It was a glorious era of Adult Swim entertainment. This and Space Ghost shared hilariously lazy animation. My favorite instance from Space Ghost was when he leaned his entire upper body down to his completely straight feet and legs to threaten an ant and its family.

This episode is genuinely one of the scariest things I've ever seen. I feel like the fact that there is no resolution or explanation to what was up with the tv makes it far more scarier than if they destroyed it or it killed someone or something
It was cloned so much the DNA(if tvs have one given this show I guess they do?) Was sp mutated it basically was alive and wrong. It's why stuff explodes all the time on this show, the DNA is so broken/mutated it's not stable. And yes thats actually a given explanation by the creators for the explosions.

Or until someone caught on. Just ease off of it and not get too greedy as to not disrupt the matter breaking down over time thing.
You can't clone something infinitely without its molecular structure breaking down after each copy is made. With the limitation in mind, what would *YOU* use the cloning machine for?
I'd clone myself only once One would spend the day working and managing the house and the other spending the entire day to just get some much needed R&R, rotating turns each day so that we each get a fair chance to relax from the stress of the previous day And there's no chance of my clone turning on me and try to completely take over my life because for 1, I'm too dumb to get away with murder and 2, I'm not dumb enough to not know that it would just be stupid to ruin a golden opportunity to both work and sit at home and do whatever I want at the same time
