I used to sponge and and now I have twist now when I work when I woke up when I woke up it was it was still twisted I did not pull no do rag on he just was like it was just like when I woke up it was just it it growled support this guy because he helped me thank you thank you for helping me I really appreciate it thank you for helping me with all domestic metho

You can put your hair in to sections and use hair ties so your hair doesn’t get matted and sleep with a bonnet also

I’m about to just do a two strand twist prolly I’m kinda giving up cause the only problem is when I use the sponge for some reason this little part in the front of my hair straight up doesn’t twist like it just stays the same no matter what I don’t even know why

Nothing is really going to stop that. Use a spray bottle with water to soften and loosen your hair up when you wake up....works for me at least
Wearing a satin bonnet is honestly the best way to avoid that
