Delicious again, second meal ive made from crossfit vids (first was the quiche) but on both accounts the cook times were inadequate, other than that no complaints!
Making this today for some more pre made meals…not sure how many servings it will yield us….we used just under 3# of meat, added 1 more cup of squash and omitted onions…guessing 8 servings, approx $4.50/serving
Wow! These are hearty meals! Good job!
Perfect for winter
Simple ingredients and easy... its on my list for next week meals.
I made these on Sunday night and they are amazing! A little rich, and would probably be really good over cauliflower rice or spaghetti squash.
Pls keep these videos coming!!
love the videos, keep them coming !!!
Looks so good. Can you use a leaner cut of meat? how would you adjust ingredients/cooking time?
Just choose a leaner cut if you want and use the same amount of meat. I wouldn't think the cooking time would change.
Sounds awesome, I'll have to pull the short ribs out of the freezer.
