bars are mostly of young 21-24 years old (stag bar, malarkey's, Mutt Lynchs). Older bars are full of super old white ppl, overall night life is limited not like LA or San Diego. Sometimes ppl go to Cosa mesa, laguna, or Huntington Beach. overall Newport Beach is great place live. Been living here since 2019. can't find any where besides San Diego where I would like to live and raise a family. it is ritzy and boujee, luxury cars are the norm it could use some diversity with ppl but overall ppl are nice. I'm a dark skinned brotha btw (black duhhrrrr). School district is good but not as good as Irvine or Fullerton.
