If you check our first cover (Don't Think Twice), that was under 24 hours from when the song was shown for the first time publicly in a trailer! We work FAST when we want to; most of the work on this actually took about a day and a half, and the rest was organization and scheduling availabilities.

Dude if you could play as a Grimm in Smash and could switch out types (like Beowulf, Ursa, Boarbatusk) and would have different strengths and weaknesses Like Shulk. Ultimate would be Either becoming a Leviathan or Dragon
So basically like Pokémon Trainer, but instead uses beings of darkness instead of Pokémon to do all the fighting.

@@VideoGaming4Dummiesya I can definitely see how this could work for Rwby, I mean the first line is "colors weave into a spire of flame" and considering Rwby character names are basically color puns that fits well, not mentioning lines such as "every soul contains a whisper of light", "search your soul and reawaken the undying light!", and "rising up as a chorus of souls finds a voice" all tie into a soul - aka aura - theme, it makes it even more fitting even more so for the "search your soul and reawaken the undying light!" line beacuse that could be interpreted as Ruby's silver eyes being undying light.

I can't believe I'm just now seeing this. I need this on the RWBY Vol 6 Soundtrack. I know it has little to do with the show but then neither did Cold, All Our Days, or Lusus Natorae (or however it's spelled). God this is a fantastic cover.
Lusus Naturae is the theme for the villain from RWBY Grimm Eclipse and Cold was written as a tribute to a loved character who died in the show as well as to the loved person who died out of the show. (RIP)
All Our Days has not much to do with RWBY, honestly. It's from the perspective of Jeff Williams to Casey Lee Williams, as far as I know, however you could apply it to random familial pairings in the show that are loosely detailed.
Either way it's an incredible song that is on iTunes to download, just separate from RWBY soundtracks.

It really is sad that RWBY won't have content in SSBU. The only way you can have your characters appear in Super Smash Bros. is if the series started out as a game. Unless there's one that we don't know about that was released before the Red Trailer, I'm pretty sure we won't get anyone or anything from it unless Sakurai breaks his own mold.

I'm shocked I didn't find this earlier.
Ironically I went with my sister and her friend to E3 this year, and on the way I was listening back on some RWBY songs, when I heard Lifelight (non-vocal) from the E3 Direct I thought how good it would be to have vocals, a few months later when the full song was released the moment I heard the vocals my head immediately went "Casey...?" as I got hit with a flashback of those memories.

Despite the sheer impossibility of someone like Ruby (or any of RWBY) getting into Ultimate as DLC, the fact that the Sm4sh modding community got a wealth of RWBY character models modded in with working voices and whatnot, it's only a matter of time before Ultimate likely gets them ported over.
