I always lol when thinking of a post under one of Serhant's videos of a luxury penthouse that was cheaply furnished. A person wrote that she didn't know that Bob''s Discount Furniture was staging NYC penthouses.😂
Reminds of living like a rat in a cage that doesnt let you out. Dont get me wrong, I think its awesome to live there maybe for a week or 2 in a year or 2 years, but not as a primary house.
after watching most if not all your NYC unit tours, this might be the most amazing of them all! getting all that rare premium exclusive views with that close into the proximity of the most iconic landmarks in NYC is priceless!
The only difference between the top-floor mansion and the ordinary mansion is the incredible aerial view! And that terrace is really top class, because from there you can see the view of the most famous city in the world! Whether it is the terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, nothing disappoints, the jacuzzi in the room makes you feel like you are in a five-star hotel! You did a really great job again, thanks a lot for sharing！👍😄👏
This penthouse is absolutely amazing. There isn't anything that I don't love about it. It's views are insanely spectacular. This could definitely be another dream home for me.

Finally! I was waiting for a penthouse tour. Being a city girl, I love penthouses with good city views. Although this doesn't really have the best views of New York but one thing I absolutely loved about this penthouse is the outer space you get. I also loved the interiors and the furniture. It's minimalist but at the same time has warm tones to it, making it feel like an actual home. And I'm obsessed with your intros. The camerawork is amazing! Kudos to Enes and the team for the brilliant work.
What would you consider the best views in New York City to be? Because I feel having the Empire State Building right outside your penthouse being top tier. Just curious.
@@NicholasUnger I think everyone's opinion of best views differ... for me, I would love to have a contrast between the traffic and hustle of city and calm of nature. Maybe the views facing Manhattan bridge or Brooklyn bridge park or Central Park... I'm not saying these views aren't good but if I could choose, it wouldn't really be my first choice.

I really like the terraces being within the footprint of the building instead of sticking out. I think this allows occupants to utilize outdoor spaces more frequently.
The penthouse is monumental, regal and sleek modern. The city views go into infinity! The light pours in like a fountain. The various stone and woodwork though out. Favorite shown areas: the office is nice for daydreaming LOL, the terrace is the perfect hiding spot to chill and unwind. So many other features makes this penthouse the place to be. Thanks Enes, Mikey and your team for a tour of exalted ritz!!!! Ryan and his S. team have terrific properties....

Being a New York state resident my whole life who frequents Manhattan, I can safely say this apartment is incredible! The view is insane from every side and you're in walking distance to MSG, Penn Station and lots of amazing Manhattan stores and restaurants. Thanks for posting this incredible listing!

Even being on 54th floor in New York feels so covered by other buildings literally twice of our size , the scale of sky scrappers is mind boggling this apartment managed to get the best views of the city

Ok, so I grew up in an apartment in Jersey City, NJ where we had views of NYC and could see the Empire State building, the Twin Towers, and the Statue of liberty and although it was not a "high end" one like yours it was on the 16th floor with wide windows and a balcony, and at some point my parents got the adjoining apartment and did just what you are describing, they put a door between the two and we had a bigger apartment with a second kitchen and bathroom. On the street level was everything from the cheapest to the most high end stores. I recommend living in a place like this if you have to live in a city. I have pictures of the Twin Towers I took when I was 4! Amazing experience growing up there and meeting all the different types of people. I love living in a house on the ground with a garden, but if you have to live in a city, go high up! Also, that 454 park place you went to last year has been on the news for lovely issues like people being stuck in elevators for hours and having "waterfall" water leaks ruining their high end stuff from several floors above, you should probably tell people not to buy apartments there.
Enes, I've always been enthralled with your various PH offerings over the years and this one also does not disappoint. I'm not sure you could've picked a better location with those mid-town views. The various outdoor terraces are also very appealing, especially given the wonderful height on the 54th floor. What an interesting building. Thanks, again!

The Healthy amount of outdoor space for someone’s dog and it’s human is something that makes this very special. The ability to connect the other penthouses is a brilliant design if you were able to do it.
While it is nice, the stingy/thrifty side of my personality will always prevent me from buying real estate that has high monthly charges & annual taxes even if I become a billionaire. This type of property entails an exorbitant cost after purchase a cost which would spoil my morale.
If you had a billion dollars then 24 million plus fees would be a drop in the bucket and your sensibilities would be entirely different. Having a billion dollars means you will never go broke. Smoke crack, gamble everyday; You'll still be okay.
The drone work on these videos is amazing. It was exciting racing up the side of the building. Now *that's* an office. The views of the city look better at night.

While it is nice, the stingy/thrifty side of my personality will always prevent me from buying real estate that has high monthly charges & annual taxes even if I become a billionaire. This type of property entails an exorbitant cost after purchase a cost which would spoil my morale.
If you had a billion dollars then 24 million plus fees would be a drop in the bucket and your sensibilities would be entirely different. Having a billion dollars means you will never go broke. Smoke crack, gamble everyday; You'll still be okay.
