The 8ball is very popular in America... especially if you lived in Miami in the 80's. Lol. I love this channel. If I want to relax and fall asleep for a nap.. this is my go to.
The magic 8 ball was originally marketed as a desk piece, a functional paper weight. It didn't sell very much, so they changed their demographics to children and sold many, I had one about 20 years ago
No script. Tim always adlibs. If Tim is not happy, or if we feel something isn't quite right, then we do another take. Many of the videos feature a number of toys, and are shot in a single take; so more often than not, a retake is because one of the toy demos didn't work quite as well as it could have. Tim is very patient, and is happy to do as many takes as it takes!
I'm seriously surprised that Tim isn't the curator of some type of museum, he's definitely qualified for such a job.
His channel is kind of a digital museum if you think about it.
He’s a curator of his own collection, i guess
He pretty much curates the Grand Illusions toy store and website.
Anyway just wanted to add that I think this show is amazing. Thank you for such great entertainment.
Glad you enjoy it!
I learn about more toys each and everyday with this channel
The marble globes were a delight to see, as much for the improvement of the maker over 30 years as anything else. Best of luck to him.
I always wanted to see what's inside a magic 8 ball but somehow I've never looked it up. Thanks for the pleasant surprise!

I subscribed to him years ago when he had about 10k subscribers. It's good to see him having come this far.
That walking tennis ball is very goofy!😄
That 8 ball wanted Tim to have a good time.🥳
Good day to you
Gonna be a good day when we get a new episode of Tim
I didn't know that making the best glove marble was anyone's calling in life, but here we are.
Those Earth marbles are so beautiful
Thank you Tim.
Another Tim video. My day is complete.
I've liked your videos for quite a while and just recently bought a lot of items from your website as gifts. Keep up the good work!
Nice Tim!
I love the videos, and the toy collections!
The zeon ball was actually surprising and I've never seen anything like it :)
I don't know why, but Tim being fascinated by a Magic 8 Ball is the purest thing.
Great show as always 🔥🔥🔥

The rolling ball with the spider on it is the best. ;D I had such ball as a child but with an eyeball on the inside.

"strong on a spring"
Was anyone else shocked that there isn’t a pyramid in an 8-ball?! 🤯
Thanks for another great video!
This man is cool
Tim really knew how to host a ball
So good, sir 👌
Anyone knows the name of the ball at minute 4:00? I’m not interested in that specific one, but where can I buy something similar?
"It is decidedly so" sounds like the Queen. May she have peace.
Well there is a sort of holiday next week🤣
2:55 "Will Andy pick me?"
The ball that doesn't bounce at all is so cool :o
God Save the Queen❤
Ran out of totems
0:23 What was that growl Tim? XD
Lovely!
I can't believe there's been a D20 inside the Magic 8 Ball all this time.
Tim is just a the owner of 999999 toy shops if you think about it
What a load of balls!
This guy takes the depression away
It's mid-september... I think Tim and I have slightly different definitions of "high summer"
Just out of curiosity, are these videos scripted or does Tim adlib the videos? I'm just wondering if there were ever any bloopers that got cut

@@grandillusions All one take is pretty impressive. Tim is a legend
Bring physical toy train
You guys should do a video about Royal themed items Tim has, in honour of Her Majesty the Queen. Rest in Peace, Your Majesty.
