I really enjoy watching your videos. At one point I was keen to buy land in Ghana, still am, and tried your contact a few times. Apart from one hello response nothing! Calls and messages not picked up or responded to. My experience with Kas Estates was worse. Me and a relative were ready to buy multiple plots but the lack of interest and response was so strong we had to pull out. Im not sure why that was. All I could put it down to, at the time, was because we were abroad! I'm glad its working for you though.

Wow, homesteading looks so exciting, rewarding and also a lot of work. I’d love to live this way. Right now it’s not a possibility so I’m making the most of my urban backyard garden. I’ve really enjoyed watching everything grow and documenting the growth in my videos. I Love to film the bunnies and birds in action. I’m learning so much from you and other RUclipsrs. I have 12 plots in Villa City 9. Currently building my wall. The views there are amazing. I plan on doing the exact same thing with my land as well. I'm already an advid gardener. Excited to have more space.

I always use East Legon as an example. When I was a student in Legon, East Legon was a bush. Every developed area in Ghana at some point was far away from civilisation.

I am not sure if you could tell us which part of Central Region your place is located and how much KAS are selling the plots for. Central Region is very big and there are places like Kasoa that are already populated. If you can share the information, that will be hugely appreciated.

No you don't see the beach from the hill but you do feel the breeze there is another hill behind mine which blocks the view but it's only about 5mins to 10mins drive to the beach though..and yes they have a payment plan

We have lands here in Shai Hills, Apollonia, Akwepem valleys, Aburi, Tutu, Adukrom Hills,and Oyibi.
Plots are measured by :
1 plot : 70 feet X 100 feet
2 plots : 140 feet X 200 feet
3 plots : 210 feet X 300 feet
And an acre that's 280 feet X 400 feet.
