail and the obvious research you do to come to your conclusions. No clickbait here
This is undoubtedly the best vehicle warehouse location video on RUclips!!!
Are you.... A scientist? This seems so meticulous and well done
Aw, thank you! Not a scientist, but I am a data analyst. Sometimes it pays to over analyze everything. LOL!
@@Champlette2 haha lol 😂
Well, this is disappointing. I was hoping for a little more detail.
Kidding, of course. Thanks for this. I was considering moving from La Mesa to La Puerta and this just helped me make up my mind. As an aside, this and your other videos I've seen so far have been immeasurably helpful to me and frankly, I think R* ought to be paying you. Keep up the great work.
Wow, very generous comment! Thank you so much! I promise I'll try to work on including enough detail so you won't be disappointed next time. ;)
I've come back to this video several times (I fear commitment lol) and I just want to say I appreciate all the effort you put into these videos. You're like the broughy of businesses.
I consider that a very high compliment since I have a lot of respect for the work that Broughy does. Thank you SO very much!
Thank you!! So glad you like your new bunker! Have you chosen your new vehicle warehouse yet?
@@Champlette2 Not yet! I'm still deciding between La Puerta and Murrieta Heights.
Excellent choice! La Puerta is by far my favorite vehicle warehouse location.
Champlette2 now I get to fill that part of the city where I have no businesses lol not including anywhere too far north of the map or south of the city lol

Glad it was helpful! Thanks for watching!
Good lord that must have taken forever to come up with all that data. Great video!
Indeed, it did. I bought 3 bunkers and kept them long enough to make sales with all of the vehicles and all of the locations. It was quite a bit of work, but well worth it.

This was the most helpful video I found regarding this topic, thx
Thank you very much! A lot of effort and research went into this one, so I'm glad you found it helpful.

Fair point. Thanks for the tip!
love all the details and research you do. It helps a lot. Keep it going :) Thanks
Thank you, Victor! That's exactly why I make these. If they save you some time and money, they were worth doing.
I can only imagine the hard work that went into this. Amazing. Thanks.
Thank you very much! Yes, it was a huge effort, but it was worth it.
That sounds like a good plan!
This video was very helpful. I bought the La Puerta vehicle warehouse. Thank you!
Awesome! I hope you love it. It's definitely my favorite!
Champlette2 I’ve already made back like close to 100k however I only have 100k cus I spent all of my money buying it
If you follow the method to only import and export top range cars (after you rebuild your supply of standard and midrange), you'll make all of that money back in no time!!
Very nice tip. Thanks for sharing!

Great vid, thanks. I am looking to buy a vehicle warehouse as it's just about the only business I haven't got, and La Puerta does look like the best one, and yours is the second video I have seen which analyses them all and comes to this conclusion.
Thank you! I have owned at least 5 of the warehouses while I was doing this testing and I can say with absolute certainty that I wouldn't trade La Puerta for any other warehouse.
genuinely an amazing video. thx for saving me from just buying the most expensive one and wasting my money lol
Absolutely! That's what I'm here for! Thanks for watching. :)
Impressively informative. Did the research for me.
That's exactly why I make them. I'm glad this was helpful to you.
Thx 4 the information i was trying to figure out the best warehouse and it made me lots of money
Wonderful! That's why I make these videos! So glad it helped you.
I can't ever imagine giving up that vehicle warehouse.
thank you so much you deserve a bigger channel
+Luke Rodgers Thank you! I many not have as many subscribers as some other GTA channels, but I have the BEST subscribers. You're all so supportive and I really appreciate it!!
Your content is informative and very helpful. Pls do a video on a money guide in 2020.
Damn this video is mad professional
Thank you! Sometimes being way too analytical is a good thing. ;)
I use la Mesa and actually am very happy with it. I have Arcadius office
Another benefit of La Puerta is that you can tuck your Terrorbyte relatively out of sight underneath the freeway in the construction lot to the west. It's like 13 steps or something like that to get the next mission rolling! (The spot is not orbital-proof, however.)
Yeah, I just park mine in the parking lot attached to the warehouse. I only play in friendly sessions so orbital cannons aren't a concern.
Great vid for the vehicle warehouse sale going on this week!! Working on emptying my current warehouse now!
Thank you for this useful information I was really struggling on what warehouse to buy but now I know. 🙏 I’ll sub for sure
Awesome! Which one did you pick? I love hearing which bunker other players chose and why the picked it.
Your are damn good at piloting choppers. Thanks for this video.
That's a very kind compliment, thank you so much!
You may be right. I only play in safe public sessions with friends so I'm very glad I'll miss that mess.
Dead spots in the hangar? You mean like there are places in the hangar where you can't put an aircraft? I haven't heard of anything like that.
I subbed. It’s so funny that trash people constantly beg for likes and subs, even making 5 minute intros about it. But you, my dear, deliver quality.
That's very kind of you, thank you! I'm not in this for the likes and the subs or the money. I just want to share some helpful tips with other players. I'm happy with whatever likes and subs I get.
You are correct it is best location. However I would have to sell all the standard and mid range to move. So I probably will stick with la Mesa.
Fantastic breakdown, just what I was looking for! Also props on making this on sharefactory, I recognized the arrows :) Subbed.
Thanks! Yeah, ShareFactory has some great features, but also some serious shortcomings. I suppose I shouldn't complain since it was free with the PS4.
This video was incredibly helpful, thanks a lot!
Mike Rabbit Thank you for watching! I hope you'll come back for more.
I appreciate it, I was wondering which to get! 🙂. I will never regret subbing, you think of everything, I didn't even consider heli space! (And I admire your clean play style money wise)
Thank you so much! I guess the fact that I over analyze everything comes in handy sometimes. ;)
As for playing clean, GTA is the only game I play these days. If I did glitches and got banned or had all of my properties and millions (that I spent WAY too many hours earning) taken away, I'd be seriously bummed. It's just not worth the risk. Besides, it's so easy to earn money legitimately and it's a lot more fun than glitching.
@@Champlette2 Will you make an updated „How to make money” video? I would really appreciate it! :)
@@Champlette2 Wow! Even your replies are detailed! Thank you so much, you are awesome!
@@gavins.9254 Aw, thanks! Being this detailed can be both a blessing and a curse, but I guess it's a blessing more often. Happy Holidays!

I’ve always had Murietta Heights, but now want to go to Davis since my Auto Shop and new Salvage Yard are in Strawberry. Great video!

Thanks! I thought I remembered seeing that, but I wasn't sure.
This video was perfect for what I needed
I have several others like this, so I hope you'll come back for more! Thanks for visiting my channel!
This one: ruclips.net/video/rtuDGrdn-jU/видео.html and I also did a live stream where I was checking out the locations too. ruclips.net/video/gwMMNCLBIxQ/видео.html
I really love the Downtown Vinewood nightclub.
Thanks for doing the leg work!! Excellent video.
Marshall Rapp Thank you! It was my pleasure. I'm glad you found this video helpful. :)
Terrorbyte makes it so you don't need to source from office anymore
So if you have a terrorbyte, don't worry about office vs warehouse location
Cause you won't need your ceo office anymore, i usually just hop in my terrorbyte in north los santos
and the pickup is really close by
That's a fair point, but some people don't have a TerrorByte and this video was made before the TerrorByte was released.
Export yes your correct that does matter, but I specifically mean CEO office to warehouse only with terror, just a help to those who own one like me
You did a good job on the video though
I own la mesa which is also near my second medium crate warehouse. I put my terobyte between them and setup a base of operations with my buzzard. Plus if I need another chopper Pegasus will drop it off at the hospital which is very close.
Very nice setup! Good job!
Hi Champlette2, I just wanted to say thank you for all of the work you have put into your videos. They have helped me A LOT!!! So I thank you. Keep up the great work!!!
So happy to hear that! Thank you very much!
By the way, awesome choice! I love La Puerta and wouldn't trade it for any other vehicle warehouse.
You're doing a great service. Thank you.
i can't understand why you dont have more subscribers you just earned a new sub
Thank you so much! I don't know why my channel hasn't taken off either, but I make these videos to be helpful to other players and that's worth it enough.
I love la puerta warehouse too! I just moved because i bought la puerta salvage yard because k loved the location and setting in this one and being right next to it makes a lot of money!
How does it help make money to have them so close to each other? Just curious. I haven't heard anything about that yet.
@@Champlette2 oh, don't worry haha thank you for all your research about this business you are really a smart person!
I was debating trading la mesa for murrieta, but I'm going with la puerta. Closer to maze bank, alta street apartment, and even bennys.
Excellent choice! I've owned all of the best of the warehouses and I am definitely happiest with La Puerta. I wouldn't give it up for any of the others.
Great job you helped me decide which warehouse to choose I dropped a like Thx !
Thanks a bunch! Which one did you choose? Do you like it so far?
I chose La Mesa because to me it didn't make sense to buy super expensive vehicle warehouse.
The prices of these warehouses are a bit ridiculous. I think, over time, I've probably made back the extra money I spent on La Puerta just in time savings. However, you're right. Nearly 3 million is a lot to spend on a warehouse.
Pretty comprehensive comparison. Thank you!
Thank you! I'm glad you found it useful. I hope you'll visit my channel again.
Love your videos.👍🏻
Juan Carlos Thank you very much! I really appreciate it.
811 my fav.
Nonya Bisnez I'm switching from La Mesa because it gets camped out too much by griefers. Tired of that headache.
I'm not worried about filling up my garage again to get Top value cars only. I did it once, I'll do it again.
This video is so helpful thank you for your research
You're welcome! I'm happy to hear it was helpful to you.
Thanks for the video its reallly helpful for me

@@vatoloco1243 I'm very happy to have your subscription, thank you! I don't post videos constantly like some channels do, but I will post locations, designs, and tips and tricks videos when something new comes out.
Excellent video, and thank you for being concise and not going on about a bunch of irrelevant stuff to stretch the video, the only shame is that I'm just finding it now. ;)
Anyway, I have 3 questions for you if you don't mind?

@@Champlette2 Thank you for the information, it's really helped make my decision easier. :)
@@sassykat2587 If you're on PC I'll help you with Vehicle Import/Export.
@@jupiterlovejam2830 On PS4, sorry. Thanks tho. :)
Very interesting video, but it's such a disapointment for me...
I just got 1.5 millions, enough to buy the cheapest warehouse, but now I realise that I need 2.7 millions to buy that La Puerta warehouse! 'XD
At least it won't be such a mess like Paleto Forest bunker I got for free...
Thank you.
How did you get that bunker for free?

It's so boring & repetitive when you have made over 500 car sales... ;)
R/Y I feel the same.
Yeah the gangs are annoying
Way to talk clearly! Got my sub
Aw, thanks! Sometimes I write down what I want to say so I don't forget to mention the important stuff.
Great point, thanks for sharing!
thisistherest I have LSIA West Vehicle Warehouse and I have got those LSIA race missions 🤔
Great info, thanks!
Thank you so much this was very helpful!
Thanks for watching!
I own the one by the airport all the way furthest left and it works great against griefers bc they get confused and I have room for my avenger but it sucks also bc you cannot call a car to spawn close to you, you have to run around the building so instead I just call a CEO vehicle and it works best
Great tip about the CEO vehicle. Thanks!
8:32 "that would've like 420 round trips" ayee nice :) lol
HA HA! Yeah, I am all about actual data and all, but that was just too much, even for me. ;)
